I booked 1 ticket from Hyderabad to Srisailam on[protected], I got a message that "APSRTC regret to inform you that transaction in OPRS is failed at payment gateway. Ref. No.: [protected] Amount: 251.00 Bank Ref. Nol.: 42171291 Status: Authorized The amount shall be refunded to your account or card in 1-14 working days." But till today (i.e.[protected] i haven't received my refund money to my bank a/c.

    Dear Sir /madam, I had reserved bus tickets online for my religious tour from Mahabubnagar to srisailam vide service no 1387 and ticket no 45471927 seat no 17, 18. After getting in to the bus, bus moved 2 kms, conductor used slang words and pushed us out saying that"we don't have reservations for our bus and don't make me fool". He totally misbehaved. The conductor himself does not know about the services. why the hell passenger should suffer.I need an explanation for the same.I want you to arrange for the solution right now. thanks and best regards mallikarjun, cell no, [protected]

      I am a frequent traveller in APSRTC. The only reason, I choose this is for safety. Maintenance is always a concern here. We see the stickers in buses "New Head rest covers, room freshers and wet napkins", but none of them are available. This time when I travelled, there is some bad smell in the bus, though we asked driver for it. None of them cared. They haven't even provided paper napkins. An elder person in the bus asked for water bottle. They simply said, we will provide after all the people were filled. They don't even care the urgency for water. Driver is challenging, we could even take his photo if we want. Please try to resolve this issue. It will not take much planning, just simple and strict instructions to the drivers will work. I am requesting you to do this ASAP, before every one shifts to private travels.

        I just boarded on bus I found window beside me was So dirty the gaps are filled with may be food waste I asked the driver to clean the window but he says that at this time there are no persons available to clean it, and suggested me to tell this issue to some one in white and white he pointed, I went to him but he simply again advised me to tell to driver upon going through this my bus starts moving and I have no choice but to sat beside it .

            Hi Sir/Madm, WI booked 4 tickets in waiting list, I got a message that your ticket is not confirmed and you will get a refund, we called online help-desk, but they told no need to cancel you will get the refund automatically, its been over one month no refund is still processed, below are the ticket details. TKT NO 43328122 Seat(s) WL3, WL4, WL5, WL6 NOT confirmed. Please can you process the refund, we tried reaching customer care they are saying we have raised the complaint, but no response

              Sir, This is to bring to your notice that the RTC buses are never, literally hardly ever stooped at appropriate stops. The driver stops at bus stop before or after or hardly slows down not even bothering if the passengers have boarded or not. Then what is the point of having a public transport system, is it for the convenience of the public or for the convenience of the drivers.

              Even I have seen this many a times. Is there way we can avoid this, APSRTC?
              Or you are working on something to find a fix for it in near future. You are big organisation, hope you feel responsible.

Please take right action to whose is the responsible person for this issue, it is really proved APSRTC is unable manage.

I and my family members, 5 adults + 2 children, travelled from Visakhapatnam to Rajahmundry on 23.7.2015 at 23.15 hrs by 97397/RJY –Super luxury Mahapushkaram Spl. In this context I have booked tickets on the same day through online vide tickets No.43595990 and 43595648 and paid through my bank debit card. The particulars of the payment/tickets are herewith furnishing. 1) Ticket No. 43595990 Uid No.4918 No. of seats: 1 adult Basic fare Rs.336 + other fees Rs.39/- = Total= 375/- 2) Ticket No. 43595648 Uid No.3043 No. of seats: 6 ( adults: 4 + children: 2) Basic fare Rs.1600 + other fees Rs219/- = Total= 1819/- But while I was in the bus 2 seats were found vacant and these seats were booked by a passenger. The concerned conductor in the bus charged for these 2 seats @ Rs.245/- per seat. When questioned him how he is collecting only 245/- per seat while I have paid @ 336/- + other charges, he said the charge is only 245/- per seat not @ 336/- . In this context I was charged with an excess amount of more than 600/-. Here I understood that though the charges for pushkar special buses initially (Before starting of pushkarams) fixed as Rs.365/- for super luxury which is further reduced to actual fare, the software/program you have used for online booking might not have been corrected. So the excess amount was charged for online booking. Hence I request you please enquire about this and refund the excess amount to me.                                 Sir I booked the ticket from apsrtc online on 19/07/15 from Ravulapalem to Hyderabad KPHB COLONY . The amount of ticket is deducted from my acc. but i didn't get the ticket. I cross checked the booking service, it has sent mail that amt deducted from my account with ref no:[protected] and ebs payment id: 39790085 . So please verify it and refund the amount as soon as possible or please send ticket if already done success transaction

                                    Hi, I have booked the ticket 42975191 on 8th of July from Bangalore to Nellore But I am unable to see the ticket under "Booking" menu to cancel.                                       sir, . This is seetharamaraju who always prefer to travel by APSRTC due to their commitment and dedication on passenger safety aspects. I used to frequently travel from vijayawada to Kurnool by super luxury buses but the problem is drivers and conductors are allowing passengers to board onto bus even bus seats are fully occupied. Excess passengers are standing in pathway and falling on seats due to route obstacles, which is very uncomfort for any reserved passengers. Its overnight journey and disgusting situations faced many times with service number 3963 gudivada to raichur bus. Its like local city bus service. Requesting officers to have a quad in night time in super luxury buses and take serious action against drivers and conductors.

                                        To The Manager APSRTC, I am daily traveller from Tallagadda to mehdipatnam. Today(7th july 2015), i took 188t bus from tallagadda bus stop at 9:45 Am. There was a men conductor, who was very rude. As i didnot have change that time, i gave her 10 rupees and 4 rupees change as the fare costs 6 rupees from tallagadda to mehdipatnam. But the lady, instead of returning me changes, she was just trying to avoid. I asked her many times, finally she rudely answered i ll give, u wait. At last, when i had to get down at mehdipatnam bus stop, till that time also she didnot return me money. After getting down, i asked her again. he rudely talking . Could you please take action against such inhuman conductors., its not acceptable. I hope you will consider such complaints, because day by day such things are increasing, which needs to be controlled. Buss Number Ap28 Z 2644
