Dear Sir/Madam, Israel prakash babu who s a Loan manager in budwarapet branch Kurnool. Doing illegal activites and talking abuse words with customer. He misleading his activity. Rs. 15992/- has been credited from account no [protected] when i have tried to book flight tickets from easemytrip.com on[protected], with a transaction id: IB/PAYU/[protected]-/[protected]. But whereas tickets were not booked. please kindly solve my problem
