[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Refund regarding | |||
I was trying to book a ticket online in Air Carnival website on March 6, 2017 and it didn't book, it came unsourced error, but the money was taken. So I raised a complaint to Andhra bank on that day itself. Till date today May 9, 2017 I have not received my refund money of Rs.2896. Whenever I call the customer care, they ask me to wait for 7 days, I have waited long enough for 3 months. Was this information helpful? | |||
