Sir, We took the insurance policy from your bank from 28th March 2017 we are regularly renewing its policy time to time balance in the account also maintained as per previous premium but the following of Arogaadyan policy have not been renewed due to increase in premium. We did not get any communication from the bank or not any letter received from bank regarding premium. We have now maintained balance as per new premium. When we came to the bank, it was know that the policy was not renewed. We have not given any information from the bank. Kindly consider their request and renew the policy.
