Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [APSRTC] — Amount debited but tickets not booked (Failure)

I have booked 4 tickets to Tirupathi from Hosur and back to Hosur on 18th March, 2024. An amount of Rs.2560/- has been debited my account but tickets have not confirmed ie. failure. Please find below the details :
