I have tried booking ticket in apsrtc mobile site from kanigiri to chennai on mar 30, 2018, because of technical errors ticket didn't got booked. I tried twice and money got deducted twice.

Post this i have called apsrtc helpline/customercare they informed me to do via desktop. Post doing that i got ticket.

Till now i haven't received refund amount i'm keep on calling customer care from mar 30, 2018 they keep on telling that we have taken your complaint and amount will be refunded asap. But till today i din't get money and even i have dropped mail to apsrtc eventhough no one is responding.

But from last one week customer care people not at speaking/hearing me simply telling amount will get refund and simply dropping the call.

They have frustrated me lot and i don't know to whom i have to reach now.

Please find the failed transaction details below.

Hi Team,

On 30th last month I have made 3 transactions(each 468 rupees) to APSRTC . Out of those 3, for only one transaction I have received the ticket and for other two ticket was not confirmed. Attached the transactions screenshot for reference. PFA

When I called and enquired with APSRTC, they said they have initiated the refund process already on 30th of last month.
But I have not received the money.

So I called my Axis bank through which I have made the transaction and enquired. They told that the three transactions are successful and money got transferred to the merchant site. Also we could see there is no refund initiated for the transactions.

Kindly check where my money got stuck and get back to me as soon as possible and refund my money.

    We reserved two tickets online to travel from tirupati on 15th april 2018 through redbus portal to apsrtc and ticket number is 74471350. But we received a message on 16th april, just a few hours before journey that the bus service no: 3488 (In which we are about to travel) was cancelled. Obviously we expected refund of the amount which was not done till date. When we inquired apsrtc, we were informed that, since we booked the ticket through redbus portal, we have to contact them only for the refund.
    We, ourselves did not cancel the tickets, but the bus service was cancelled by apsrtc and they did not bother to make alternative arrangement. Later we requested redbus portal for the refund. They informed that we would have get the refund if we were claimed for refund before 1st of may. It is a surprising thing that there is a last date even to ask for refund. We suffered a lot for no fault of ours. Hence we request you to look into the issue symptomatically and see that we get back our amount and also due compensation either from apsrtc or from red bus portal.

    Buses with number 113 from Uppal to wave rock are not on time. We are waiting g at fever hospital bus stop as per the timings provided on net. But not even a single day they r coming on time.

      The bus with the following details ap31te7834 has scheduled to start at 13:00 at source, mandasa. But it has started today (11/05/2018) at 12:50pm. I questioned the conductor and he said that was his choice. And he charged full ticket for my cousin (11yr 5 months) and when i questioned, he was saying 5-11 yrs for half-ticket and above that full ticket. I checked immediately in apsrtc website and shown it to him that from 5-12 yrs half-ticket. Then he asked me aadhar. Since i forget aadhar, payed full ticket charge. I can accept this extra charge because i forget to bring aadhar but i didn't accept the time sense as mentioned above this bus started earlier than scheduled from source station and our conductors don't know what is the age limit for half-ticket.
      I am requesting the higher authorities of apsrtc, please educate our conductors. Otherwise, they will create big problems.

      It is very sad to say that I haven't got any reply from APSRTC. I am requesting APSRTC to do the necessary actions. And please let me know what is the current status of my complaint. Waiting for your reply...
      Talking to a stranger in a bad language, the conductor harms the pilgrims and makes a false gesture inside the bus.

          I have booked lost row ticket in nandyal to hyderabad bus service no 6465 at 11. 15 pm. However it's a seat next to ladies, so that it is also ladies seat. I don't even want to argue with any one. But i am ready to ask conductor if he could adjust some where. But he shouted at me before i ask any question, in public and asked to meet local staff. They are also as ruthless as that conductor. After i said i will cancel my ticket he has given the seat to other lady.

          But i request staff to be aware that they are speakling in public place. Be as polite as much calm with the fellow passengers. Because we can make query.

          Sir, im anand working in indian Navy as a physical trainer.i travelled from old gajuwaka to lankelapalem jn, but bus conductor take old gajuwaka- -anakapalli FARE i.e, 30rs .i asked for that he says i[censored] are agree then board in this bus.this is really a bad thing .take an action about this as early as possible time around 22:10 pm

            age limit for half ticket

            I have travelled with my family from tirupati to kanipakam. My brother’s age is 11 years according to aadhar. As according to apsrtc rules, children who have completed 12 years of age have to be charged full ticket. I have noticed so many conductors are telling that they are instructed to charge full ticket for children above 10 years. So they charged full ticket for my brother.             Respected sir,
            Yesterday on 02/05/2018 at 5.37 pm boarded the rtc bus no.400 at rajeevnagar board and took ticket to old gajuwaka. The conductor gave ticket but didn't give change in return he misbehaved with me and bluffing that he gave change which is rs 10 for i gave amount rs 20.
            This is really a deep harassment of that conductor cnd:752651 to me as i have to beg for my change facing his misbehaviour and harassment in bus before other passengers.
            I therefore request your good self to take severe action against him as he belong to maddilapalem depot.

              The board shows buttermilk as ₹9. The shopkeeper says that he is just an employee, and the shop is owned by Ramana. They charged ₹10 for the same even when the board displays ₹9. When asked he threw the amount back and said take it or leave it at ₹10. All this because, although I bought the ticket by spending ₹1150, and RTC promised to provide me with a water bottle, it could not because apparently they could not store the bottles in a condition where they could be consumed by passengers.

              Please note this is higher than the regular price of the same buttermilk outside that costs only ₹6.

                The city bus no: 31, belonging to vidyadharapuram depot is in a hurry today i. E on 26/4/2018. I got into the bus at 10:20 a. M and found both bus driver whose code number is 370318 and conductor code number is 369583 are in a very hurry the reason might be the city bus is very late. The bus driver is not stopping the city bus at bus stops at all. Even the conductor of city bus is not giving change to passengers. It has become common practice among apsrtc conductors. Please initiate action against erring apsrtc drivers and conductors.

                  I tried to book the ticket in apsrtc official website banglore to badvel. I paid money through indianbank debit card after otp entered and submitted it shown money transfored successfully but i did't get ticket. Then i called the customer care people they are behaving very rude. And they are saying if money debited and ticket not generated it will goto automatic refund and it will refund after 7-15days. But i have the only ticket amout in my account. Now i don't have money to book ticket and that ticket what i tried to book in that bus that is the last ticket. Now i need a quick money refund or ticket.

                        Im traveling to hyderabad from vijayawada in 3838 amaravati service. Early morning hours when it reached jntu i asked the driver to stop the bus to get down. But he is ruthless and said dont has stop at jntu and asked me to get down at nizampet. But he stopped after 100 yards when i argued why dont you stop sice jntu is a big stop and every bus stops there. If the drivers behave like this people would have to prefer private travels. I got this msg from apsrtc and the driver name is balaji.

                            I u.v.prakash babu send a aparcel to Nandyal on[protected] recepit no: 1264803 the bill amount is 40/- again they are on demand they collecting the 10/- extra
                            by questioning this the computer operator is revealing that it is orders from apsrtc officers who are present in the office.
                            By arguement the computer operator who is giving the bill at that time you come at 8:00 clock contact with this problem
                            i given the written report at 10:00am who is on the chair Mr. Ramana garu desigination ATM, his kind words are we can not eradicate corruption but give a written report i will look after it. on this matter we have removed nearly 5 member staff.
                            when iam giving the report at that time also they are collecting extra 10/-
                            please kindly keep one board related this dont give extra amount on the billing amount by Depot manager

And he shifted from driving seat and another person called samba came for driving. It seems precious driver called srinu some thing wrong and we are suspecting he is taken liqueur.                                 Bus air conditioner got repaired near tirupati around mid night 12am on 24th march 2018. We passenger were suffering with no proper alternatives.                                   Today 21st march 2018 at 7:45am at eluru bus stand, driver of the bus with driver id : 0hb1618 hesitant to say his name behaved very rude with passengers boarding the bus. There was no reason for his anger and bus was half empty at that time. Driver was very hurry in moving bus and shouted/scolded with unparliamnetary language to passengers to take tickets at the counter and then board the bus. As passenger was in hurry to attend office interviewand the bus was moving from the point he said he will take the ticket at vatlur counter. Driver got angry and scolded the passengers to get down from the bus immediately.
                                  The same thing driver might have told with a soft tone, instead of shouting. These people should understand they are public servants and behave properly with the public. They should first understand their salaries are being paid with public money.

                                  I have booked ticket online and because of some reason payment failed.
                                  There was nothing wrong on my side .
                                  Why the service charge of 2.5 % was charged to me??
                                  There is no meaning in deducting amount of customers when there is an issue with APSRTC.

                                    Apsrtc vovvo bus from bangalore to kkd service no:2636
                                    Dear sir,
                                    Apsrtc sending messages to the passengers on moble regarding crew details before starting the journey.
                                    But your crew will never lift phone. They are telling mobiles are not working, we are not responsible.
                                    The crew is very adament, they don't know how to speak with customers. Please give training to do good service.
                                    If passenger is not available at stop as per trip sheet, kindly ask crew to call the passenger on mobile, which ksrtc crew is doing. Learn things from other organisations.
                                    Do good service for servival.

                                      Respected sir/ madam. This is really embarrassing to complain about our state members. I don't know driver name but the bus number is ap31z0363 driver abused me while i, m driving on road. He did rash driving and abused me and went. Please teach them traffic rules and minimum ethics to live in this society. This incident happened on sat - 10th march, 2018. At the time of 6-15. It's not fair for him to do like that and that too at the time of traffic. I feel this will be resolved soon. Thank u.

                                      I was travelled in this bus on 19/03/18. I was given 10 rupee coin for my ticket but the conductor did not accepted it and refused to take that coin. He says apsrtc says no accept that coins. is there any rule to refuse the coin? RBI says accept 10rupee coin but why the apsrtc refusing the coins?
