Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is G Purna sai (17 Male) resident of Visakhapatnam, I was booked ticket from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada showing journey time is 10.00 to 18.00. I need to catch train at 21.30 at vijayawada to yerraguntla (IIIT Vempalli ) but bus reached vijayawada @ 22.30 It is very much delay due to this I missed my train. There is no trains available after that time and no buses are there. And I am from Poor family but much money is spent due this delay approximately 1000 each me and my frnd with the same ticket . Please do needful regarding this delay and please pay compensation.

    I was travelling from vizag to razole in super luxury I paid for my ticket 470rs through paytm by scanning QR code. My payment was done successfully but didn't get tickets from the machine. So please refund my money.

      Hello team,

      Traveling from Macherla to Hyderabad 11th August

      Seat number i registered is 30 and it is a window seat

      One passanger came to me he's saying 30 is not a window sea and not showing his reservation ticket, i showed him on Paytm about seat layout, he didn't believe and arguing.I asked him did you confirmed with driver, he(arguing person) said yes.Later he called bus driver,
      Driver: how did you booked your ticket.
      Me: Online
      Driver: I don't know about seat allocation and we are not sure .if you want to compain to GM, I will give you the number

      Later the arguing passinger went out other window seat

      This is a clear misconduct front he driver end as he's not following the rules provided by APSRTC, and he's not saying confidently it's not the seat i registered. He's simply playing blame game . First take the action against him then set a clear clarity on registration list about what type of seats in the bus, and who booked the window seats, it's clear picture for educated and common sensed people.

        Hello sir
        Today when we are to travelling from kurnool bus stand to our village..we entered into bus stand and we lost our two purses which contains cash of thousands of rupees and gold and when we went to gave complaint no one took it seriously and they told no cc cameras are working because of this we couldn't find the thief...so please requesting you to look into this

          This is yenigalla. Bhavana, as of now I'm travelling in the apsrtc super luxury bus service bus 4048 from vijaywada to uppal X roads in the seat number 27, back of emergency exit seat due to the in proper fitting of the window the rain leaked into the bus there was the discomfort to the total journey

                I am traveling from Hyderabad to Repalle in service no: 4340 on 22nd June 2023. The AC is not all working in the bus.All the passengers are suffering due to this. This bus is looks like cheaper than Super Luxury.

                    I am a daily commuter of APSRTC- bus service, from Kadapa There are a few problems which we, the residents of Kadapa always face.
                    1)There is no time-table and panctuality maintained for the buses, nor that is being maintained. Many times buses will come in queue leaving the next half an hour.

                        Not received driving licence even though the card fee is included in the application . It's been more than 1 year and I've tried all the possible ways. Went to RTO office they doesn't care. Lodged a complaint on APRTA Epragathi(Tktno. 2352439) portal many times no response. Asked them to upload my data to central portal so that ican atleast show digital copy through Digilocker or Mparivahan.

                        Please send me the printed driving licence or atleast upload the details to Central India Portal so that I can access the digital Copy.

                          My Journey started from Amalapuram to Vizag but due to seat non availability upto Kakinada Travelled during that time Driver committed to give seat based on possibility from kakinada to vizag, after reaching kakinada I requested but not given seat and he given seat to another person in the driver cabin. Why he is not giving important first requested person and myself continued the journey with same bus. This the partiality never accept I am also same traveller.                             I have booked bus ticket from Kadapa to Bengaluru while booking it was shown that departure time at Kadapa is 10:30am and arrival time at Bengaluru majestic is 05:00pm. By keeping in mind I have train at 06:50pm at ksr Bengaluru railway station. So I have booked ticket by having a margin time of 1 hour 50 minutes. Where as the bus started at Kadapa bus stand is at 10:50am and arrived Bengaluru majestic bus stand at 07:02pm. Due to this I have missed my train and I have rebooked bus ticket from Bengaluru to manipal and I have faced so much problems which you can't imagine and it costs me heavily.

                            Train ticket cost: Rs.1625.75/-
                            Bus ticket cost: Rs.880/-
                            I have faced so much mental pressure during the last two hours of journey.
                            Kindly take action against them and issue refund amount which costs me during the journey.

                              Actually I attended for the right time 10:29pm but the departures time was 10:30pm .The bus conductor had behaved rudely and blaming that I came Late.So please to take this complaint and inform him.The pnr number of the bus is[protected] and this held on 21 May, 2023.

                                  While myself and wife travelling on my bike on mentioned date and time. The bus driver didn't maintained distance between with front vehicle and the bus. He hit me from the back and damaged my vehicle. My wife got hurt.
                                  He responded to me in a very rude way. The conductor and driver asked to complaint and said they don't care about anything.
                                  They also denied to tell me the names for log a complaint.
                                  I demand apology form both driver and conductor for their rude behavior.
                                  Please take necessary action.

                                    I booked a bus ticket from Kurnool to Hyderabad as per the schedule the bus should be here at 5pm.Now it's 6pm.This is not the 1st time. I have not reached my destination in t, if the bus is getting delayed we the passengers should atleast get an update that the bus is getting delayed.So, That we can plan an alternative. I know you are receiving a lot of complaints like this you are going to ignore this just like the others.
