To The Manager APSRTC, I am daily traveller from Guntur to Ganapavaram Today(1st oct 2021), i took AP28Z5963 bus from Ganapavaram bus stop at 4:50 pm. There was a men conductor, who was very rude. He didn't stop at our seat for tickets. Later i passed money through some person to the conductor for the ticket. He talked to me abusive words for taking ticket just after 5minutes and damaged my respect infront of others. First of all it was his mistake for not stopping near our seat. I only took the ticket
Could you please take this concern and warn him against his behaviour, so that other passengers would be comfortable

I have made a transaction to the AP RTO website(https://aprtacitizen.epragathi.org/) to book a slot for driving license using my credit card ending with 9008 on 4th september 2021. Money is debited from my card but the transaction failed(attached screenshot) and I have made another transaction using phonepe which is successful.

Please refund my card amount.

Kindly check this one and update me ASAP. Please let me know if any further details are require?

We are traveling from Rajahmundry to tuni, we take tickets . The bus was stopped at Rajanagaram, the driver said to take another bus, we take another bus and we showed that ticket, second bus conductor was not accepted that ticket, we have urgent work, so we cannot do anything, again we take tickets ... Please solve this issue

Express services are not coming to nallajerla bus stop, directly going by bypass, conductor is giving ticket to nallajerla, but they are not entering to village, i think may be drivers and conductors are busy . my mother (65 years) she faced a problem at night 10 o clock they droped at out side of village.

When we ask to control room of giddalur depot they said giddalur to ongole survice available at 2:30 pm today. But they send the bus before time. When we asked about it they give irregular response to me.

I made a transaction on 14-Aug-2021 Ref. No. [protected]. My amount has been debited from my account but the transaction failed. I contacted the bank and they said it was a successful transaction from their end. Could you please check once and refund my amount please. When I calling APSRTC Customer care([protected]) they not at all responding. Just they pickup call and not talking. Should I loss my amount with APSRTC.
Dont know what happened at payment gateway. Please check once and refund my amount asap.

He didn't stop in the pick up point and he reached engymore and he called and questioning us I am in engymore where r u wat a worst behaviour and he spoked vulgurly about my dad . This thing we have never expected from an APSRTC government bus driver

I have booked a ticket from Muramalla to Visakhapatnam in APSRTC website for journey date 17/08/2021 at 11:55 PM departure of bus in Muramalla.
I filled all derails and did the payment. After the payment is done, it didn't redirect to the ticket booking confirmation page or didn't show any ticket details. And the money has been deducted from my account.

The number of buses available from Vizianagaram to rajam is very very very few. Due to this, the buses are loaded with so many people which made it difficult to even breathe. No covid regulations are followed even during this pandemic. Please increase the service by providing buses.

Driver contact number is [protected]. When I called to him for informing to my boarding point details he shouted and ended the call without proper answering. After that he didn't stopped the bus at my boarding point. I ran behind the bus by auto. He shouted all the passingers same. This is second time I observed that the driver. He is not giving minimum respect to the passengers. Please change him from this route. I think he is not fit for long routes because if a single or aged people booked for a seat, at the last minute he will not picking up, then what they will do at that time. Just think like a common man missed the bus without your mistake, only because of driver not stopped at your boarding point, at last minute, mid night for important journey. Thank you

In the metro service 308 from Vijayawada to Vissannapeta, passenger seats were being occupied by the private goods transportation!

This caused severe inconvenience to us and also our luggage is moved after sorting it clearly!

This kind of actions were not being condemned by the controller or conductor even and moreover encouraging by accepting money from the people responsible for this!

This is going to be made big if not considered or action taken!

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry after crossing Suryapet the second driver not followed covid rules and 80% of bus was filled, from bus starting on wards his behaviour was not good with passanger, especially with ladies, today he has scolded by 5members in the bus *Journey Reminder*

Hi my name is Rajesh K, I have booked 2 tickets for my relatives (J Venkatanna and J Maheswari)from kurnool to hyderabad for 9th Aug'21, tickets were not booked but amount Rs 694 got debited from my Kotak bank account.please find my merchant reference number as [protected]. Kindly Refund the total amount of Rs 694 into my Kotak Bank.

I booked a ticket from Kakinada to Nandigam, which is single seating due to covid rules, but bus conductor made 2 of them to seat beside me, no Covid rules were followed in the bus.
Due to Covid bus capacity reduced to half of capacity what is use of this rule please consider this.

I have booked tickets in apsrtc to travel from visakhapatnam to kurnool on 07th August 2021, while booking tickets, apsrtc app showed distancing between seats, however when boarding there was no such rules were followed...and while in the journey many travellers boarded into bus which making the bus crowded...I am not sure where the mistake was...whether it is the government not giving clear and strict instructions to the drivers and conductors...or the drivers for making their own decisions against the apsrtc rules...pls make sure that these incidences not to be repeated...for any reasons...as it is a long journey of 23 hours...strict covid rules need to be applied.

I took my driving license test in December 2020 at Vuyyuru office (Vijayawada) and I passed the exam. But till now I haven't received the hard copy of the license . It's been many months since I've been waiting for it. I had already sent a mail to the respective team but not received any response.

Hi sir

Today on 26/07/2021 I am travelling from anantapur to Penukonda.
When I asked driver is there stop to Penukonda
He said yes but he won't go in Penukonda and he will go through bypass even though there is written on board stopping in Penukonda.

Even though he said there is no stop in Penukonda I decided to get down in bypass itself. I paid 200Rs for ticket
He said there is no change then I went and brought 155 change which cost fare 115, again he said there is no change for forty even though he has n giving change to other passengers who r going to Bangalore

Why he is so denying n torturing passenger who want to stop in the Penukonda
Why is there any rule not to stop in other stopings if the bus full with bangalore paasengers?

And sending passengers willingly for change out side

How far it is right to do so
