Dear sir
We are holdera of city bus passes, we are daily facing problems in the evening time from 16:30 to 17:40, we are eagerlywaiting for the city buses but a not a single bus 900 or 999 was not running from past 12 days. We Are the girl students with no other option forcing to rely on autos, which was unsafe.
We are requesting you to atleast run 2 buses between 1645 to 1730 hrs. Sir. It's humble request. Please look in this matter sir. This is about the safety of girl students sir

      I booked a ticket from hyderabad to gudivada on 8/9/2022. Money got deducted from my account but no info on ticket status received. Transaction marked as failed. Please refund my money and let me know where can I get the reasons for failure and solutions for these kinds of issues.

        The vehicle number is AP16Z-0605 The Ticket price is Rs. 260(Nellore to Tirupati). I gave 500 ruppess, he only gave 200 in return, i asked him about remaining 40. He said, he will give the money at tirupati and i asked him to write 40 number on the backside of the ticket. He refused and told me that, no need to write anything on the ticket and i will remember you. But, when the bus departure at tirupati he scold me so loud and started argument with me. At last, he finally scold me some kind of bad words and gave the money. His behaviour is very very very bad. Please take some behavioral classes for this kind of persons!

          Service no 5019, Nellore to BHEL.Original time 21.30 . Between Kavali and Ongole there is No Stop.But driver taken Bus to Ulavapadu for Mango load stopped bus for 40 minutes.By this 23.45 it should cross Ongole.But at 23.40 still it is at Ulavapadu.The service Tracking shows No stop at Ulavapadu.Gave oral communication to Nellore 1 depo Manager.He spoke to driver and kept the phone.

                  Hi on 23 aug i was using it for the first time so thought to put some amount and book ticket so I tried to put 850 with the service fee it got debited from the account and showing me pending on the e wallet so tried calling customer care they told it will be refund but it is been more then 8 days now i have tried reaching out on email but they said it is failed transaction checked with my bank told it as gone through but they have chargeback the amount and no one is giving me proper answer when told to give to the manager they said we can't and cut the call pls help me to get the refund

                    Dear sir,

                    Please consider this issue as important, since I am staying in punganur, Chittor. I am working in Bangalore i use to travel every weeked on APSRTC bus only. One day morning (2/09/2022) 6:00 A.M APSRTC Suppose to travel punganur to Bangalore, And 10 member's are sitting in the bus, I am also one of them. Suddenly one person came from rtc department he told bus trouble we are not going to Bangalore. Actually bus was good they simply told bus in trouble they are only 10 people so that they are not operating bus. today I'm Suppose to attend interview due to this bus i don't know what will happen. I am leaving all the bus to travel this bus. APSRTC charging more price as compare to private bus.

                      I am waiting in the bustop to catch 68K, and the bus came but they haven't stopped in the bustop and overtacking the other bus.My husband chased the bus by bike and have stopped the bus and asked them why they haven't stopped in the bustop so their answer is sometimes they will stop and aometimes they will not stop and they are asking me to dont argue about that..Too worst behvariou, irrespectable behaviour of both persons.                             Time at starting point shall be 10am and destination should arrive at 2.15pm. Not even reached half way by 2pm. Too many un-necessary stops even when the bus is full and standing passengers.
                            Driver being rude when asked about the delay.
                            Delay of 2.5 to 3 hrs is unacceptable when the journey time itself is of 4 hours.(under no traffic conditions and bus also in good condition)

                              I am passed my dl test on 05-05-22 and dl was generated. But the smart card was till not recived and status is showing (card not yet printed) even my dl was not founding in mparivahan. I am living in banglore I am facing many problems with polices. 3months over but till no dl.

                                Yesterday night 16/08/2022 at 10PM I took bus from Piler to Madanapalli. It is Madanapalli depot-1 bus. Usually I wear Islam tradition dress and luggage is there with me. All of sudden conductor started asking what is there in that bag? Everywhere your religion people are keeping bombs etc…. like that he spoke with me.

                                Now my question is there are around 40-50 passengers are there in the bus and everyone are handling their bags. He didn’t questioned anyone. By seeing my dress and other things how can he question me infront of all the passengers.

                                I need explanation from him or else please share conductor details I am going to file a case against him under Sections 153A, 295 and 295A.

                                  We tried to book a bus ticket through APSRTC from Nellore to Chittore on 17th August 2022. We paid the money through Upi method. Money was transferred to APSRTC from my account. But ticket was not booked.The transaction reference no. is T2208170605229613575584 . And bus service code is 5073.

                                    When i took direct in bus it was 300.

                                      Vissanapet to hyderabad service is very poor. All are old busses we are unable to sit in busses and all busses are demolition stage and seats are very poor we are unable to sit. But charges are high. All busses are rust and in rainey season its too bad water come inside from windows and top.
                                      In this route all passengers are frustated. Please provide new busses . If we are not providing proper the solution it will effect on government. This si not fair..
