I am from pedapalakaluru village .I am a college student. I am going to college by rtc bus daily. But I am not able to go to bus .because the village have only 2 buses after 1 hour .so my pass will use less for some some times.so please take tha action nd put the bus to this village as soon as possible . Night time also increase tha time nd put minimum 5 or 6 bus..

    We tried to book a bus ticket from APSRTC from Vizag to Guntur on 27 march 2022 . We paid the money from Sbi debit card. money was transferred to APSRTC from my account .But ticket was not booked . the transaction refrence no is[protected] and bus service code is 5022

      This is Pradeep I am from cumbum Andhrapradesh here at Bus stop supervisor not available all the time and he has no idea or information about bus time table and service number. Such a same for APSRTC and very neglecting behavior of people.
      Public are suffering a lot to catch bus and traveling.

        My name is Amarnath naik. I booked a seat in Indra ac bus from kdo to Bangalore ..I waiting for bus from 9.45 pm onwards in sandya circle at Kadapa but boarding point is different, I am waiting for bus drivers phone call but he didn't call me suddenly bus came where i standing in sandya circle and stopped the bus ...i asked to bus driver why u not intimate me then his answer is where rude and indecent manner ...he doesn't know how to talk with the passenger I can't see this type of driver in my life ...pls take strict action on this type of drivers ...

          Have raised complaint to online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in and [protected]@apsrtconline.in on the Concern below
          I have reserved ticket from Chittoor to Bangalore at 11:15pm[protected] Bus No 9080

          payment has been made and got deducted from my account but i havent received any details regarding the same requesting your help to check on the same and help

          please find the deducted amount screenshots attached
          But there is no proper response and i tried calling support thrice to +91 [protected]
          the only thing they responded is we havent recieved any email regarding your concerns thank you they are turning off the call post that conversation some one please help on the issues

            One bus running from Tadipatri to Ooruchintala via Aaluru kona which is not coming nearer to Ranganatha swamy temple permises in aaluru kona. It is diverting from upside and not coming to near by temple. This is causing very inconvenient to so many passengers specially for disabled and old age people. Please resolve this issue ASAP which help many poor devotees to make dharshan.

              I tried to book a bus ticket through apsrtconline.in from Palakonda to Palakollu on 15th March 2022. I paid the money using HDFC bank debit card. Money (1202/-) was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. I tried one more time, this time nothing happened. It just got stuck there.

              The transaction OB reference numbers are as follows [protected] and [protected].
              The Bus service code is 4871.

              Kindly let me know regarding this issue.

              I separately contacted the customer care. There she told me to mail onlinesupportapsrtc with the bank statement attached. I mailed and after one day, it was resolved.

                Dear Sir, I am complaining about the worst timings of the Ramachandrapuram depot buses. I regularly travel from Rajahmundry to Ramachandrapuram every day. And return to Rajahmundry by 9pm bus. From two months onwards the buses are running very late. I close my shop at 8.55pm and wait for the bus at Market center every day. Always the bus comes late. I wait there for nearly 30min to 45 minutes. Then the bus arrives at 9.30 pm or 9.45pm sometimes 10pm. When asked the conductor gives silly reasons that the driver was having dinner, or the bus went for maintenance
                Please solve the issue sir.

                    The behaviour of the driver was not at all acceptable so reached to complaint or greviance team and explained the issue in return to that they started scolding me! This was the way the government bus facility works in andhra pradesh..

                    I really regrate to say apsrtc was the most worst service ive ever seen.

I had entered the board point at the right but the bus was passed away to 10stops far away this is the negligence of bus driver and the conductor.                         Hello sir,

                        This is to bring to your attention deep regret that botter bottle service is not provided in service no:

                        I would like to know the bus has been listed as water bottle TV service would be there but I don't see a bottle given Nor TV SERVICE RUNNING in APSRTC THE SErvice is not a superluxary or express it's knight rider A.C service and not providing as per instructed guidelines is really not a good service...

                        There is an employee in APSRTC student bus pass counter in Eluru. He is having the worst behaviour towards people and making people to suffer a lot, he won't come to his counter regularly and explains unnecessary things and he is not at all helpful in solving people queries he is doing worst arguments at people when people try to explain things he just checks his phone and talks to his personal people. I suffered a lot from renewing my bus pass he is just skipping it without giving proper reasons.

                            All RTC buses are not going from old town while going from Gooty, kurnool, guntkal.People are more suffering because No buses will go through old town at anantapur.directly going to bus stand.if any bus going from anantapur then old town route will go the buses.but while going from Gooty kurnool guntakal not going from old town.people are more suffering from this issue.please solve this major issue sir

                                We booked a ticked from Anantapur to Bangalore at 2: 15 PM on 24/02/2022 we arrived at 2:25 exactly but the bus left before time it didn't wait at least for 5 min not even it started at exact time it went 25 min far distance its not even reachable at 2:18 PM it didn't even wait its ridiculous we are regret to book a bus in redbus for the first time
