I have travelled with my family from tirupati to kanipakam. My brother’s age is 11 years according to aadhar. As according to apsrtc rules, children who have completed 12 years of age have to be charged full ticket. I have noticed so many conductors are telling that they are instructed to charge full ticket for children above 10 years. So they charged full ticket for my brother. Yesterday on 02/05/2018 at 5.37 pm boarded the rtc bus no.400 at rajeevnagar board and took ticket to old gajuwaka. The conductor gave ticket but didn't give change in return he misbehaved with me and bluffing that he gave change which is rs 10 for i gave amount rs 20.
This is really a deep harassment of that conductor cnd:752651 to me as i have to beg for my change facing his misbehaviour and harassment in bus...

The board shows buttermilk as ₹9. The shopkeeper says that he is just an employee, and the shop is owned by Ramana. They charged ₹10 for the same even when the board displays ₹9. When asked he threw the amount back and said take it or leave it at ₹10. All this because, although I bought the ticket by spending ₹1150, and RTC promised to provide me with a water bottle, it could not because apparently they could not store the bottles...

The city bus no: 31, belonging to vidyadharapuram depot is in a hurry today i. E on 26/4/2018. I got into the bus at 10:20 a. M and found both bus driver whose code number is 370318 and conductor code number is 369583 are in a very hurry the reason might be the city bus is very late. The bus driver is not stopping the city bus at bus stops at all. Even the conductor of city bus is not giving change to passengers. It has become common practice...

I booked a ticket from tirupati to bangalore on 24th march but for some reasons i have canceled my ticket on 30th march. Once i canceled the ticket i received a message saying that i will receive refunded amount.
But till now i haven’t received the refunded amount.

Im traveling to hyderabad from vijayawada in 3838 amaravati service. Early morning hours when it reached jntu i asked the driver to stop the bus to get down. But he is ruthless and said dont has stop at jntu and asked me to get down at nizampet. by questioning this the computer operator is revealing that it is orders from apsrtc officers who are present in the office.

Dt 24/3/2018.. Service no: 9369.co driver mis behaving.. From tirupathi to vijayawada not stopped for human needs and when we asking he was shouting like drunken men. And he shifted from driving seat and another person called samba came for driving. It seems precious driver called srinu some thing wrong and we are suspecting he is taken liqueur. Because he souting on road side travellers also when he he driving seat. Please look into this...

Bus air conditioner got repaired near tirupati around mid night 12am on 24th march 2018. We passenger were suffering with no proper alternatives. Worst response from apsrtc mangalam depot official (Tirupati). There is no proper response from apsrtc transportation officials....

Today 21st march 2018 at 7:45am at eluru bus stand, driver of the bus with driver id : 0hb1618 hesitant to say his name behaved very rude with passengers boarding the bus. There was no reason for his anger and bus was half empty at that time. Driver was very hurry in moving bus and shouted/scolded with unparliamnetary language to passengers to take tickets at the counter and then board the bus. But your crew will never lift phone. They are telling mobiles are not working, we are not responsible.
The crew is very adament, they don't know how to speak with customers. Please give training to do good service.

Respected sir/ madam. This is really embarrassing to complain about our state members. I don't know driver name but the bus number is ap31z0363 driver abused me while i, m driving on road. He did rash driving and abused me and went. Please teach them traffic rules and minimum ethics to live in this society. This incident happened on sat - 10th march, 2018. At the time of 6-15. It's not fair for him to do like that and that too at the time...

We all the students have Bus Passes and we got into the Bus and Conductor stated that student passes are invalid today and punched the tickets after taking the tickets we asked him about reason why pass is invalid today He just stated that he is not interested to see Passes he is out of mood so punched the tickets.
Need to take up action on such stupids

Service number 2601 vja-amp bypass express didn't come to the platform. Even driver dint call us. At enquiry they told bus passed away at 5:10 without intimation. Even announcement was not given. I request you to take action against the driver. Make sure that this mistake doesn't repeats again. We waited at bus station for 1 hr 40min so we request you to consider this complaint....

Apsrtc drivers are doing a pathetic public service without picking the passengers who have done the online booking of bus tickets. Even after reaching the boarding destination half an hour before and trying to reach driver they are not picking the phone and later point of time after frequent calling it is updated that they have crossed the boarding destination and giving the excuses that passenger phone is not reachable. Even we had tried...
