Respected sir/Madam,

My name is Tirupathi Rao Teella my son was 4 years above and 5 years below.
I was Reached for APSRTC Depot @5AM (Morning Time) on 22-Jan-2023 For Travelling to SALUR TO SIMHACHALAM. I was traveling with my 4 years above child and minimal luggage.

The Conductor was not offered to a seat for my 4years child even I was asking for half ticket but she was refused and also she was insulted (Scold: This is not your grand father's bus. If want a seat for your child go to private travel bus or buy a car) me in front of all passengers.

How I can travelling with my child 104 Kms (SALUR TO SIMHACHALAM)?
I Was very much stressed with out seat.

I was attached a ticket for my travelling details and Bus Details and Conductor details.

Please take necessary action and I was Request a Enquiry Commission on her.

Today on 21 st Jan 2023, a bus conductor harshly saying the passenger to go inside and due to his harshness he has a argument with student. The bus conductor said that the bus is belongs to him and to get down the bus and he said I won't start the bus until he get down its totally waste of time of co passengers. is the bus is government property or the conductor bus .He is very reckless behaviour and iam asking the government to Take action on him very seriously. The bus number is AP05 Z 0083. I tagged a picture below in that u can check that the driver is pointing towards the person who taken the picture

I had booked a ticket from ravulapalem to Vijayawada. The bus was supposed to departure at 12:20PM from ravulapalem, bit it was actually departure at 1:45PM from ravulapalem. I

after the bus was delayed by 1 hour 25minutes, the driver was stopping everywhere, moreover The bus was supposed to arrive 4:20PM in vijayawada but it reached at 6:00PM

I'm supposed to catch intercity train in vijayawada to secunderabad @5:30. it's a huge loose of money and time for me.

Due to this delay bus services i had lost the reserved train ticket i additionally incurred Rs.670 for the new ticket. It's a huge lose to the student from normal middle class family.

Me and my mother traveling from Amalapuram for any emergency..

Since booking is full and closed.. we know there will be emergency and special seats which can get, if we can reach early..

As know, we come early to bus station Amalapuram and asked for driver and conductor for a seats.. he infromed it was booked everything.. bu we noticed he alloted seats to specify persons without reservations..
1seat - they come after us in Amalapuram
2nd seat - picked up on the khandavali high way not even in bus stand.

Seats number alotted - 5 & 6 + 1 st seat

Vehicle no:-AP05Z0067, conductor behaviour is too rude and he said go and complaint anybody don't care.conductor number is 602231 .

I have bought my ticket via APSRTC UPI on 22/11/22 but payment is successful but ticket not issued. The conductor said that the money will get refunded and made me to pay again for ticket . Till now money is not refunded so kindly refund my money of RS.260/-

On Tuesday Morning 5:10AM 17/01/23 from Vellore to chittoor Express Apsrtc Bus is not stopped at Gudipala stage while we stopped by hand signing..we trusting more upon Apsrtc service, don't destroy the name of Apsrtc...by missing of one bus, whole every plan will failure on that day..so pls make action sir/madam...

In bus service number 6065 seat number 23 is not good it cannot be adjusted at all i cant sleep whole night

In bus service number 6065 the super luxury bus seat number 23 cannot be adjusted backwards to sleep it won't bend backwards at all.

I am female but they gave next seat to male how is it good, bus condition is too bad, allowing outsiders into the bus, please lok into this issue.

AP31Z0069 (maddilapalem bus depot) which was started from maddilapalem to kakinada was stopped at nakkapalle tollgate nearly above 45 min due to lack of fastag recharge issue

We have been waiting for madanapalli to kadiri bus, two buses came but they didn't stop to pick up even though the bus is moving with few people

I made payment on 7/1/2023 for apsrtc Indra vehicle number AP03Z526522 vehicle service number 47277 (punganur-vijayawada) payment of 3 tickets is done in tirupathi through phonepay(upi payment). Amount been debited from my sbi account.but bus ticket haven't issued there is an update error so kindly go through it..

Till now I haven't received any updates about my issues even they aren't responding to my call, mail, message

Driver is not responsible, not even thinking about 70+ passengers continuously chit chat with college students as they are his friend's, almost 3 times talking in mobile with in 30 min. Even conductor warned him but no response from him nor change. Rash Driving.

I have booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Tirupati via APSRTC Indira A/C bus on 6th JAN 2023 for 7th JAN 2023 @8:10 pm ist, seat no 21 but ticket had not booked and money had deducted from account, request you to look into my issue and refund the amount. I have cross checked the same bus and seat had not booked but my amount was not refunded as well.
Request to action my issue.

This complaint of APSRTC service which travels from amalapuram to bhimavaram.On 4th Jan 2023 i was travelling from Razole to palalkollu railway station which is 22kms distance and they are taking ticket to veeravasram which is distance of 31kms. Also they tells there is no stop at railway station which has crossing on the bus route.Also while going to amalapuram they are not stopping at palalkollu by-pass, and no bus services from narasapuram to razole.Autos are demanding very high in these routes.No buses are available at railway station outside.

My name is Girish. I'm traveling from Srisailam to Kurnool via Emiganuru on Jan 4th 1:30. During my journey from dornala to Atmakuru, the road is small and only one large vehicle can travel on the road and whenever a vehicle comes on opposite direction, both the vehicles have to go off road. A similar situation occured and my driver didn't slow down when he took off road. Due to which all the 3 widows from the back, broke and the glass pieces shattered into the passenger faces.
This could have been easily avoided if the driver went slowly. Post the incident, the driver was unapologetic and was taking back to the passengers, which is totally not acceptable. Initially Conductor asked the driver to drive slowly and also few of the passengers mentioned him about his reckless driving in dornala.
Please take strict action in order to avoid such accidents in future.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had booked a ticket from
Hyderabad(Miyapur bollarum X road to Narsaraopet) on 02/01/2023 from
ICICI Internet banking for Service number 4533 having reference number
[protected] for seat 15, 16 and 19.The ticket was not booked but amount of
1554(see below screenshot) has been deducted.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to refund the amount.

Conductor is not moving from the seat all the passanger are passing money for tickets. And conductor not stopping bus at required location and only stoping at particular place though it is ordinary. Bus no: ap07z0390
