Respected sir/madam, I have made a phone pay UPI transaction through QR code scan and the transaction was successful but I didn't receive the ticket. So the conductor gave a ticket through cash mode. Even though it is a small transaction of Rs 30 I would like to know how these problems are being resolved. Images of both cash and UPI transaction are uploaded as proof. Please look into the issue. Today i.e.,[protected] Tadigadapa Bus was not stopped at Radio Station busstop and driver behaves rudely to female passengers

I'm a resident of Tadigadapa.
There is a need of Tadigadapa Bus 7T but it was not running properly as per schedule.
At the time 7PM to 8PM @ Radostation busstop the Tadigadapa Bus drivers didn't stop the bus at busstop they are passing near to the dividers with rash driving.
Some drivers slowdown the bus in the middle of the road and it is difficult to the passengers to go to near the bus and get into the bus.

If other vehicles dash to the passengers who will take the responsibility

The Tadigadapa Bus drivers driving the busstand rashly and they didn't stop the buses at the right place.

I complained to the RM number of times but they didn't take any action on Tadigadapa bus drivers.

I have traveled from Bangalore to Kurnool on 23 Feb 2024 at 10:45 PM bus. I don't have reservation. Asked driver for seats, he said department seats are available and charged fare is 740/- but actuals are 640/-. asked him why it is 740, he said it is allowances for him.
Please take action on him.

Your chittoor depo super luxury bus vehicle no 47215 is not enter into chagalamarry village while there is a stop. So many employes ar waited at that time to attend their duties intime.
What is the reason for not entering into the whole town.

I booked a bus ticket in paytm from kanchikacherla to miyapur. Bus service number : 35271. Actually I booked window seat but I got side seat. When I asked in bus they didn't respond it.

Took a ticket to Old Dairy Farm, Vishakhapatnam.
They slowed the bus for a second but started to throttle again. I've fell down with minor injuries and due to a kind man I've been rescued from crushing my leg from vehicles at back.
Please take an action against this.
I hope I'll be the last person from registering the complaint regarding this issue.

Would like to bring your attention about bus number Ap16TS8856 which hit my car from backside very hard. It happened on 21st Jan 2024 around 11 a.m. While i was waiting for a car infront of me to go driver hit my car very hard from backside. My car backside was severely damaged and when i first spoke with driver he is very arrogant and foolishly arguing that i was driving slow which does not make any sense. When traffic police questioned him hard he admitted his mistake unintentionally. Not to trouble passengers in the bus I have let the bus reach bus stand and then contacted owner of the bus which is being hire by third party. He admitted mistake but did not provide any solution to the damage of my car. Wanted to bring this to your attention since trust on Rtc will get defamed due to the drivers like these who are not trained and not cared about passengers safety. Hope you will take appropriate action or warn not to get this repeated.

I booked online tickets for both onward and return journeys on 26-Dec-2023. Below are the ticket numbers. I cancelled both tickets on 30-Dec-2023. It was observed that my refund amount for my onward journey is incorrect and more amount is deducted. It appears that the concession that I have received for booking both onward and return journeys has been deducted in my onward journey cancellation. As I cancelled both journeys tickets, this deduction should not have happened. Also, there is no mention of levy charges deduction in APSRTC norms as per the screenshot attached, however, they are also deducted in my cancellations. APSRTC customer care are ending the call after raising this concern. Please check and do the needful.

I have booked a bus ticket from Gooty to Bangalore with APSRTC (Guntakal Depo), the bus timing is actually 9:50 PM from Gooty bus station, by the time I reached the bus station the bus not there and I enquired with help desk and I found that that bus was left from Gooty bus station,
The APSRTC staff (Bus driver/conductor Mr.Ghosh) are not even tried to contact me before they left from Gooty bus station, because of that I lost my journey and attendance at my C.A Articleship Principle and my valuable Time and money.

My sincere request for the consumer protection to make justice for the lose happened to me.

My name is shaik akeel. I'm graduate. I was ona bicycle walk from allankhanpalli to vinayak nagar. A bus from proddatur to kadapa has done rash driving and was about to hit me at allankhanpalli in the morning 7:35 . It was my luck that I got escaped from that incident. I want out APSRTC to take action against that driver and suspend him.

I am retired DMHO OFFICE I was travel to Rajahmundry to Bhadrachalam at morning 5 .40 am but the bus driver driving so dangerously at goti road and he talking to senior citizens so bad words and he was stop bus at anywhere 10 minutes to 15 minutes but thare is no stop I am asking to why you stop 15 to 20 minutes bus he give answer it’s my bus I was stop who will ask you he give answer APTRC will take action to driver and conductor if case don’t take action I was going law process this is bus service number: 23915 date[protected]

I tried to book two tickets from vijayawada to hyderabad with journey date on 3-Jan-2024, booking date on 2-Jan-2024. Money deducted but tickets not booked.

I have been trying to book bus ticket and after i enter the otp from my card it says the seats are no longer available and money gor deducted

I am writing this formal complaint to bring to your attention a series of troubling incidents that I have experienced over the past two days while using the APSRTC bus service on Route No. 805. I regret to inform you that the conductor on duty, whose photo I have attached for your reference, has exhibited persistent misbehavior, raising serious concerns for my safety and the well-being.

The incidents in question is such that On 14/12/23, the conductor threw change money at me in a reckless manner, displaying disrespectful behaviour.Subsequently, she verbally abused during the same journey, causing distress. On the following day [16/12/23], the same conductor persisted in exhibiting the same disrespectful behavior, creating an unsafe environment .I believe such behavior is not only unprofessional but also poses a threat to the safety and security of the passengers.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and inform me of the actions taken to address the issue.

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Manoj and I recently booked an AC bus for a long journey through the APSRTC service for my mother, with reservation reference number Ticket No:[protected]. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my journey.

Unfortunately, the AC bus I had reserved was not in a good condition from the start, which also started very late at the source station experienced a breakdown during the trip after an hour of journey at a place Tiruvuru. To address the situation, the transportation staff arranged for a normal bus as an alternative. While I appreciate the quick resolution, I must express my disappointment as the replacement did not meet the specifications of my original booking.

Given the inconvenience caused by the change in bus type, I kindly request a refund for the price difference between the AC bus and the provided normal bus. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to such changes, but I believe it is fair to seek compensation for the discrepancy in service.
Also my mother had a very bad journey experience with back pain.

Initially there was a reply from APSRTC helpline, that they will forward to Nuzvid depo and further i have asked for update and i have no reply.
