Iam a student and carrying a bus pass
As i have fear of loosing my bus pass so i took a xerox
Conductor saw that and she is scolding me and telling others that i am carrying a fake one
She told me to get out of the bus but i asked for my bus pass she told she will not give me and i told i will not get out so she is shouting at me

I have boarded bus at sr nagar (Hyderabad). When i boarded bus someone occupied my seat when i asked conductor regarding that he kept quiet because he have given my seat for some other person for 2 hrs means till mgbs bus stand. I have to stand for half an hour and my rest of the journey was in the last seat which is really irritating. I have booked ticket then why should i suffer. I want to raise a complaint against them service number 1935...

11 September 2018 at 16:02 hrs the tirupati bus met an accident near redhills toll gate. I travelled in that bus i took ticket worth Rs 60 from panapakkam to chennai. After the accident the driver not reported to new apstc bus conductor and again i am supposed to take ticket worth Rs 20. The bus number 9327. Ticket number is 00028177. Please refund my money....

Today i have traveled from samalkota to kakinda on the bus route no 765 (Rajamahendravaram to kakinada) on 8th sep, 2018 at 3:27 pm. Bus no. Ap 05a0035. Ticket no. 00018779. Conductor no. 496010. The conductor on the bus denied sr. Citizen concession to me saying that the concession will start only after the ticket fare is more than rs.20/-. Respected sir, today we are in covnet junction in vizag. We are waiting for the rajiv nagar bus and bus no is 400 and the bus came we are going and climbing the bus the bus driver started the and didn't stop the bus. We are calling he is didn't responding the old has to fell down from the bus but god's grace she didn't fell down. The driver does like this many times. Bus no ap03z 5440 on titumal ghar road driver was rash drived and hit my car. When me and my wife asked abt that he and his conductr spoke very absued lagunage and rude. They are not even care about the incident. Simply diverting the tipic and shouting on ladies. We are thr to helpless when we sopke to the person who sit in the exit of the road. 1. I requested driver to come little forward as i have 6 bags of luggage weighs more but attender with his rude behaviour rejected it

The bus conductor in which I had traveled to my home is behaving in a rude manner .In villages the bud drivers are supposed to stop the bud where ever requested by the passenger to get down.The conductor of the bus it's asking to get down stone where else before my stop arrived and it was a half km from my stop.if to get down of the busses a half km prior then what us the need of the busses in villages and more over this isn't the first time...

Overboard apsrtc bus on 29-august at 11:23 at nad vizag vide service no: tna22501 - visakhapatnam to annavaram
Issue: ticket charged (Rs 235 inspite of 165 for non ac) for ac since this is an ac bus. But ac not working... Even after repeated complaints to the driver the attender checked and adamantly answering that this bus will be like this only.

I frequently travel in apsrtc but this was the worst incident that happened to me in bus on 23/08/2018. I travelled in hyderabad to narasapuram bus and in my back seats that rogue who was one of the driver of that bus slept in two seats.
He inserted his hands in between two seats i suddenly felt and shouted at him to remove the hand. I could not notice him in dark i pulled my seat front and sat like that till my stop arrived so that...

This is to let you know about the nightmare kind of service i have experienced from apsrtc.
I was traveling from tenali to hyd on aug 19 th through apsrtc bus with service number 4369. (Indra ac bus)
Just after couple of mins into my journey water started leaking and it's all over my seat. (Seat no 17)
When i complained to cleaner in the bus rather than trying to do something he behaved...

I had very bad experience in apsrtc traveling from nandyal to banglore at service number 6466. One of co-passenger had fully drunk and vomited in the bus. I have given a complete to nandyal depot manager on that incident but the depot manager responds and said that, such incident wont come under their policy and not ready to take any action.

I sincerely request you, please take a strict action to prevent such bad incident....

I have my aadhaar card in my mobile and showed it to the conductor but she expressed her inability to extend the concession accorded by the government of a. I am happy with the services of apsrtc in the ap.
I request your anantapur depot planing management to review the number of bus services available in the peak business hours from 8am to 9 am from narpala to anantapur.
Due to lack busses availability passengers are availing private autos. This retards the economy of apsrtc.
I request you to please run as many busses as possible in the business starting hours and closing...

1. Service number 47469 from Tirupati to Bangalore scheduled to depart at 1700 hours on 21st July 2018 arrived at the stand at 1730 hours after multiple follow up with the enquiry counter with officials who had no clue about the status of the service
2. For the cost of the ticket, the bus is very old and in a pathetic condition with broken seats at multiple places
3. Even after arriving so late the bus crew were in no hurry...

We ladies are booking seats in advance for safety, but why are you allowing gents to book beside seat. I have experienced the same problem many times. This is a serious problem whichany ladies are facing. Even I have seen many complaining about this You people are not looking at this... Very shame on. Look at this issue as this is not safe for ladies. You being government service this is not at all good, As you have to look at our safety....

Dated 18/07/2018, I travelled on apsrtc Telugu velugu bus from ramachandrapuram to kakinada. Its number Is AP28Z 5886.
The bus is very old and I think it is obsoleted already.
It is not in a running condition and RTO may be fraudulent to certify this bus. It is repaired when it reached Karapa(10km from Kakinada).
Why rtc don't thinking about consumer time and money.i had an interview on this date and went the interview...

While traveling from podili to kanigiri bus conducter told that full fare age of aperson is 10 .witout knoweldge of the bus fares he charging more unncessarily

Rash driving by the bike rider at rk beach vizag near to kursura museum. The biker ran away after hitting the car. On being followed, he didn't stop and ran away. He eloped with a girl who might have suffered injuries because of his rash driving.
The bike registration number is ap31cm7069.in is an humble request to take charge of people like him and make the city safe.
