Sir, I have traveled by Suplux service code 2714/ KDP-KKD from Pamuru to Ramachandrapuram.on 23 June 15. my ticket No. is 42485290. Wheels are very bad, not comfortable sheets, No TV very boring journey.i Will travled daily up and down.12 Hours Journey. immediately Rectified Problems

      Dear Sir/Madam, There are number of Sub-Orban buses with in the city limits which fulfill the needs of people. But the maintenance is not good. During travel, they are suddenly break down.and the people are waiting for the next bus till it come and most of the cases with heavy load. As usual they are very rush in peak hours( like morning and evening office hours). If the bus suddenly fell down at that time, we face so many problems as it is getting late to office.So please take proper actions in bus Depots and garages and try to eliminate these kind of issues soon. Thank You.

        Weekly twice or thrice I will travel to Hyderabad to Nakrekal and Nakrekal to khammam. Only express Buses are going to stop at our destination Nakrekal, while Deluxe bus drivers saying that there is no stop in Nakrekal. Only these people going to stop at Nakrekal where there are no passengers in the bus. In some cases, when there are no passengers also, they are not going to stop the bus(Deluxe) at Nakrekal. Many people are suffering because of the some deluxe bus drivers attitude. Today, morning I came to khammam from Nakrekal through Deluxe bus, but when I am returning from khammam to Nakrekal, the deluxe bus driver said there is no stop at Nakrekal. Why RTC is not taking any action. Again you people say that, RTC is in loss. If you do like this then how you will get profit. Please tell me that there is stop for deluxe buses at Nakrekal or not. If there is stop at Nakrekal for deluxe bus, then please take necessary action. ThanQ.

          i booked ticket from Vijayawada to Chennai for 14th June 2015 the payment was not successful but they deducted money and they intimated that the money will be credited with in 1-14 days which was sent yesterday, but today we received the message like the payment is successful but we didn't received any booking confirmation mail or message it is like cheating people and also the online procedure and process also very slow and late response. Please improve the online system

            I went for toilet in patancheru bus stand on2/6/15, the person who is sitting in front of toilet has collected Rs2/- from me for toilet. In every bus stand its free but he illegally collecting money from every one and I went to the controller of the bus stand and told this thing, he told me to give written complaint to D.M then it self I have given written complaint to the D.M of the B.H.E.Land on 5/6/15 I have called to D.M(Solmon garu) told this thing and I went for toilet on 9/6/15 also again same thing repeated and on 10/6/15 I have called to this no [protected] at 10:30am and complained But there no use I am asking the heigher authorites to take serious action regarding him.

              I am travelling from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam by apsrtc service no.3448 on 8th June 2015..one of the passenger is drinking alcohol which he brings in thumsup bottle. Who is responsible if he misbehaves? Is it not controllable? Kindly request you that please don't allow such things in bus.

                Seat layout shown online is different from the layout in the actual bus

                I booked a seat with number :13, shown as window seat online in apsrtconline in service number 9063, a bus from Chittoor to Bangalore. When I boarded the bus, found to my surprise that the seat 13 is not a window seat instead a corner seat. This is not the first bus where I observed this. Could someone help in taking this forward and help in correcting this layout. Also it would be great if there is a provision to submit complaints...

                We have booked e-tickets online for deluxe bus service no.80811which should departure by 23.10 on 06.06.15 but bus arrived around 01.00hrs. When we look at the cost chart this bus weighted higher charges We have booked tickets thinking that we would get good services... but it's totally vise.versa ... We will never again book through apsrtc. ...

                  I have booked an e-ticket number "40934344" on 13th May 2015 and my date of journey is on 31st May 2015 for service No. 3394 (Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad) from OGWK to MGBS. I have been waiting at Bus stop for about 2 and half hours. I does'nt have any information until I made a call to customer care. The response was that the bus was in repair and not yet started. Immediately I also spoke to Depo-Manager and SM, even at that time they are still bluffing that the bus will start in next 15 minutes and they have disconnected the call. Immediately after disconnecting i have received a message that the service was cancelled i.e., at 9:20 pm while the bus is suppose to departure at 7:00 pm. (NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE TO ANY CITIZEN AT THAT LATE HOURS) At this instance, I would like to convey that the condition of the bus should be thoroughly checked atleast before 2 hours from the departure time, as it is a very long journey (12 hours) and should intimate the customers prior to the journey time. Instead of giving prior intimation, giving vulgar response (what should we do then, etc, ) at the time we are reaching through mobile is very embarrassing and disgusting. This kind of treating customers is not at all Fair by APSRTC and please let them know how to behave with the Customers and Customer satisfaction is utmost importance to any service.

                    I have booked my ticket from bangalore to kurnool online and my ticket number is 41530612. I have put my boarding point as majestic, but due to some traffic delays I came to hebbal and have reached there. The conductor told me that he has cancelled the ticket at majestic station. He didn't even call me on my mobile and despite he was very rude in his behavior to answer my questions. Is this the way that apsrtc runs the service and cancels the tickets without informing us. Please tell me as how should I get the fund back, if it's not answered I will post it online about the service and do a consumer complaint.

                      Sir, I have travelled by Volvo service code 3474/ CNI-VSP from Nellore to Visakhapatnam along with my wife and son aged 11 years on 25 May 15. my ticket No. is 40666328. OB Ref No. is [protected]. During the journey the attendant displayed movies on TV. He played 'Arundhati' movie which is a horror movie and also having scenes and the gestures of the villain which are not advisable to watch with the children. He started that movie at the time when the bus was near to Ongole. At Ongole when the bus stopped for dinner break my son requested the attendant to change the move since he is feeling afraid. The attendant assured him that he will change the movie. After the bus started I again requested him to change the movie since my son is feeling uncomfortable. He again assured me that he will change the move after some time. However, he did not changed the move till end of the move. Being a public transport you should display movies which are to be viewed freely by all ages of people. unfortunately my seats are 1, 2 and 5 which are very near to the television. I advised my son not to watch the move and try to sleep. But he could not sleep because of the horror sounds and the screams. I request you to take necessary disciplinary action against the attendant and also to intimate me the same. Once again I request you not to display movies which are horror in nature in your buses especially during night time. My mobile number is [protected], [protected].                           The travelling charge for a deluxe bus from Srikakulam to Visakhapatnam is 107 Rs/-. When we are giving 110 Rs/- they are not returning the change. If we are asking for the change they are asking to wait for a long time till the bus started. Even though bus started they are not providing the change, as the bus is not waiting for us we are just leaving the counter. This is the problem facing for every one. Why can't the APSRTC make it as a round figure amount or why they are not unable to provide the change to every customer. If we are ignoring 3rs/- per head then daily approx.. more than 1000+ people are travelling in these buses then assume that how much the counter person is earning than their salary. Please consider this as a issue and take necessary action.

                            Dear sir I was travailing daily from Srungavarapukota to Visakhapatnam by 06.10 Metro LH Bus since last 3 years today also i use the service of your above mentioned bus but the Conductor and driver are not aware of the stops and duration of journey, it was started by 06.20 at Skota (by 10 min late) it is possible in some time my be technical problem but the bus was stooped in each and every stop where a normal ordinary bus can not be stopped. It was delay by around 30 min due to late i was unable to attend my duty on time, it was happen several times with your staff. Finally to i was given a remark by my officer-in-Charge.Hence, it requested that necessary action/ directives be taken at an early date.                                 Hi, When the AC buses (113 M Waverock) started via Darga to Waverock, the purpose was to provide software engineers with proper transport in such remote areas. These buses used to run every 15mins. And this was only the case for the initial few days. Now, there is one bus every 35-40 mins and it's so full that the bus driver usually doesn't even stop at bus stops like 'Darga'. What is the point of having these buses, filled upto brim? Forget getting a seat, we don't even get a place to stand. And most of the times, the bus driver doesn't even stop. And we pay so much of money for the ticket when compared to the ordinary buses. Why has the frequency been reduced? Atleast increase their frequency during peak hours between 8AM -10:30AM. Kindly look into the matter.

Because our Town Narasraopet (NRT) in Guntur District. is not generated automatically. If we type manually that shows no services. Why does it happen. Please check and do needful .                                     Ticket No. 41079670, MYPR - MTM. Service no. 3719 There is a confusion with your new website booking form. (apsrtconline). I Missed bus. Please return my money back, as this is your fault. Compare your website booking form with others (Your old website, redbus, IRCTC) and see the difference, I showed this to many, every one is confusing with this starting boarding time. You have not mentioned starting time as MGBS timing any where here.

                                      My ticket no is 41024809. The person who gave me ticket told that the bus will start at 5:45 PM in Kakinada and it will come to Sarpavaram junction at 6 PM. I came to Sarpavaram Junction at 5: 55 PM and waiting for the bus but the hasn't come till 6: 10. I approached to the Ticket counter stating the same, the employee in the ticket counter told to wait for another 5 to 10 mins. Bus came at 6: 20 PM but this is not 5: 45 PM bus, the bus which came now is 6: 15 PM bus. So the employee who sitting in the ticket counter itself doens't know which bus has come and went. The actual scenario is 5: 45 PM bus has left at 5: 50 PM which I missed and it is not my fault because I mentioned the reason above. Two guys who are sitting inside Ticket counter didnt helped me at all. 6: 20 PM bus has 2 seats available but didnt allowed me to sit in that. I've called to enquiry they didnt pic the call. Initially, the employee argued with me a lot and latter he told that he is not the employee just came and sat here, the actual employee went out, his name is Chinni and he will come in few minutes. A lot happend at that time but I cannot mention u everything. What bloody is this... I was really frustrated... I am helpless... I need an explanation on this... Please take care neccessary action... If pos call me on my number Ill explain u clearly... But Please do something to the person who gave me wrong info while buying ticket from him in the afternoon... Also please do something on the person who argued like a dumb with me in the evening... Waiting for your Action... Thanks in Advance Raja
