Hi,

I have booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Tirupati via APSRTC Indira A/C bus on 6th JAN 2023 for 7th JAN 2023 @8:10 pm ist, seat no 21 but ticket had not booked and money had deducted from account, request you to look into my issue and refund the amount. I have cross checked the same bus and seat had not booked but my amount was not refunded as well.
Request to action my issue.

This complaint of APSRTC service which travels from amalapuram to bhimavaram.On 4th Jan 2023 i was travelling from Razole to palalkollu railway station which is 22kms distance and they are taking ticket to veeravasram which is distance of 31kms. Also they tells there is no stop at railway station which has crossing on the bus route.Also while going to amalapuram they are not stopping at palalkollu by-pass, and no bus services from narasapuram to razole.Autos are demanding very high in these routes.No buses are available at railway station outside.

My name is Girish. I'm traveling from Srisailam to Kurnool via Emiganuru on Jan 4th 1:30. During my journey from dornala to Atmakuru, the road is small and only one large vehicle can travel on the road and whenever a vehicle comes on opposite direction, both the vehicles have to go off road. A similar situation occured and my driver didn't slow down when he took off road. Due to which all the 3 widows from the back, broke and the glass pieces shattered into the passenger faces.
This could have been easily avoided if the driver went slowly. Post the incident, the driver was unapologetic and was taking back to the passengers, which is totally not acceptable. Initially Conductor asked the driver to drive slowly and also few of the passengers mentioned him about his reckless driving in dornala.
Please take strict action in order to avoid such accidents in future.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had booked a ticket from
Hyderabad(Miyapur bollarum X road to Narsaraopet) on 02/01/2023 from
ICICI Internet banking for Service number 4533 having reference number
[protected] for seat 15, 16 and 19.The ticket was not booked but amount of
1554(see below screenshot) has been deducted.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to refund the amount.

Conductor is not moving from the seat all the passanger are passing money for tickets. And conductor not stopping bus at required location and only stoping at particular place though it is ordinary. Bus no: ap07z0390

And now for updating the name correctly they are asking for Service Register first page, Adhaar Card, Notary and Join declaration form also.

But even after submitting they are asking again for other things.

Mistake is not by them and again asking me for these extra details even after providing all the things.

Please take necessary action for their Irresponsibility.

sir. I forgoten my hand bag in bus while coming from ponnur to bapatla in the bus from guntur to chirala passenger bus . Today morning

Today, I booked a ticket from vijayawada to tanuku. Express bus at 12:30pm, the bus arrival time is 1:30pm but the bus not came till noe 1:56pm they did not inform me about late arrival. I asked about the bus in enquiry place but they said they don't know.

Have done RTC booking from guntakal to Nellore as I haven't get private travels from there, so the bus was suppose to come at 9pm but it got delayed by 1.30 hrs and arrived at 10.20pm to the point which is very bad experience.
The point here that I wanted to mention is, apsrtc won't allow any person if he is not available within the time and driver would not wait for customer not even to 10m because I had the same experience when I...

But tickets are not booked due to technical issues in the site.

When the amount will be refunded

My name is G.Rangaswamy, I am coming from Mantralayam with my family on 15/12/22. At the time of getting off the bus, the last night light bus was moving to Pattikonda. Asked to stop, did not stop. I ran and stopped the bus on the road and asked him to stop when my family was coming, he went without stopping. After that I took a night bus from Bengaluru to Pattikonda. Before reaching the bus stand, Api asked you to walk from here near Ramdasu Hotel in Pattikonda. Then the time was 9-20 pm and I had a lot of trouble with my 4 month old daughter. I have complained in writing to Adoni depot manager about this matter. I have not been given any information on this till now. And I complained in Spandana also but they did not solve the problem. But Spandana called me and informed me that the depot manager solved the problem. But I have not received any information. So I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action on this issue. Thank you sir

I am studying in a college which is located in CHERUKUPALLY village of vizianagaram district . I daily attend the college from my home which is in Visakhapatnam . Due to change in districts we are supposed to take an EXTENSION PASS which is the route of name "TAGARAPUVALASA - CHERUKUPALLY". But the drivers are not stopping at our college saying that there is no stop for us even we have an EXTENSION Pass . Even when we return to our house, the busses are not stopping for a while . There are no frequent busses in college attending hours (7:30 am - 9:00 am) due to which there is a big rush in the bus an we are hanging at the doors . Because if we don't catch the bus at 7:30 am, we can't reach our college at time . In recent days many students fell and fractured their valuable legs and hands . So i request you to please increase the buses in college timings and stop the buses at our college .

Sir, Iam a college student. కాలేజ్ కి త్వరగా వెళ్లకపోతే బయట ఉంచేస్తారు. నేను నా స్టాప్ కి వచ్చాక, రెండు బస్సులు వెళ్లాయి. మొదటి బస్ ఐతే అసలు ఆగనే లేదు. రెండో బస్ ఐతే నన్ను పరిగేతించి వెళ్ళిపోయాడు.నేను రెండు బస్సులను చెయ్యి పెట్టి ఆపాను. ఇద్దరు ఆపలేదు. ఆపలేనిది పైగా నన్ను పరిగెట్టించారు. నేనొక అమ్మాయిని.

I have travelled from ballery to Guntakal in pallevelugu bus and the actual distance is 53 kms but in ticket it was 70 kms and ticket cost was 75 rs

The bus conductor is rude towards passengers...and says...Come to bus stand if you need change...

Bus service no 3780 is running late by an hour.Drivers stoping for atleast 15 to 30 minutes in each stage.

There are not enough busses from Bangalore to Madanapalli to commute daily. Whatever buses are there that timing is taking too long and it is taking almost 6 to 7 hours. If we book tickets there is no proper tracking information and bus driver contact details are not provided. Overall it is very worst.

Respected sir, I'm rakesh let's getting to the main point that I ve booked a ticket from As Rao nagar (Hyderabad) to Podili on 13th December 2022 around 23:30 pm, money has deducted from my bank ie 617RS but ticket hasn't booked still not refunded the money
