We don't have telugu-velugu buses from tirupati to puttur around 7:40. Many of our students are facing probelms regarding this issue. Please provide a students special or ordinary bus to puttur at 7:45am. Same problem during eveing too. We have already enquired in the depot about buses, they gave us a simple answer that the apsrtc cancelled those ordinary buses due to loss. I am travelling from ravada in bhogapuram mandal to vizag. When i boarded the bus it is already full. I tread sitting on the gear box near the driver as some busses allow that. The driver instead of telling politely to not sit there he pushed me. What is the necessity to touch a female passenger forcefully when he can just say it. The bus shud reach ravada by 8:30-8:40am but it reached by 9:00am. The bus driver is very rude to the passengers....

ON 16/09/2017 i had booked a ticket from Kakinada to Visakhapatnam, the amount has been debited from my account and the ticket not executed, the same has been inquired to your customer care they told to me due to the server problem the ticket not generated and your money will be refund shortly . But
still the amount not credited in my account. Kindly look into this matter and refund my amount immediately...

Irregular follow of times for taking out buses from bus station...

Taking tickets from passengers and making them to sit idle for one hour and wasting our valuable time...

I/we need to travel to tagarapuvalasa from anakapalli during sundays also with bus route no 888.. Anakapalli rtc is not providing bus service on sundays. When we tried to ask they said"today is sunday, students have holidays, so we are not running.".
If it's yes, actually they don't have to run 'students special buses' (Badi bus/school bus provided by rtc) for the students during sundays. They must have to run normal buses.. What's...

I take the 216k bus from kothaguda to mehdipatnam daily. It has never come on time. Sometime i need to wait for more than an hour. I think the driver is taking alternate route to avoid the traffic from kothaguda to gachibowli route. Or might have taken some commission from the share auto drivers for not showing up in peak hours.

I had my apsrtc bus booking on 5 sept at morning 9:30, but i received my ticket message about driver details at 2:51pm on 5 sept, as result of which i can't contact driver and i missed my bus. By which my money went in vain, and i need to book another ticket. I request you to take necessary action on this and try to follow me for further details:[protected].

There are only express buses from kalyandurg to bangalore and many passengers were travelling daily in this route. It is difficult to travel in normal buses and it will be helpful if you provide some super luxury buses.

Many people are willing to travel in super luxury buses since many employees are working in bangalore.

It will be helpful if the frequency of buses is increased at least in weekends and holiday...

I am traveling from hyderabad to nizamabad, after i reached nizamabad, i need to hired palda jannepally, i reached the busstop around 11:55, i enquired in the busstop bus will be 12:15, in between 20 minutes around 20 buses which traveled to bodhan came, why you people can't put the buses to some other areas, at least once for 30 minutes. And now the time is 12:35, palda jannepally bus not yet came. Please understood this. And do the needful....

I've been waiting at city bus stop from 04:45 hrs to 05:45 hrs for bus no. 3 (From bus stand to govt press). But no bus has arrived. This was not the first time i had faced the problem. Aps rtc is not providing any special buses on floating days. Hold all the buses for reservation what about the people who does not have reservations. Rtc either aps or ts never know how to manage and utilise the buses for public. That's why rtc always will be in loss. At mgbs there are so many organisers without use. They just will roam by wearing white shirts. I don't know why rtc is hiring those many organizers by giving that much of pay...
