Respected sir,
I am resident of Srikalahasthi .Today morning I have boarded the bus from Srikalahasthi to tirupathi around 9:30.The conductor named "Kumari" scolded me allegedly and deshamed .because of not bringing change, she said to get down of the bus. And coming to it is the fundamental right by every citizen to use the public transport. Because of the acts, The passengers were facing issues.so, kindly take necessary action on that particular conductor.

The driver isnt concentrating much and he takes few gaps to split out of the window where there is a chance of crashing at that speed.its the bus started from machilipatnam to vijayawada on 13 Dec 2021 at 5:40 am non-stop

I booked vennala APSRTC from Ameerpet to visakhapatnam was asked to stay beside KLM shopping unfortunately there are two sides only u guys knw which side is that beside!!? Anyway I guess my pain started from here I was msgd to be there before 15mn I was there on time bus was late for 30 min I had to wave like a mad guy asking them to stop as they were driving off to their beside part which they only knw..
The bus was not sanitized staff is not wearing masks u can imagine our passengers are fully relaxed. No sanitizer available. They had been halting the bus everywhere and every complex on the way. It's a terrible experience more over the points they stop for food and washrooms are even disgusting. The bus was not fully occupied. It's a shame that a govt organization is playing such a low key and lame during this pandemic. Day1 -6pm from Ameerpet- Day 2-10am to Visakhapatnam🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I shall never take APSRTC or recommend the same.

I'm not satisfy with Narsipatnam depo( APSRTC).There was an wrong intimation from depo and the passengers are waiting for their answer, since 1.30 mins away.still not responding to the passengers .
Im requesting you to provide a manager with polite and desence way.

I am kada Sudheer, I have booked ticket from Kakinada to Rajam on 29/11/2021 but I didn't got ticket conformation from APSRTC but money deducted from my account.

60, 60H and 68k buses are very less.every time i m waiting minimum more than 45 minutes.
Today 28th of November 2021
I came to bus stop ramatalkies nearly 6:05PM, the bus arrived at 7:15.
Its really worst one.
This is happening frequently.
Please do something and solve this issue ASAP.

I have done a payment to learner's licence by scanning the qr code shown in the payment section using paytm the transaction of the money was successful but the application was not successful even tough the money deducted after sometime i paid using the upi id and then the payment was successful but the 1st transaction money was deducted from my bank account but it showed as payment failed ...so i want my money to be refunded right now

yesterday I had booked ticket from vijayawada to srikakulam in apsrtc app as guest login. I had paid 754 rupees for ticket to the service number 2925. Amount deducted but ticket not booked and I didn't receive any refund. While I contacted apsrtc customer service they are saying there is no payment from your side and ending my call. The OB. I K.Praveen from (Alampuram village) West Godavari District.
I had taken a quarterly bus pass from Alampuram to Bhimavaram.It showed the 45 kms distance in the application.I need to change bus at the Tadepalligudem bus stand because there were two different routes

1.Alampuram - Tadepalligudem (via pippara) - bhimavaram(39 kms distance)

2.Alampuram - Tadepalligudem (via ganapavaram) - bhimavaram(45 kms distance)

Once I travelled through the 2nd route by taking information whether I could go or not from the conductor who travels in that way.so, I found a bus in second route and get into that bus today(i.e Nov 05th 2021 at 1.15pm).But the conductor had a route behaviour with me when I travelled in that bus and charged me to take ticket.I think, I had a possibility to travel in the second route because it is already shown of same distance.I hope I would get the judgement

I lost my black colour purse which contain near about 100 rupees and documents like adhar, atm card, pan card, voter ID and DL of naming Rajashree Das from odisha. I lost in apsrtc bus coming from rtc complex to railway station vishakapatnam time between 6.30 to 7 o'clock in the evening of 24th oct 2021. Plz help me regarding my documents only. Im from odisha. I have an issue with the APSRTC ticket booking. I have not got any intimation call or message when the service bus no 51031 has been cancelled. After reaching the bus stand I came to know that the service had been cancelled. Have lost my purse in kurnool APSRTC bustand on 14october 2021 while going to dhone via ananthapur bus on 14th October 3.45 pm.purse is of light pink colour and a 5 rupee old coin is pasted on the top of the purse .purse consist of Rs.1000/- cash and ATM cards and identity proofs of aadhar card, pan card, driving licence and RC copy.Kindly inform if anyone found.[protected]...

I can't get the reservation service from KURNOOL to PULIVENDULA (via Gooty, Tadipatri). Sir put some reservation service to this route from Kurnool also not only Hyderabad.

Enquiry service is too poor.
Staff are being rude to public.
We called enquiry department for problem in boarding station. They spoke rude and hung up the call.

I was driving my bike at 45kmph at very side of road near ramannpalem, atchuthapuram. APSRTC 400 bus yelamanchili bus overtook me by cornering to the full side of road and hit my glass and I almost fell into the side drainage, luckily I managed and stopped it. But driver didn't stop and went. Very rash driving.

To The Manager APSRTC, I am daily traveller from Guntur to Ganapavaram Today(1st oct 2021), i took AP28Z5963 bus from Ganapavaram bus stop at 4:50 pm. There was a men conductor, who was very rude. He didn't stop at our seat for tickets. Later i passed money through some person to the conductor for the ticket. He talked to me abusive words for taking ticket just after 5minutes and damaged my respect infront of others. First of all it was his mistake for not stopping near our seat. I only took the ticket
Could you please take this concern and warn him against his behaviour, so that other passengers would be comfortable

I have made a transaction to the AP RTO website(https://aprtacitizen.epragathi.org/) to book a slot for driving license using my credit card ending with 9008 on 4th september 2021. Money is debited from my card but the transaction failed(attached screenshot) and I have made another transaction using phonepe which is successful.

Please refund my card amount.

Kindly check this one and update me ASAP. Please let me know if any further details are require?
