Very inappropriate way of stopping buses.

Sir, This is to bring to your notice that the RTC buses are never, literally hardly ever stooped at appropriate stops. The driver stops at bus stop before or after or hardly slows down not even bothering if the passengers have boarded or not. Then what is the point of having a public transport system, is it for the convenience of the public or for the convenience of the drivers....

No refund

Sir I booked the ticket from apsrtc online on 19/07/15 from Ravulapalem to Hyderabad KPHB COLONY . The amount of ticket is deducted from my acc. but i didn't get the ticket. I used to frequently travel from vijayawada to Kurnool by super luxury buses but the problem is drivers and conductors are allowing passengers to board onto bus even bus seats are fully occupied. Conductor Rude behaviour

To The Manager APSRTC, I am daily traveller from Tallagadda to mehdipatnam. Today(7th july 2015), i took 188t bus from tallagadda bus stop at 9:45 Am. There was a men conductor, who was very rude. Sudden break downs during journey

There is halt at Nakrekal

Only express Buses are going to stop at our destination Nakrekal, while Deluxe bus drivers saying that there is no stop in Nakrekal. money deduction

regarding toilets

I went for toilet in patancheru bus stand on2/6/15, the person who is sitting in front of toilet has collected Rs2/- from me for toilet. In every bus stand its free but he illegally collecting money from every one and I went to the controller of the bus stand and told this thing, he told me to give written complaint to D.M then it self I have given written complaint to the D.M of the B.H.E.Land on 5/6/15 I have called to D.M(Solmon garu)...
