Sir,
On[protected] morning 8oclock i have boarded visaka palasa bus at ramvarapadu. I have asked the driver whether seats are there or not twice. He said seats are available but the moment i've got in to the bus not even one seat was available and the driver started the bus. I've got to travel the entire journey by standing. The conductor also spoke very rudely with every passenger not even giving minimum respect. He spoke like he was the bus owner and the passengers were servants. This behaviour is to be changed. I want you to take action against them. If my complaint is not answered i have to go to right to information act authorities.

    Hi,

    I have booked the ticket (Boarding: nandyal, arrival: hyderabad). I was tracking the bus estimated time to arrive at nandyal from the apsrtc app. It shown some delay to arrive at nandyal but after few minutes the bus left from nandyal bus stand when i checked it in google map with service number. I tried to call to driver (8 times) but the driver did not pick my call. I did not get a call from driver when the bus was departuring from nandyal bus stop.
    I am completely not satisfied since the driver did not pick the call and the driver not contacted me while the bus was departuring.

    I got the information from nandyal enquiry that had announcement about my presence, but the announcement. Works only if the passenger is in bus stop.

    I am kindly requesting to all apsrtc bus drivers that please have a call with passenger before departure the bus from the platform.

      This is a student of b. V raju colleg. I travel daily from pippara to bhimavaram via garagaparru. At the time of morning the buses is fillled before reaching pippara. So the driver not to take any risk simply don't stop the bus at any stop after pippara there are nearly 6 stops. Yesterday i. E 8/12/17 nearly 4 buses cross our stop without stopping... Sooo finally grab a bus far away 100 mts from pippara busstop. But the buses from pippara to bhimavaram in morning are more withless passengers.. So my i request you to sir please provide those buses to bhimavaram and also provide extra buses. Some of the students are feard to join bhimavaram colleges due to rtc journey... So please provide sir

      Hi Sir,
      I don't know why conductor allowed passengers even bus over loaded. We are unable to get down and get in into bus. There is no place in bus to put laguage.

      Is there any rule to allow passengers even after all seats filled.

So the students are getting into the ordinary buses to rjy via rajanagaram and it is getting an inconvenient to the other passengers and some of the students are hanging on the footboards it may be a risk to their life's and then you should only take the responsibility if any incident happens and answers the reasons...

            I am a general metro express pas holder as i was coming from kr market to autonagar i have boarded a metro bus and then i didn'the know that it would go to the last stop milk project so i sat in the bus and then the last stop comes then the conductor rudely asks me to get of the bus rudely and then he drove away this was just disgusting plzzz tell you ra staff to behave properly

              Madanapalli to tirupathi.in this route the private buses were canceled. On those days the rtc busses are maintained correct timing, but now they are not maintaining punctuality. Lot of people facing problems, due to rtc the private autos earnings increased people are going by autos. What about rest of the people who are traveling with families. If the rtc dept not able to provide buses then allow private busses. Or increase the bus services, maintain time

                Akula. Narayana rao of simhachalam bus depot driver has got job with fake 10th certificates. Please review them along with batch number & take necessary action on this.
                He cheated the whole apsrtc. This is how everyone is getting job by fake certificates. I kindly request apsrtc to take further action on this matter and punish him.

He had distrupted my self-respect. He must be punishble. So kindly be punished him to avoid such incidents. My view will expose in your presence if necessary.                     We don't have telugu-velugu buses from tirupati to puttur around 7:40. Many of our students are facing probelms regarding this issue. Please provide a students special or ordinary bus to puttur at 7:45am. Same problem during eveing too. We have already enquired in the depot about buses, they gave us a simple answer that the apsrtc cancelled those ordinary buses due to loss. There are contionus buses around 1:03pm, 1:30pm, 1:50pm, 2:10pm, 2:40pm. Why can't you change the timings to 4:00 pmplease provide buses and serve as the best transport corporation for the students who are backbone to the nation.

                      I am travelling from ravada in bhogapuram mandal to vizag. When i boarded the bus it is already full. I tread sitting on the gear box near the driver as some busses allow that. The driver instead of telling politely to not sit there he pushed me. What is the necessity to touch a female passenger forcefully when he can just say it. The bus shud reach ravada by 8:30-8:40am but it reached by 9:00am. The bus driver is very rude to the passengers. Passengers to this bus are basically from village so they need to be told in a polite way about the bus rules and all. Instead of that simply shouting on them wont help. The date of travel is 3rd october 2017 morning 9:00am. It is a bus from amanam to vizag. I request the concerned authorities to take an action regarding this issue. Hope this kind of situations dont repeat again.

                          Taking tickets from passengers and making them to sit idle for one hour and wasting our valuable time...

                          Even time completed... He argued saying... We dont follow time.. We just check filling of bus...

                          Today... I wasted my one hour.. And if he not given tickets atleast we had taken other bus..

                            I/we need to travel to tagarapuvalasa from anakapalli during sundays also with bus route no 888.. Anakapalli rtc is not providing bus service on sundays. When we tried to ask they said"today is sunday, students have holidays, so we are not running.".
                            If it's yes, actually they don't have to run 'students special buses' (Badi bus/school bus provided by rtc) for the students during sundays. They must have to run normal buses.. What's about other passengers? Did they mean the rtc bus services only for the students??? Please take an action.

                            2. Anakapalli rtc is allowing the most of the students to get into the bus without reaching the platform. So that a normal passengers are not getting seat. All the seats are filled by buss pass travelling students. If it is one, two or three days it's ok we can adjust, but it's continuously repeating. We are suffering too with this issue.

                            Finally i can say anakaplli rtc is worst service. During sundays no bus service, during normal days students occupying seats. What's this partiality for the ordinary passengers???

                                I take the 216k bus from kothaguda to mehdipatnam daily. It has never come on time. Sometime i need to wait for more than an hour. I think the driver is taking alternate route to avoid the traffic from kothaguda to gachibowli route. Or might have taken some commission from the share auto drivers for not showing up in peak hours.
                                Other generic issues:
                                There is no timetable for any bus in hyderbad. The drivers start the bus at their convenient time, drive rash, dont stop if less people are in a stop, conductors sometime never give back 1 rupee change. The local buses are not well organized in terms of timing and maintenance. Road transport ministry should take action on the drivers to overcome this issue.

                                      I had my apsrtc bus booking on 5 sept at morning 9:30, but i received my ticket message about driver details at 2:51pm on 5 sept, as result of which i can't contact driver and i missed my bus.
