I was inuslted and and said to get down bcz of not carrying 10rs change and for providing 200 for my 110rs ticket fee. Very UPset of RTC services in dealing people

I have been insulted many times because of not carrying 40rs change, my ticket charge is 110rs and I have given 200, conductor insulted by shouting before all the passengers to get down from the bus after bus leaving nellore town...I was helpless and because of CO passenger help I was able to get a ticket of 110rs ticket to Kavali.
Conductor informed false cost of ticket as it's 140rs and given a ticket of 110rs. I was totally upset of his conduct, he tried plucking my pants and shouted to get down from bcz of not having a 10rs change...after all from the beginning I requested him that I will give him the change after reaching kavali as my uncle works at kavali RTC,

My boarding point in Nellore at 6:25AM.
I was waiting for bus 6'O clock itself.
Simultaneously i was bus status in Apsrtc app it showing not at all bus assigned.
It not spouse to happened right.
When I raise the compliant in the sense of where is the bus.
They're replied like sharing the diver details.

I would like to get refund.

There is no buses from palakonda to vizianagaram. Vizag buses are available but not via vzm. Vzm is corporation even though buses unavailable is so bad. Please resolve this problem as early as possible.

I have a reserved a seat in Service No. 47088 (Chennai to Tirupathi) which is scheduled at 20:00 from Chennai and supposed to reach Tirupathi by 22:30. Based on this schedule, I have reserved a seat in Service No. 6662 (Tirupathi to Anantapur) scheduled at 23:15 from Tirupathi.

Now the time is 20:40 and bus is still in Chennai Bus Stand for no reason and I'm afraid that it won't reach Tirupathi on time and I'll be missing my bus from there.

It is humbly requested to look into it.

Hello Sir/Madam,

My father is an employee in VR Kota Government high school.

His school starts at 9:00 AM in the morning and he is living in Kandukur. There is no proper transport to VR Kota from Kandukur. Unfortunately, the bus that's available from Kandukur at 8:30 AM to VR Kota reaches VR Kota at 9:30 AM or 9:45 AM which is very late to attend the school.

Not only him, there are many employees...

Regarding delay of Service Number: 2235 ( PPM to AMP). I, P Suresh, used to travel from vizianagaram to Amalapuram. In last 1 month I travelled 3 to 4 times in the above said service Number ( 2235) bus, i saw every time bus had come to vizianagaram stop atleast 30mins delay. Today, I.e on 09/08/2022 also time 11.46pm, not yet come to vizianagaram Station. Why this delay in every time...?. This is so disturbing. Kindly resolve this issue.

Today evening I have boarded a bus in which the conductor is using too abusive language and behaving in a very unsocial against all age people...the bus was so rush and she even not given the ticket quickly..and used abusive language...she tried to interfere in personal matters of many people..and scolded ...nearly it took more than one and half hour to reach chodvaram from pendurthi.even I have boarded a metro express..the bus number is AP11Z7026

I'm waiting for jammalamadugu bus at Kadapa New busstand. The bus service number TP01/2, this bus not come on to the flatform. The bus come in bus station and directly go outside without stopping. Finally i missed that bus, I'm waiting for that bus last half hour with heavy luggage 🤬.pls take the action that type of Buses..

We paid 240 for a ticket as per your bills. But the mynute leakage from the top is irritating. You realize. If you are traveling in a bus and sleeping of tiredness and with a beautiful climate (raining) you are enjoying and suddenly water Droplets are falling on you from top and how you feels ? . This is not a mynute mistake just go rectify and then you fix the price as per the bus quality. Till now i never expected this in my journey.

In govt APSRTC Buses Basic need of First AID kit is not available..it is very usefull to travelling passengers.So please arrange it in all buses..thank you

I am Pratyusha and I daily travel to my institute by bus. i have taken route pass from Sreenivasa Nagar to RTC complex. But unfortunately since I'm not feeling well my brother dropped me at Balaji Nagar ( which is one stop before my actual stop ) where my friend would be there for support. So, after getting into the bus. I had shown my pass to the bus ticket collector. She said you have to pay 10rs as your bus stop is Sreenivas Nagar. I gave her the money she asked for. But still she started yelling at me infront of others. I asked her not to shout and i said I have taken the ticket now there's no need to shout but still she continued to yell at me which is very humiliating. And also the ticket she charged is from Simhachalam ( but I haven't board into the bus from there). So, kindly look into it.

Hello sir, my car was hit by apsrtc bus number AP11Z 6484 on Saturday 30-07-22, 8:15 -8:20 am. I’m submitting the photos, the driver has given his mobile number for any precedings, but now he is not responding to my calls .kindly look into the matter and provide compensation for the same. How can i proceed legally. Waiting for your response.

Some 55 buses are not stopping even after request at Bharath nagar...

Drivers are telling you people should come to front door and request me ( driver) verbally...then only I will stop.. what for conductors stands is not understood... He should see whether any passenger wants to get down at request stops/regular stops and should give commands to driver suitably... Conductors are telling to go to driver and make request... Going through the lady passengers standing, to driver will be difficult for make passengers..

This is frequently happening in this route . Drivers are behaving with more igo...
