Andhra Bank — the active accounts linked to the user do not exist.

Today i tried logged into my account with my online credentials and i got the error message as below.

Last time i logged into my account on april 23rd. It is working fine. But when i logged in now, i am getting the following error. Can you please look into it and resolve this issue asap.

Sir I swipe my debit card at d mart Kakinada for RS 3000 on 21/7/19. But it is failed . Still today my amount is not refunded.
