Booked ticket from hyd to rajahmundry. Boarding time is 9.35pm i was there from 9.15pm onwards. I didn't get any call from driver and tracking also not working. Refund my money back. Service no 98481 and ticket no 83418663. I booked the ticket through redbus. Date of journey[protected]. Please verify and refund my money back. Any other information required let me know.

    I bought the ticket for vishakapatnam to vizianagaram non-stop express service at vishakapatnam bus station.
    I went to washroom and came back to board the bus only to find no bus.
    Next to me, another guy came in search of the bus - the same bus - and found the truth.
    First of all, bus wasn't full and he took off. Secondly, isn't it minimum responsibility of the driver to ensure whether the passengers who booked the tickets at the counter boarded or not.
    I bought another ticket and boarded the bus and the bus was close to half full and the driver got in and started the bus without even asking or checking for once whether all the passengers boarded.
    Is it really hard to do once duty?

      Apsrtc indra bus service code 24244 rgia-rzl ticket# 82872096 uid 5965 hyderabad airport to vijayawada: ac didn't work. After repeated complaints from the passengers, the driver finally got opened the top door after lunch break. Please refund the amount i paid for ac.
      Date of travel: 6-jan-2019. I am still traveling the driver is very rude and the movie was not working. There are two drivers. The darker guy is the rude one.

        Grey colour wallet in which my pan card aadhar card and and atm card are kept in a small folder and a bus ticket by which i came and 1130 cash is there in the wallet.
        Bus no. Is 212 it started frm secunderabad railway station and i get down the bus at jaggannaguda. It started frm there at 9 am and came here at 10 am. I lost my purse... Please try to find it because all my important cards are there in the wallet.

          I have booked ticket using abhibus from Hebbal Est mall to koilakuntla for date[protected], I have reached stop at 7 pm and bus schedule time is 10:10. I have waited for bus and bus not stopped and driver haven't called me. I have lost ticket money and I need refund for amount. It's customer service that driver has to stop bus and make a call. What a worst experience, I will be attaching ticket for reference

            Sir kindly bringing to your notice that bus from hyderabad to guntur, service number 36252, dated 26.12.108, it was very inconvenient to bear the sound of tv due to continous playing of movies right from the starting point to till end, guntur. Inspite of many request to driver tv was not switched off, till bus reached to guntur bus stand. As a passenger, it was unbearable as we have to discharge duties next day. I kindly request to pass instructions strictly to drivers regarding timings of palying movies and not to smoke during driving. Kindly paste the complaint numbers in buses so that as a passenger we can pass feed back, for better service. Kindly consider this as humble request.

              Sir,

              We would require clarification from APSRTC. Attached bus details screenshot for your kind reference.

              Sir this bus schedule to leave from NELLORE AT - 7PM (NELLORE TO VAKADU) SERVICE NUMBER EX 05. VEHICLE NUMBER AP 26TD 2978.

              Sir its very regular and often we are missing this bus. We are group of 12 working employees who took this bus daily, so that wr can reach little early to home to stay with family. Regulary bus driver taking the bus early due to which we are waiting for next 30 mins to catch another bus.

              Our concern is when it is schedule for 7pm why did they take bus early even 2 mins early is difficult for us to catch the bus sir.

              We need explanation from apsrtc. They stops bus on the way for dinner packing(which is not permittied) still we dont object since they work hard since morning. However they are not thinking about passengers who travel regulary.

              Need explanation in this from them. Else i will take it in a differenet issue using political influence.we will surely will not leave this issue. We need explanation.

                Dear team, i waited for more than 20 min in my boarding point... Bus driver came to boarding point and not even checked passenger arrived or not..... He didnot hold for 30secs to board the bus and he started the continued going without me... I ran and catched on road and we asked him how u go without passengers came r not he said we wont call and misbehaved with me and my parents.                   Hi,
                  Please provide buses from aphb colony to rtc complex via scindia. Buses from aphb colony to rtc cpmplex via nad is available but those takes a long time to reach complex. Some people wants to go to scindia but there was no direct bus, first they need to go to gajuwaka and from there they will take another bus to go to scindia. Our people require a bus which should travel via scindia.

                    38k bus drivers and conductors are very rude at their behaviours and not stopping buses at passengers respective stops. Please let us know why we are hiring public transportation? For our safety we are travelling means those are not stopping at stops especially at bhpv. I want depo manager to take severe actions on 38k drivers and conductors (Especially metero buses). Especially government drivers are head weight drivers.

                        I have booked 2 metro luxury bus tickets from kakinada to visakhapatnam on 27/11/18. The bus provided was ac city bus, which didn't have the facility of push back seats.                           I have booked a ticket online from tirupathi to nandyal on 9th of october 2018 to make a journey on 13th of october 2018 for 1 adult. Later cancelled the ticket on 10th october itself. An amount of rs.367 was debited from my bank account, but not yet refunded. The ticket number that was cancelled is 80773830. Kindly look in to the matter and do needful

                          I am raising the complaint on Nandhikur and Athamakur bus depo pallevelugu Busses not stopping in bus shelters even empty busses also not stopping.I face this issue nov 25 evening time, I face this issues so many times and I call to bus depo but depo not react on this issues People suffer somany in urgency time .
                          I lost my bus pass in the bus...i travel from rajanagaram to my college(Godavari institute of engineering and technology).It is situated in rajamundry, east godavari, andra pradesh.Please reply as fast as possible..because i have to go to college..

One bus arrived board not visible becoz of lighting. I just asked the driver whether it was bypass service. He uttered bad words. Why all that i need to know.                               The driver who's driving ap 37 - 7786 eluru to vijayawada on 9th -11-2018 driving in worng route and he hit my bike and run a way with the bus near vijawada entrace with my frnd, he got slightly wound and leg, we try to stop the bus but he is driving very fast we r unable to catch the bus, please take a proper action on the driver and update the complaint recovery other wise we will complint to police about this issue, he driving very rash with negligence if someone dide who's going to take responsibility

                                My parents had travelled in apsrtc (Kakinada-vizag) service no : 2669 on 04- nov-2018. Conductor misbehaved/ rudely behaved when my parents was asking him to stop the bus near anakapalli bypass. As my parents are senior citizens, is this the correct way to behave so badly. So please take strict action on that person.

                                  Esteemed sir,

                                  Myself (D revanth reddy) and my father (Drk reddy) booked up and down tickets of amaravati buses of apsrtc, andhra pradesh. But to our demise, we were accommodated in garuda buses (Cheaper version). The garuda bus (Nlr-bnglr 12:00 oct 25th) was pathetic. There was no proper ac, no working tv and there was a lot of diesel smell in the bus. I vomited thrice during the journey.

                                  When asked about the same to the driver, he responded that the bus is in its last days and had already travelled 12, 50, 000 km+ already. We were shocked that a bus which travelled more than 10 lakh kms is driving us.

                                  After spending a night in bengaluru, we returned to the majestic station hoping at-least the return bus would be amaravati, but to aid the pain, it was also garuda, (Tkt no: 81561045/[protected]

                                  When i went to meet nellore manager at the bus depot to resolve the afore mentioned issue, murali the manager there just paid me the difference of 400 rupees between amaravati and garuda fares.

                                  My nlr-bnglr hardcopy ticket is with umadevi ([protected]/[protected]) and bnglr-nlr hardcopy ticket is with murali ([protected]).

                                  Could you please at-least refund me 3000+ inr for these journeys and please please please don't mistreat your loyal customers

                                    On yesterday night (26/10/18) i'm travelling in a vijayawada city bus no 11 from chittinagar to ysr colony, when i hoped in to the bus, conducter is sitting in a seat, and refused to come and give me a ticket and instead with a loud voice she ordered to come and give the money for ticket, i passed my money to other passenger to get ticket, she is saying "can't you come and get your ticket" i replied "it's your duty not mine" she angrily said "shut up your mouth" and also uses bad words i said i will complain about your behaviour in your depo, for that she said do what ever you want nobody will respond, is that right apsrtc never respond to passengers complaints against their employees??? What is their confidence without passengers they are nothing. Conductor id is 959097, driver id is 358162 my ticket no 00063152

                                      Hell team, i am travelling from hyderabad to narsaraopeta on 26.10 2018 in service no. 4476. Driver sold seat beside me to a man. When i asked ot is supposed to be given to women. He asked me instead why did i book that seat. I said when i booked whole row is free. He is saying i can't go with seat empty u ask everyone and adjust seat urself. I said i can't do that. Then he said do what ever u want but i will give.

                                      This is really unfair behaviour with women who is travelling alone.
                                      I request to kindly take necessary action on driver. Else i will go to she team and raise a complaint.
