I booked ticket from VIJAYAWADA to RAVULAPALEM(service no:2680), ticket number:87524170 and my bus was at 3:00 am in the morning and I reached VIJAYAWADA bus station at 2:30 am but Bus was 3 hrs late and I asked in enquiry after 2.30 minutes they told Bus left the VIJAYAWADA so I went to my destination with another Bus.do I get refund for Bus which i booked.pfa of photo of Bus which I travelled.

Why should I pay ticket from Mejastic.

    I have booked express ticket worth rs. 65/- from rajamahendravaram to kakinada
    But they provided ordinary bus without any facilities.
    The bus driver said that the bus is given by official, i only can drive.
    Claiming excess amount or not provide facilities as per the charged amount is the offence and against the consumer law.
    My consumer rights are broken, kindly justify my journey.

      I was travelling on a crowded apsrtc bus this morning. Many women are uncomfortably standing. What annoyed me the most is that 50% of the seats reserved for women were occupied by men. Do women really have to fight for getting the seats reserved for them? As some people lack common sense and respect for women, i request to enforce rules to make women sit on the seats reserved for them.

        Today I've seen an immoral RTC Conductor...
        A lady, who is carrying heavy weight, has been travelling from Vzm to Tagarapuvalsaa which costs 25/- but she gave 200 /- Instead of giving change to her, Bus conductor sent her out from the bus, As the conductor didn't have the change to give her.
        This shows the irrespect on ladies...
        Bus number AP31Z[protected] is going so fast im submitting this because to prevent accidents please kindly inform to the driver

          Today i like to board a bus (Ap07z0488) at 8:00am in vijayawada depot. I felt really bad with the unprofessional behaviour of this #. Even the language is unparliamentary. How this kind of people are recruited without knowing minimum etiquettes iam not getting.

            Travelling in apsrtc bus no: ap 27 ty 1113. Service number: 4607.
            A service from vinukonda to tirupati.

            Sir/madam,
            I want to take this to your notice. Somewhere after ongole, i think in ongole outskirts, bus stopped for food, where the food quality is worst. They charged higher prices than normal, though giving less quality food. Passengers, particularly women are facing lot of difficulty with this. So, kindly take strict action on whoever responsible to this act at the earliest.

              Counter timings changed recently (09 am to 06 pm). During these timings majority of the consumers will be at schools, offices.. Dont they? It is quite inconvenient to get the renewal. 08am to 10am and 4pm to 8pm will serve the majority.

              Counter at nad is discontinued, it must be restarted to serve customers. Please consider that there is no counter until simhachalam or gajuwaka or complex.

                I haven’t seen such a dumb depot in Andhra Pradesh. None of the buses arrives on time. I have been irritated many times and for the first time I’m complaining this. I[censored] can’t run the buses on time then don’t run them. We as a customer feel irritated with your laziest buses. Being a panchayat u should know how to maintain the buses regularly.

                  I am an bank employee. I need to travel from yemmiganur, kurnool district to mantralayam which is 20 km distant. Since last two weeks, toll gate fare is being collected by apsrtc buses which costs rs.10/- per passenger which is unbearable for people like us. And ksrtc is not collecting any extra fare till now. Before toll fare, for pallevelugu ticket fare was rs. 15/- now it is rs.25/-, for express rs.35/-, for deluxe and super luxury rs. 45/- just for 20 km of distance. How it is calculated and declared by apsrtc while toll fare for up and down is rs.180/-?. Is it dictator depo management or secular? We, common people are sufferers at the end, we should boycott buses while we have so many alternatives like ksrtc buses, mg buses, share autos. We had so much of belief that apsrtc is for public, but now apsrtc is for itself only not for public. Shame o[censored]s. Because we don't have courage to fight on this rude theft by apsrtc.

                    While travelling from kurnool to hyderabad boarding AP 02 Z 0580 on 24th march.. they have stopped in place for dinner (Sri sai ram hotel near kothakota) where there is no quality food provided and when i questioned driver they replied there is no rules to stop in bus stands in telangana .. i would not have complained if the food is good ..and i observed that drivers had a special treatment including food.. please take action regading stops and getting the custmers quality food.

                      I tried to book a ticket from chilakaluripeta to tirupathion 3rd march using apsrtc oprs payment. (Order number. [protected]). I used sbi bank internet banking for payment. However it was an incomplete transaction but money was deducted from my sbi bank account. When i enquired, they stated that money will be refunded in a week but i didn't received my money yet.

                        I travel daily in 400y bus to and fro from kurmannapalem to kothuru junction and i have boarded the bus from kothuru junction today i. E. On 23/03/2019. There is this lady conductor who has given me a ticket. As soon as the bus reached atchutapuram she started asking me if i have to take ticket and as i earphones plugged in my ears i did not respond to her. She started yelling at me. I really don't understand why she is so rude. It's really disappointing..

                          I have been travelling from vijayawada to nuzvid through nonstop service, service number - 3998, on 16-march-2019.
                          It is the first non-stop service and the scheduled time is between 5 to 5:15 am.
                          But due to the unavailability of the conductor the service is delayed and all the passengers suffered because of this. The bus delayed for an hour and even then the conductor did not reach. The second service conductor has to come a then the bus started.
                          Ideally first service means, people who are coming from far away places will be boarding. I travelled from hyderabad to vijayawada, and from vijayawada to nuzvid i have to take the non-stop service.
                          Request you to make the services start on time, atleast for the first service.

                            The timings are not following correctly, they are lazy and not doing there work, when a student comes for renewal of bus pass, they are opening lately and time to college or school or job is wasting for the renewal they are opening at 8:30 am and closing at 5-6 pm the timings are not following please rectify the problem that people had due to this buspass renewal

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              We are facing so many problems with apsrtc city bus services with irrelevant timings and two or three or more buses are going at a time (Bus tailing) with almost empty, this is creating so many problems to the passengers, even i tried to reach department members for the manager number or corresponding person to give a complaint and they are giving irresponsible answers.

                              Yesterday (March 12th 2019) i waited for the city bus almost 50 mins at benz circle - eenadu bus stop for the old 5 root bus towards pb siddhartha college and lost hope, so i don't like to wait further then i took a walk. When i am reaching to stella college bus stop by walk i see, two 5 root buses went immediately without much passengers. Then while further walking towards to sbi colony bus stop in 4 mins i see immediately another two 5 number (5 root) buses went empty without passengers then within another 2 mins another two 333 buses left immediately... So in between from 9:00 pm to 9:15 pm total 6 buses left immediately that too almost empty without much passengers

                              Because of the apsrtc city buses tailing, so many passengers are suffering like - old, children, students, poor, employees etc.in 15 mins 6 buses left means we don't know how long next passengers have to wait for the next bus...

                              Apsrtc should come up with bus scheduled timings list and publish them in the news papers or online. Also they have to put display board how much time it takes for the next bus by putting gps tracker in them if possible or at main points responsible person should have to enter it manually (Gps trackers are recommendable and its not much expensive now a days, so depot management can also monitor them)... With actual scheduled time and arrival time of that bus. They should come-up with a logic to avoid bus tailing by putting time adjustment bus stops (Here bus can wait for atleast 8-10 mins if they are tailing), its a huge loss to government and inconvenience for the passengers too. At sbi colony bus stop (Old 5 root) there is survival camera too, so apsrtc manger can check their buses tailing on yesterday (March 12th 2019)

                              Daily we see in tv, media everyone talking about reduce pollution, traffic, save green etc. Taking bus helps us to the reduce traffic, pollution and go green.

                              Dear apsrtc please avoid bus tailing and follow more/less timings and help for the better society and public... Hope apsrtc will take an action on this immediately

                                We have occupied our seats before 30 minutes of the departure time. Later after 30 minutes the bus driver (Giddalur to hyderabad at 7:00am on 11/03/2019) came, informing that it is already reserved. Within that 30 minutes 2 buses are gone. Bus number ap27z 0330. There is no driver available for that 30 minutes. I got lot of problems with apsrtc this is one among them.

Now i was migrated to some other plan (Plan i don't know) and subscription enhanced to 360/- per month. Star sports channels are also not coming.                                     I have done reservation from tirupati to bangalore. But my hometown is chandragiri, which is next stage. Recenlty they have passed a rule that they will not share driver number details. As a result i can't board at preferred location even though iam on time, they had given me customer service number and there is no way to contact driver. Atleast ask them to add our prefered boarding (Customer preferred) points of our choice since we are paying full journey amount from tirupati to bangalore. Atleast we can rest assured

                                      A senior citizen by mistakenly deleted ticket no. But we had so many proofs that we reserved that ticket... Even he showed rash behavior on customer that he want only ticket no. We showed it through mail id... But he didnt agreed... Due to illitracy of passenger, she carried normal mobile which has no whatsapp and gmaïĺ how can we send the message to her...

                                        Sir, i am ramya travelling to viskhapatnam from anakapalli since 6 months on the purpose of education. Bus number '500' runs from anakapalli to visakhapatnam.. I am requesting you to please have a brief idea on number of passengers in the working days and weekends.. Apart from getting seats we people didn't even getting place to stand for 1hr 45min at least... It's getting difficult for us to know the timings of the buses.. Where we can find 3 to 4 buses at 7:30 to 8:00 am once.. And once we r not getting at least one bus at that time.. So kindly make the necessary action for this situation.. And my suggestion is to keep different buses for the students only in the clz timings only.. And make it allowed for the people who have their i'd cards.. (As conducters and driver's are not giving minimum respect for the students having bus pass)
