[Resolved] Andhra Bank — my imps transaction was getting suspect

I have done imps transaction from online today. The transaction status changed to "suspect" without any messages.
The amount is not credited to target account (ICICI).
The worst part is i have tried dialing all the numbers i can from my phone. But i am getting the message "the number dialed is currently busy and some times its getting Invalid Number"... So irritating. Is this way a psu bank work?
Why should i keep chasing the bank numbers to get my amount back.
