[Resolved] Andhra Bank — regarding staff behaviour with customers | |||
I am the customer of andhra bank for 12years. I went to jubliee hills branch for getting some information, but the staff are very rude on customers, i noticed that their behaviour is same with some of the customers. One lady was shouting at me like i am the banker, i know everything. Eventhough i am the banker we never be rude with our customers. I never go to that branch again. But the people like me may get benefitted through my complaint. Many people, who are uneducated, cant post a complaint, but they feel very uncomfortable with the staff. I have done transaction through other ATM but I did not my money and my money deducted from my account and I did not get confirmation message on immediate transaction I got that message in the evening time but I through that transaction paper now should I do ??

I'm habibunissa, I swiped my card in parry corner for pos transfer but my card showed declined...but the amount twice deducted from my account.
