As I reserved the bus ticket on 08/04/2017 from Vijayawada to kakinada, service no2590, 21:30. My ticket no is 62046878 and my seat no is 18. Due to traffic jam I couldn't reach origin and even instead of that I didn't received any SMS alert from APSRTC OR CONCERCERN DRIVER CALL ALSO.
I conveyed all info to driver, where I catch the bus @ramavarappadu center due to your technical problem.
I travelled from vijayawada standing position.
Even I requested and conveyed the driver to provide my concern seat no18 to me. He said that not possible to provide my seat no18. to me.
Please take action against this kind behaviour with driver.
Due to your technical problem.
The driver said that my ticket was cancelled. But which hasn't cancelled.aAs I didn't received the confirmation msg for my ticket cancellation.

As I already posted the complaint and the bus details as attached below on[protected], service no 2590 from vijayawada to kakinada . My reservation reg no is 62046878. Time 21: 30.
Take action against bus driver due to not provided my reservation seat no18 . Due to your technical problem I didn't received any SMS or call and cancellation of my ticket as well told by the driver.
Due to traffic jam I couldn't reach the origin on time 21:30. Meanwhile also I didn't a single phone call or SMS alert from APSRTC.
Where as I caught the bus at RAMAVARAPPADU circle.
But driver didn't respond and not provided my reservation seat. Instead of providing the seat the driver harshly told me that If you want to complaint. You make a complaint to APSRTC.
SO, please take action.

    Dear sir,

    I traveled from hyderabad to tirupathi last friday on 31/3/17 through amaravathi service (47144 / bhel (Brmd) - tpt). He stop the bus in a jungle called jadcherla in a hotel. We request him to stop for some time in mgbs to have dinner it already 9 clock at mgbs but he did acceoted and stop the bus in that place at 10:45 and its an expensive hotel minim price for tiffin is 40 rupees +, and if we like to purchase any thing in the canteen they are selling all 5+ plus and the seller is saying that it is for coaling charges. Request to take an action on this and make sure to make the stop in authorized out let only.

    As per my knowledge he is carry some luggage from out side of the bus stand and delivering our side of the bus stand. It is unauthorized.

      The 1'0 clock apsrtc bus from proddatur to Bangalore which was supposed to leave at 1'0 clock hasn't arrived to the stand till 01:25. Service no of bus is 50204. I have called the driver but he says he is coming but no trace of bus till now. The bus starts from proddatur itself it's not coming from somewhere else. I have come at 12:45 and had to wait for the bus for almost 45 min. Hope this attitude change and driver's maintain timings

        Sir,

        Sub:- “deficiency of service” non permitting passenger to travel in emergency

        Ref:- service no : nil, bus no: ap28 z 5831, driver name : nil.

        Route service from : machilipatnam to rajahmundry

        Point of board: kalparru toll plaza

        Time & date of boarding 7:19 p. M on[protected].

        I by name dilip g. Tallada, boarded into the bus in an emergency situation to travel rajahmundry (Destination) as said above. But the bus driver cum conducter inhumanly ordered me to get down from the bus by saying "s. R. Closed” even i pray for ticket form earlier stage or do as best to rtc and me. I immediately contacted the toll free complaint no.[protected] but was busy at the movement, i requested again and again to permit/allow me to travel in the bus as i am in emergency but of no use, i was disappointed by the activity of conducter/driver. Further i insisted to give complaint book to lodge a complaint he denied to give. Due to no option i was forcibly get down from the bus even plenty of seats available in the bus.

        As a an ordinary passenger i would like to inform above incident to the authorities for grievance that do not repeat again in any of the route services operated by the apsrtc for passengers well wish. Be pleased to conduct inquiry into the matter and take action against the responsible.

          All APSRTC bus from Bangalore to Anantapur, Anantapur to Bangalore passing through flyovers ​in Bangalore entrence from Airport to Hebbal . Without enough passengers in APSRTC bus, not crossing more then 15 seat's. Without minimum passengers how firm will earn basic amount recovery on diseal charges, bus daily rental, driver & conductor daily basis salary ...Etc. please​take necessary actions​, and please intimate to all DGM's to correct those mistakes

            I have travelled from thirupathi to chittoor on 27th morning at 1.15am i boarded a APSRTC bus no AP16 Z 0426 and i have asked for the ticket driver collected Rs 102 ticket price was Rs 92, driver didnt give me ticket and Rs 10 change he hurried me up to take a seat he didnt bother to give me ticket and the change when i reached chittoor i asked for ticket and my change he absued me rejected,
            hope he didnt punch the ticket,
            kindly check the dirvers obedience he is stealing peoples money

            I am syed travelled from tadipatri to jamalamadugu the journey distance is 65 km normally it will take 1:30 for express buses and for ordinary bus it will take 2:00 hours maximum but this driver stupid takes 3:00 hours for the journey worst service providing from apsrtc compare to karnataka and Tamilnadu bus service

                    Harrowing Experience
                    On Suinday ( 05-March 2017 ) travelled from Vijayawda to Chennai by Garuda Service No 35115, My seat number was 3, booked online. While booking, if any indication given in the chart that seat 4 will be used by Driver and Co-driver as Berth ( for sleeping ) with an extended Plank ( to stretch their legs ), definitely would have chosen some other seat.
                    Because, driver and co-driver felt seat 3 is an encroachment, so, they hardly allowed me sleep properly.
                    It was a harrowing experience, having paid nearly 1000/- for a ticket. So, I request the authorities either to avoid booking seat 3 for the public or make other arrangements for the drivers to sleep.
                    Also, to note, it will be better to train the drivers on polite talking to the passengers.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have booked a ticket from kurnool to Tirupathi on 31/01/2017 and cancelled it on the same day which is booked on the name of Akhila K.
                      I received an e-mail from APSRTC on 01/02/2017 stating that the amount will be refunded with in 7-14 working days.It's been more than 1 month now but the amount is not refunded yet. I tried contacting your customer care but the response from them is they have refunded the amount and asked me check with the corresponding bank and when I contacted the bank customer care, they asked me to confirm with Apsrtc as they haven't received any Refund through Apsrtc.
                      Again I contacted Apsrtc customer care and they asked to lodge a compliant regarding this.
                      Also attaching the AC statement for the same for which the refund amount is not credited.
                      Could you please check and refund the amount at the earliest.

                        Dear sir, we reserved ticket (seat # 1, female, service number-6926., DOJ: 04-mar-2017 ) online today. Bus driver SS Vali-(contact number-[protected]) had rude behaviour today with the female senior passenger. She was unable to show the message in her mobile as she was not familiar with the mobile, she had the number written on paper. But the driver said they can't consider papers and asked her to step down.
                        Luckily she was able get the message in mobile, driver calmed down. Other wise he wouldn't have allowed her to travel.
                        This is very very rude behaviour of him with the passengers that too with the ladies. I am regular traveller with this bus. I observed him wth such rude behaviour twice earlier.
                        Request you whoever is authorised to take action against him, please do it immediately to avoid such embarrassing situations in future.

                          We are started from tirupati at 6 am to kadapa ( tirupati-kurnool bus) on[protected], service number-TNA[protected]TPU7) driver number-21z0551. We crossed rajampeta at 9am. How much time will reach to kadapa. At starting we asked driver at what time we reach kadapa he will tell that 3 hours. We have an interview at 10 am what we will do. Please take action on this driver. That's why people hate apsrtc journey.

                            Pl note and instruct or control that the 333 bus( vijayawada to Pamaru center)survises not flying as per timings and also if one bus comes to ITI stage at vijayawada, besides there are two or Three in line or arrival. Which is inconvinience to passenger's and they in race to over take each other, due to that unsafe to inside passenger's for freqent jercks because ofapplying the brake and which is not there in other services. .you may also observe in in cash collection comparison in this buses .

                            It is quite irresponsible of the conductor ! It was a big bag and I kept in the Dickey at the back of bus ! In the morning when I reached my destination and asked him for the bag, he told it's gone and he didn't lock the Dickey .. !! Who the hell will steal it from the Dickey without conductors notice . !!

                              I had booked ticket from kurnool to tirupathi on feb 5th. Actually during booking bus model was Amaravathi scania. But I when it was arrived it was only volvo. U have charged scania charges and provided volvo bus. How can you provide volvo in place of scania. You change bus model in reservation system or else reduce the price. You are cheating customers by taking high fare. My bus service num 47144. You have charged scania fare and not even providede garuda plus service. Take action. Otherwise going to lodge complaint regarding this. Thank you

                                I am the passenger who suppose travel on 1-Jan-17 from Kurnool Town to Bellary in the service number 51233 pertaining to Yemmiganur Depot. The bus was not reached only on that date and i have not received any communication from APSRTC that the bus is got cancelled.

                                I had contacted apsrtc complaints box for the same. They have given us the number of the Depot Manager. His phone is always not reachable. Further, they have informed that the depot people have not updated the status of bus as cancelled in RTC.
                                I had mailed to online support, Regional manager and Zonal Manger.. But i have not seen any progress.. again i had got response that contact service centre from where i started whole the process.

                                  Travelled on 29 jan in bus service number 48603 from ogl to hyd with ticket number 59641777. bus hygiene is very poor with lots of mosquitoes and bad smell. even the ac is not enough and was started very late.when asked, we didnt get satisfactory reply or action. everyone in the bus is feeling the same discomfort and are scolding the crew. kindly improve the facilities.

                                    I had booked ticket no 59673216 via red bus for APSRTC servce from Badrachalam to Vijayawada for[protected] service no 9351 seat no 17-18. The bus was cancelled without information to us. I received a message from APSRTC to cancel the ticket on or before[protected]. When i tried cancelling, the there was error saying -ticket no invalid. When i contacted customer care they informed me that i have to cancel through red bus portal I loged a complaint in redbus portal dt[protected]complaint no 493666. So far they have not replied or refunded. Since i have been put to lot of inconvenience by your bus service cancellation, Redbus is not ready to repay the full refund. my email id is

                                      Booked Kakinada to Visakhapatnam bus tickets starting at 6:30am on January 22, 2017. We Reserved 4 tickets in that bus. I made phone calls about 10 times to the bus driver anjaneyulu to inform that we will board at different point because of some personal problems. He did not respond to phone calls and bus left without us. I am a student because of driver's irresponsibility wasted about 900 rupees. If the driver's don't respond to phone calls APSRTC should not have given any driver's phone numbers 15 minutes earlier. Why to mislead us. Please provide justice.
