Good morning.

Myself a. Anand mobile number[protected]. I went to indian oil petrol pump today sunday (01-september-19) timing aproximate 18:15 pm to 18:50 pm. Near ice cream shop two filling pump is there. Out of two, near corner side filing station, i have asked a person weared cap to fill petrol for rs. 200. He told to me to check reading. I did not check. Finally he noticed that filled rs. 100 only. He requested to fill petrol once again for another rs. 100 that he missed. But, i was ignore to fill again. I put key on my pulsar two wheeler bike number tn14 b5275 and started bike, while checked my petrol indicate nothing showed. It showed tank is empty popup. I doubtfully asked that filling person. He informed another person to show the reading in manager room. I went to inside and checked. Even i was not satisfied. I asked that person to need to open my petrol tank pipe and check. Initially he refused to do that. After that he did with white color measurement cane. He tried to dry out my tank petrol fully using the small pipe. But, petrol not came out from tank. Then he opned the downside tube near main reserve volve side and start to fill in the cane. But only 500 ml and 250 aproximately filled 700 ml petrol was there. But, as per record he filled 1.37 ltr for 100 rs. Then indian oil worker told me to fill 100 rs. Fresh again and additionally provide me that 500 plus 250 ml petrol to me. There is must be fraud happened.

Kindly note:

1. My tank is not fully dried. There is a possible of 400500 ml petrol is possible in tank already.

2. I did not collect bill.

Hi sir, in Srikakulam complex they are doing fraud like things they are going to vehicles and stoping the vehicles and talking why you stopped here soo you have to pay penalty. Like this they are earning money daily please resolve it. His name sunyasi roa constable etc complex Srikakulam.
Sir, I have booked a ticket from chennai to vijayawada on august 2nd 2019.i have cancelled that on august 3rd 2019 afternoon. Its been almost a month and i did not received my refund. please verify my issue and refund as early as possible

    I need to travel from kodur to kurnool. Since there is no option shown for kodur in apsrtc booking, i have booked a seat from tirupati and thought of boarding at kodur. I decided to inform the driver in prior to its departure. But i have not received driver contact number instead apsrtc shared the vijayawada depo number which is not reachable at all. I faced difficulty in contacting bus driver and somehow informed him that i would be boarding at kodur. Once he reached kodur, he didn’t stop even though i waved my hand. With help of my friend i boarded the bus, in return the driver was yelling at me and forced me to get down the bus. Service number-6311 doj - 31 aug 3019.

    Also i saw him several times stopping the bus at the points which is not meant for bus stops and boarding the passengers (Not reserved).

    We tried to book a bus ticket through APSRTC from Tirupathi to Bangalore on 10th September 2019. We paid the money through ICICI debit card. Money was transferred to APSRTC from my account. But the ticket was not booked. The transaction reference no. is [protected]. And bus service code is 47501.

    I want my money to be refunded ASAP.

      When i was booking my ticket for forward journey, after entering otp, money got deducted but i didn't get any ticket details. After sometime, i booked for my return journey. The same thing was repeated.

      At the starting, it has shown me that 5 seats were available. It has not shown me any blocked seats while i was booking. But just after my transaction, when i checked for the availabilty of seats, it has shown me as 5wl (Waiting list) seats. Please look on my complaint so that i get refund for my 2 tickets.

        As i am travelling from tuni - kakinada by telugu - velugu bus regularly on job purpose. I travel most of my days at 5.30am and 5.45 am. By these two buses i would reach my destination by 8.00 am. But every time the buses are not arriving on time even it is the starting point also.. I came today[protected] at 5.30am but the bus goes away. I am waiting for the next bus. I had checked for the bus in apsrtc live track. 5.45am bus seems that is boarding at on time. But the bus arrives the point at 5.55am. As i asked the conductor and driver about the time they were answering in negligible way.. As they dont care about it. This is not the first time for me. It repeats again and again. This is unfair. How they will so careless?? Is there any action taken against them. How should i know whether the consumer court responds for my complaint??

          Hello,

          On May 2, I have cancelled a bus ticket in APSRTC with Ticket No. 88425401 from MGBS to GNT( service no.36252). I got a message that refund was initiated.but was not deposited in my bank account. The screen shot is attached below. Bank Ref. No:[protected]. It has been almost 4 months. Please resolve this as quickly as possible.

            Hi,

            This is to inform you that the bus attendant behavior is very rude towards the passengers and is demanding money for keeping the luggage in the bus luggage space.

            The following are the details:
            Service number: 4792 (Elr - bhel)
            Date of travel :[protected]
            Boarding time : 9:00 pm
            Date of arrival :[protected]
            Dropping time : 5:00 am

            When some passengers denied to give the money, he started shouting on them and the language was very bad. I was also one of the victims of him.

            Request you to take necessary action on this and please ask the bus attendants to show some respect towards the passengers.

                I travelled with family yesterday from chennai to proddutore by special service no 97062, it is arriving destination too late. The scheduled arrival time is 5.30am, but it is still not reached destination. The bus driver stopped bus many times, i felt as i am traveling in ordinary bus. I prefer not to use apsrtc. Below are ticket details.

                  This is uday, am travelling from kurnool to Hyderabad in Indra service, the service no is 51602, which departed from kurnool at 6pm[protected].
                  * The bus is with full of misquotes.
                  * A/C is jus average till 8pm after that felt little extra cool i think it's because of climate change but not because if A/C.
                  * and it feels like traveling in a lorry coz of heavy noise...
                  AND while booking through website it shows like...
                  * SEMI SLEEPER.. but while getting in to the bus have come to know that the seats are not SEMI SLEEPER As mentioned but they are jus PUSH BACK as in super luxury bus.

                    To travel eluru from hanuman junction, i boarded in the above bus on the above mentioned date, he stopped for lunch for 30 min in between journey, while boarding conductor not even inform like they stop for lunch and when i ask him about lunch stop conductor response was very reckless. For 20 min of my journey lunch stop was 30 min.
                    If conductor could have informed about lunch break while boarding, i might have catch another bus.
                    I request apsrtc employees to change your attitude. Please give counseling to all conductors and drivers, if possible fire them.

                      This is to complaint in regards apsrtc bus no# ap04tx785 and driver emp code 008406, conductor emp code 553650, telugu velugu service from madanapalle to rayachoty on 05/08/2019 at 1:30pm,
                      I had been waited 35 minutes for the bus in old bus stand, bus passed via old bus stand @13:35 with out stopping, there was 2 passengers including me.
                      I catch the bus by chasing in auto rickshaw near ntr circle, asked about the stop with conductor/driver, in response getting un-authentic answer with rude behavior!
                      I would like to raise this complaint with appropriate dept head.

                        I was supposed to get a parcel from vizianagaram. Posted on 3rd august at 3pm, sent to vizag. I went to visakhapatnam parcel office at 9:30 pm to collect my parcel. The worker informed me that my parcel has not arrived. When asked to track where the parcel was, he failed to do so and didn't help me any info. I waited for an hour and got no help. Pathetic service. I had to wait for more than an hour and yet they couldn't contact their vizianagaram office and help me with the tracking

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I am a frequent commuter in APSRTC bus services in Srikakulam Pathapatnam route. Today ie on 31/07/ 2019, I am sitting in the Ankapalli- Parlakhemundi bus with ticket no TNA74744 dt 31/07/2019 .It is supposed to be an Express bus. Express buses normaly take 1:50 minutes to cover 72 km distance. It is now 20: 30Hrs and the bus has just crossed Peda padu in Srikakulam. It had reached Srikakulam at 1930 Hrs. The bus driver started the bus at 1945 hrs. He is the driver cum conductor. He stopped the bus midway for ticketing. He took 30 minutes for ticketing.

                          There is a LH Bus to Pathapatnam after this bus . It starts after this bus and reaches Pathapatnam before this bus. This is your driver's statement. Infact he advises all to board that bus if in case someone is in hurry!And its true.What a joke ! Then why are you charging Rs 75/- from me ? Why your LH Bus with Rs 55/- ticket reaches before this Express bus ?

                          As I already mentioned that I am a frequent traveller in this bus. So I know that the problem lies with this drtver only. Behaviour wise he is good. But he is very slow in action. He stopped at Srikakulam bus stand for 20 minutes. He could do the ticketing that time also. But he never does it. Such a waste of time! There are other two drivers for this bus too. They are very energetic and competent. When they are on duty, bus timings are perfectly followed and the bus is in Pathapatnam by 2130 Hrs . They manage the ticketing work excellently.

                          Please do something for the bus driver to strictly adhere to timings.
                          I hope some positive action from APSRTC. If there is any HR issue with your employee kindly solve it within your Department. But if this driver contnues in this route hundreds of passenger s are suffering. I am just one of them.

                          Anticipating a favourable redressal of my grievance so as to prevent me from going and knocking the doors of National consumer forum.

                            Is it warranted for the apsrtc buses. To be stopped enroute at the will of driver and comductor? And no official bothers about it. This has been my experience for the past 3 decades eith apsrtc. You just. Dont care about the sufferings of the commuters. You behave as though you are giving free service to people. And the people running the hotels where the buses are stopped, treat your staff with all cheers free of cost and poor we, the commuters are charged indiscriminately. The hotel where they stopped your bangalore chittoor service (No 7053) demanded rs45 on a bottle of softdrink mrpof which was shown as rs.33/. And i say apsrtc is indirectly aiding such looters. I am still im the bus at plamaner now at 1651hrs though the bus started at bangalore at 1235hrs. I need an explanation from you as to why such things of putting commuters into unwanted. Discomforts beong ignored by top officials.

                              I am m anil babu, working in epfo, kadapa and daily i am using up and down from badvel to kadapa by bus since i have a job in kadapa. I am very sorry to complain againest the conductor no:413611, teluguvelugu bus, but as a passenger i am very much suffered with them when i ask to stop bus at my spot where i have to get down and with rude driving, mainly the conductor name (Bala krishna) using the language of bussted and he is saying go and complaint to any one i wont care, afraid and using the words such as you wont pick my down hairs also where in the depo of badvel at front of their staff and security nearly the time is 9.50 pm. Dt, 23.07.2019
                              Hence, i request to the authorities of badvel depo may look into this matter and tell him how to behave with the passengers and some conductors are very best in the behavior like chittoor traveled bus from badvel.

                              My wife and myself were waiting for Araku bus on Pendurthi bus stop on 23/07/19. One deluxe s.kota deposit bus came in service route instead of main road. Driver dint stop the bus, with great trouble we boarded the bus but remaining 8-10 passenger missed. Even we told him to stop in bus stop but he told " elaga laga vastaru neekenduku".

                                Daily i am travelling in night shifts to sabbavaram-vizag (Dist.) by 66v bus.

                                Most of the times the bus is maintaining irregular timings at old gajuwaka jn. Bustop. Due to its bus driver and conductor. Its actual time at old gajuwaka jn. Bustop is night 19:00 to 19:05 hrs.

                                I will be there at 5 to 10 mns before to its exact bus timing at old gajuwaka. But most of the times the bus time will go early to its regular timings. Most of the public suffering due to its early arrival.

                                We couldnt understand "apsrtc" is what for the public.

                                So please take it up as so seriously and take necessary action on its 66v bus staff.

                                And make sure the bus goes on its regular timings at old gajuwaka bus stop.

                                  I lost my watch yesterday night in amaravathi Volvo service no 3360 from hydrated to visakhapatnam, and my seat no is 12. When im going for sleep i kept my watch in my track pant pocket unfortunately my track pant have no zip.watch fallen on the seat ..i didnt recognized on that time when i came down i remembered ..my babai is working in apsrtc and he only booked that ticket so i called to my babai immediately he called to driver he said we not found any watch..the watch cost is high so please find that watch ..

                                    Conductor and driver have misbehaved by not giving me the ticket with other passengers. They asked me to come into drivers bus cabin area and sit next to driver seat for taking the ticket and asked for my phone number. This behavior against me is intolerable and I am questioning the safety of a girl in a government public transport. Its unacceptable. Expecting a strict action against the driver and conductor. Or this issue will be taken further ahead. Trusting APSRTC that they would take action. Indira bus-13:45pm, Service number: 9373. Rajahmundry to Vijayawada.

                                      Conductor and driver have misbehaved by not giving me the ticket with other passengers. They asked me to come into drivers bus cabin area and sit next to driver seat for taking the ticket and asked for my phone number. This behavior against me is intolerable and I am questioning the safety of a girl in a government public transport. Its unacceptable. Expecting a strict action against the driver and conductor. Or this issue will be taken further ahead. Trusting APSRTC that they would take action
