[Resolved] Andhra Bank — not refund of failed transaction on paytm | |||||
This mail is regarding the failed transaction happened on 10th of may of rs. 969 where the amount got deducted when i was using paytm and paytm did not receive it. I have raised a complaint at andhra bank and called them several times, first they said its in process and it'll be refunded in 14 days and later they came up saying the amount is stuck at gateway. Then i mailed [protected]@andhrabank.co.in and its been two days and still there is no response from them, its been more than a month now and i still do no have my refund very bad service, please kindly process this request from my side.
