Sir I have applied for Right issue of IP rings thro offline ASBA from Andhra Bank, given form on 02.02.2017 and last date of Right issue was 06.02.2017.

Co.was giving me right to apply at Rs.88.75 for 3200.00 Shares. current Market price of share is 145.
bank failed to apply same. its not ma mistake .plz compensate me with loss due to bank Negligency
