[Resolved] Andhra Bank — withdrawal has been failed, but money cut off in my account. | |||
I have withdrawal rs.1000/- on kotak mahindra bank, near maruthi nagar, at tirupati, 517 502, andhra pradesh. While in my withdrawal i got message that "please wait while your transaction is being processed" after few seconds it was failed and then i got the message to my mobile number which is linked with bank account - "the amount 1000/- has been debited to my account". So i did not get any cash to my hand. This was happened to me twice. Same i got this situation when i withdrawal cash in karur vysya bank at tirupati bus stand, andhra pradesh. So can you please help me how can refund money to my account and how to give complaint on this actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
