I tried booking trice today(Nov6th, 2022).

Amount debited trice, last transaction was booked. But before two transactions amount debited but not returned back.

Due to transaction failure during the online ticket reservation at apsrtc,
they have deducted Rs.16/- as gate way charges and refund the balance amount. When the ticket is not generated how they will deduct
Rs.16/- as gate way charges. I made a complaint to apsrtccustomercare and they send the following reply. Pl look in to this and arrange
to refund the deducted amount of Rs.16/- and do the needful.

Conductor miss behave with passangers travelling in bus. He is fighting, arguing, scilding people and shows attitude on passangers. He dont know how to cut the ticket for that he stopped bus for 30 min in the stop itself and if asks says machine not working but actually machine is working properly he does not know how to operate it. His rude behievour with passangers hurts which is not tolarate. Please take action on him
He is not giving changes asks for the remaing balace .. asking to get down from the bus.

Bus timings also as per his wish only runs..he stop where and whenever want to wait for what ever time he wants. We should not ask him if do so he will get angry and scolds and warns to get down ..feels like his own way people should listen.. behavour is not at all good and no training for him too it seem . Please take serious action so that things wont repeat again

Dear Sir,

I had booked a ticket online using APSRTC ticketing website on 29th October, 2022 to travel from Visakhapatnam to Kakinada on 31st October, 2022. A confirmed ticket was issued to me by email agai Service No.3333.

On reaching my pickup point @ 0445. hrs. on 31st October, 2022 I am given to understand from APSRTC website that a bus has not been assigned for the said service. No customer care was available to provide any information.

I request APSRTC Management to look into this mess and arrange refund of my ticket cost in full..

Also please investigate reasons for the bus not being assigned for a service which had issued ticket online.

So I am complaint to apsrtc service full details written so plz received my complaint.

Today i.e 26/10/22 I booked a bus in APSRTC from nandigama to Hyderabad and service no:3900.
Without proper intimation and any kind of proper communication is not there with the driver and also the APSRTC is not providing driver number, even the mentioned phone number is out of service.please look into the case and try to help out people.
NOTE: RESERVED SEATS ARE FILLED WITHOUT INTIMATION TO THE PASSENGERS.HOW IS IT POSSIBLE AND HOW CAN 2 MEMBERS CAN BOOK A SEAT AT ONCE?

The APSRTC bus services from Palakonda to Srikakulam route. The 5stop express buses from Palakonda To Srikakulam route the bus is not stopping at the one of the stop Akkulapeta. The students and employees are facing this issue every day...So we are requesting you to look in to the problem and solve as early as possible. Thank you

Hi my name is Swetha i have booked ticket from kurnool to tirupati. While entering bus the driver suggested me to keep my trolley in luggage cabin so i placed my luggage and informed driver and sat in my seat. After reaching my destination my trolley was not there and driver is saying like it's not his responsibility to take care and even says like it's common and leave that issue instead informing cops. I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked (APSRTC online Booking app Book your Ticket as Guest) e ticket for Visakhapatnam to kadapa on 03rd September 2022.
I have selected two seats and went for payment and made the payment.I got confirmation that payment accepted, but i could not get the ticket error .
I paid the money through HDFC credit card. Money was transferred to APSRTC HYDERABAD from my card.
The transaction reference no. is [protected] I have checked the HDFC credit card statement and an amount of Rs 3121/- deducted towards ticket.
I mailed many times & called many times to customer care but still now not Refund my money, one month above over ..
I attached bank statement in PDF Please arrange for refund of amount immediately.

Service no 2621 from kakinada to tirupati was not maintaining live track update and also came to Rajahmundry by, 9.00pm instead of 8.15 pm.No proper response from enquiry counter at Rajahmundry bus
station.
Charging points in between seats are not working..it's similar super luxury service backside to driver seat charging point is working..
It's a question mark to differentiate ac and nonac services

Hi Team,
I travelled in super luxury bus from kakinada to eluru on 9th October. I sat in window seat .
It was raining heavily and my left portion of pant became wet because of water leaking from bus roof .

Also in most of the RTC buses, there are no pouches for water bottle & food items at the back of seats. Looks like wantedly APSRTC removed those.
This is really a problem for passengers.

Please solve these 2 issues in all RTC buses.

One of the customer care guy communicate in a rash manner

Today, while I am travelling in my Car from Anakapalle to Visakhapatnam, APSRTC bus number AP31 Z 0287 is sounding continuous horn from behind and trying to dash me from beside. He started arguing with me and scolding me for no reason. Kindly take action against the driver

Bus service number 9563 driver name N S Rao or B S Rao (not sure) on 07-10-22 I booked a bus ticket with seat no 14 and the driver is very rude and using abusing language and fighting against the follow passengers as well. This is not acceptable using the foul language and stopping the bus on road not moving for almost 45 mins he kept arguing with nearly three passengers. This is not yet all acceptable

My son is 11 years old, but the conductor has charged full ticket for him. Please clarify.

Hi Team,

This is regarding the negligence of Bus Driver and Conductor AP39TF2258 while taking U turn at Guntur bus stand. The incident happened on 3rd Oct 2022 around 9.00 AM. We are on our way to Guntur in Hyundai Aura Car of TS16FC1502 number plate which was at signal and we stopped the car due to red signal. The bus driver while taking U turn dashed our car on left side. This was noticed by the traffic police man and he indicated the driver by tapping the bus to stop. With that the driver applied sudden break so the bus has damaged our car on left head light and bannet as well. We have tried to report about this accident in near by police station but they are not ready to take the compliant as they say that the mistake is on our side. Please check the cctv footage so that you will find out who is responsible for this accident.

Could you please take necessary action on the bus driver and conductor for all the negligence in driving and dashing the car which was at signal. As this incident happened at signal which will be under surveillance. So we would request you to check the cctv footage to know the details of incident. I would like to bring these type of incidents to your notice so that we can get the footage in order to claim for insurance and get the car repaired. In the process of claiming car insurance the service provider needs the details of accident photos and videos. They also need the FIR filed against the person either APSRTC bus driver or our driver who were responsible for such massive damage occured to our car.
I will attach the bus number plate for your reference.
I have sent my car to Hyundai service centre for estimating the repair cost. Once I get the estimation for car repair I will also attach my car photos for your reference.

Please look into the issue as early as possible and punish the person after checking the cctv footage of Guntur bus stand signal.

Kindly do the needful.

9235. My money 876 via phone pay got deduced .but ticket is not booked pls check my details and refund my money or contact me via email provided

On September 29, 2022 while I was at Samalkot, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, I witnessed the rash driving of rtc bus driver. The bus number details are AP05 Z 0026. Such kind of driving would lead to serious consequences. Hoping that the APSRTC authorities would take necessary action on the driver. Below am uploading the bus picture and location one too.

I have booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Pamuru on 01/10/2022. The Amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. The OB Reference number is [protected]. I have screenshot also. So please check and confirm.

Sir, I travelled from vijayawada to Hyderabad in Ultra deluxe as I didn’t travel anytime did for once, I experienced so much sound pollution and not comfortable in seating as well . It was an horrible journey for me . I prefer no one to travel this . I hope you stop the services or either make it better by upgrading it sir . As of me it is an inter city bus which is being travelled so long distance from Vijayawada to Hyderabad, which shouldn’t be done sir . People travelled are being tormented by the sounds while travelling didn’t get a proper sleep for a second sir . I hope you consider my request sir and make it better sir .
