Esteemed sir,

Myself (D revanth reddy) and my father (Drk reddy) booked up and down tickets of amaravati buses of apsrtc, andhra pradesh. But to our demise, we were accommodated in garuda buses (Cheaper version). The garuda bus (Nlr-bnglr 12:00 oct 25th) was pathetic. There was no proper ac, no working tv and there was a lot of diesel smell in the bus. I vomited thrice during the journey.

When asked about the same to the driver, he responded that the bus is in its last days and had already travelled 12, 50, 000 km+ already. We were shocked that a bus which travelled more than 10 lakh kms is driving us.

After spending a night in bengaluru, we returned to the majestic station hoping at-least the return bus would be amaravati, but to aid the pain, it was also garuda, (Tkt no: 81561045/[protected]

When i went to meet nellore manager at the bus depot to resolve the afore mentioned issue, murali the manager there just paid me the difference of 400 rupees between amaravati and garuda fares.

My nlr-bnglr hardcopy ticket is with umadevi ([protected]/[protected]) and bnglr-nlr hardcopy ticket is with murali ([protected]).

Could you please at-least refund me 3000+ inr for these journeys and please please please don't mistreat your loyal customers

I am jahnavi, i reserved a ticket from tirupathi to nandyal for 13/10/18, and cancelled it on 10/10/18.It was given that Rs.333 will be refunded within 7-14 days.But not yet refunded.Kindly address this issue and get it resolved.

    On yesterday night (26/10/18) i'm travelling in a vijayawada city bus no 11 from chittinagar to ysr colony, when i hoped in to the bus, conducter is sitting in a seat, and refused to come and give me a ticket and instead with a loud voice she ordered to come and give the money for ticket, i passed my money to other passenger to get ticket, she is saying "can't you come and get your ticket" i replied "it's your duty not mine" she angrily said "shut up your mouth" and also uses bad words i said i will complain about your behaviour in your depo, for that she said do what ever you want nobody will respond, is that right apsrtc never respond to passengers complaints against their employees??? What is their confidence without passengers they are nothing. Conductor id is 959097, driver id is 358162 my ticket no 00063152

      Hell team, i am travelling from hyderabad to narsaraopeta on 26.10 2018 in service no. 4476. Driver sold seat beside me to a man. When i asked ot is supposed to be given to women. He asked me instead why did i book that seat. I said when i booked whole row is free. He is saying i can't go with seat empty u ask everyone and adjust seat urself. I said i can't do that. Then he said do what ever u want but i will give.

      This is really unfair behaviour with women who is travelling alone.
      I request to kindly take necessary action on driver. Else i will go to she team and raise a complaint.

        I have booked a ticket online from hyderabad to jaggaiahpet highway on 16th of october 2018 to make a journey on 21st of october 2018 for 2 adult and 1 child. Amount was debited from my bank account, but ticket was not generated. Later i have again booked and amount debited from my bank account again. The first debited amount was credited to my account with rs.18/- (Eighteen only) less. Debited amount is rs.709/- and credited amount is rs.691/-. Kindly look in to the matter and do needful

          The buses not routinely certified/checked before duty commencement of duty. No officer at depot level ensures this hence the mechanism will be made to stop a serious incidents in future. On 15 oct 18 two bus from tp gudem to janga reddy gudem 0545h and 0630h were stopped at nallajerla due to poor maintenance of garrage. All of passengers were filled in the next coming bus

            rash behaviour of conductor

            I archana, on 06/10/2018 thought to start from puttenahalli, jp nagar 6 th phase, bangalore - 560078. On apsrtc no:-ap03z5428, but that conductor said that 4and 5 seats are reserved no 6 is not reserved but while putting my bag's inside he is not allowed in to the bus only because of my bag's and i asked him to take luggage ticket but that conductor didn't allow me to inside. And he spoke nonsense about the luggage...

            The buses are not stopped at the stop. Morning at time of college and office hours the buses are not stopped at stop : rama krishna puram, visakhapatnam. The students and the worker who need to go to there respective works finding it very difficult to reach there destination because they have wait for a long time, and after such a long wait the buses don't stop here. They say that it's not a stop, this stop has been removed. But it is request stop and even on requesting they won't stop the bus. Even they do stop for the siniour citizens even after they request very hard.
            I request you to please look into this problem and solve it as fast as possible.

              Bring the following few lines for necessary & early action.

              I am a private job holder, in visakhapatnam, since 28 years i am staying in visakhapatnam. I am completely dependent on apstc city buses for my duties. I don't know driving and so i don't have a vehicle. I used to go to duties
              On citi bus only. Since last 2 years, not only me, hundreds of people are facing this problem. City buses were reduced to such an extent that in place
              Of 3 buses, only 1 bus is coming. Previously, we used to wait for 5 to 10 minutes in bus stop. Now, we are forced to wait for 15 to 25 minutes.

              I am city bus pass holder and i am paying rs. 800/- month. But, again i
              Am (Not only me, 100s of people) compelled to go by share auto. People
              Are gradually forgetting rtc city buses. Some people are purchasing 2
              Wheelers and some are going by share autos.

              Rtc, being a govt. Organization, naturally run under loss. I am paying rs.800/- per month. Why rtc, is giving number of ngos at a concessional rate. They are govt employees. Already have capacity to pay for their travel
              Is it not the responsibility of the department to provide city buses in proper number? Apstrc is becoming very smart and using business tactics by
              Using the city buses for hire to colleges. Also they will send some of the
              City buses, if there is any meeting of minister or mla.

              On behalf of the people (City bus goers), i request the authorities to look into
              The matter seriously and see the welfare of the common man, by increasing the number of city buses, in visakhapatnam.

                What the hell rtc bus drivers are thinking.. They are not stopping the bus until all the passengers get in the bus. Even though it is a stop for metro buses, and even though people are waving their hands to stop these bus drivers are not stopping the bus. They are just driving the bus for name sake. They are moving the buses when people are getting in, what if the person falls down? I think this won't be changed until someone sets the buses on fire😤😤😤. I request u to give a strict warning to bus drivers regarding this.

                    I have boarded bus at sr nagar (Hyderabad). When i boarded bus someone occupied my seat when i asked conductor regarding that he kept quiet because he have given my seat for some other person for 2 hrs means till mgbs bus stand. I have to stand for half an hour and my rest of the journey was in the last seat which is really irritating. I have booked ticket then why should i suffer. I want to raise a complaint against them service number 1935 date of journey[protected]

                      11 September 2018 at 16:02 hrs the tirupati bus met an accident near redhills toll gate. I travelled in that bus i took ticket worth Rs 60 from panapakkam to chennai. After the accident the driver not reported to new apstc bus conductor and again i am supposed to take ticket worth Rs 20. The bus number 9327. Ticket number is 00028177. Please refund my money.

                        Today i have traveled from samalkota to kakinda on the bus route no 765 (Rajamahendravaram to kakinada) on 8th sep, 2018 at 3:27 pm. Bus no. Ap 05a0035. Ticket no. 00018779. Conductor no. 496010. The conductor on the bus denied sr. Citizen concession to me saying that the concession will start only after the ticket fare is more than rs.20/-. But the ticket from samalkota to kakinada is rs.15/- only, hence no concession. Please clarify "what conductor said is correct?".

We are waiting for the rajiv nagar bus and bus no is 400 and the bus came we are going and climbing the bus the bus driver started the and didn't stop the bus.                           Very rash driving because the bus is running late. He was supposed to overtake a Truck but there is no place to overtake so the bus went and collided with the truck. It's a major accident most of the passengers were Injured and no loss of life. Driver is injured very badly.

                            Bus no ap03z 5440 on titumal ghar road driver was rash drived and hit my car. When me and my wife asked abt that he and his conductr spoke very absued lagunage and rude. They are not even care about the incident. Simply diverting the tipic and shouting on ladies. We are thr to helpless when we sopke to the person who sit in the exit of the road. Is no one will help in this? Could you please take a necessary action on this incident?

                              I am t. Pawan tej, iam traveling from kphb to vijayawada on 4th sep, 2018. Service number-3839.
                              Driver name m. S. Babu and attender (Dont know). I reached to stop ontime at 11.30 am. These are following reasons which shows the rtc is such a worst i have ever thought
                              1. I requested driver to come little forward as i have 6 bags of luggage weighs more but attender with his rude behaviour rejected it
                              2. I requested for water bottle as it is so called garuda i requested for my amenities (Bottle) they rejected and started talking with each other.
                              Special thanks to apsrtc for giving this such kind of experience and i will never get into this again.
                              And iam not going to leave these guys.

                                The bus conductor in which I had traveled to my home is behaving in a rude manner .In villages the bud drivers are supposed to stop the bud where ever requested by the passenger to get down.The conductor of the bus it's asking to get down stone where else before my stop arrived and it was a half km from my stop.if to get down of the busses a half km prior then what us the need of the busses in villages and more over this isn't the first time .

                                  Overboard apsrtc bus on 29-august at 11:23 at nad vizag vide service no: tna22501 - visakhapatnam to annavaram
                                  Issue: ticket charged (Rs 235 inspite of 165 for non ac) for ac since this is an ac bus. But ac not working... Even after repeated complaints to the driver the attender checked and adamantly answering that this bus will be like this only.
                                  I request the apsrtc to look into this matter and ensure proper amenities for the passengers.

                                    Service no - apsrtc. Journey: yemmiganur-hyderabad mgbs service no: 6478 driver: p y prasad contact no.: [protected]. Bus started from adoni and reached yemmiganur at 11.49pm. Already bus is late by 20 mins, bus driver due to his negligence left one passenger who was supposed to start from adoni. After reaching yemmiganur, due to the passenger shouting on phone, the driver has again returned the bus from yemmiganur to adoni back.. This is purely high negligence of the driver... This is happened on 28 of august 2018.. Need proper explanation for this.. Due to his negligence all the passengers has to suffer.. Need to take proper corrective action on this.

                                      I frequently travel in apsrtc but this was the worst incident that happened to me in bus on 23/08/2018. I travelled in hyderabad to narasapuram bus and in my back seats that rogue who was one of the driver of that bus slept in two seats.
                                      He inserted his hands in between two seats i suddenly felt and shouted at him to remove the hand. I could not notice him in dark i pulled my seat front and sat like that till my stop arrived so that i can find a clue who was that rogue to teach him a lesson. Unfortunately i was traveling alone and felt some insecurity there to shout at him again. Near to keesara cleaner came and woke him up to start his drive this rogue then drived from there to rest of the journey.
