Hi Sir, This regarding APSRTC's finest service 'INDRA' running from Eluru to BHEL with service number 4794. Yesterday i.e., 24th April, 2014, I was very much pleased with the stupid service provided by APSRTC. Bus is expected to depart at 8.30. Till 10.00 PM. the bus didn't even came onto platform and after lots of enquiry and discussion with DM(where he communicated that it went for AC servicing and just now returned back), The best in class bus arrived onto the platform and we boarded. Just after travelling one hour near Satupalli, we were pleased with aroma of the burning wires from AC blower. fortunately, we are awake at that time and asked the driver to stop the bus. Here I should appreciate the drivers commitment where they called up DM and informed the same. We were told that a bus from Eluru Depot 'Super Luxury' will start in few minutes and reach Satupalli within two hours. After 1 1/2 hour, when Driver called up, the 'Super Luxury' drivers replied saying it will take 2 hours more to reach. We are pleased with the accommodation provided for 2 1.2 hours on the platform with 2 year old kid sleeping on my shoulder. With no more wait we asked driver to arrange a bus from Satupalli Depot, Where again the best in class 'Super Luxory' bus has been provided to us. With the excellent condition of that bus, we were able to travel a jet speed of 40 KMPH and finally reached our destination today i.e., 25th April, 2014 at 11.45 A.M. But, my request is we don't want the best in class service. Atleast provide the durable and trustable service. Yours sincerely, Pavan Kumar Pamarty

    I booked a ticket in APSRTC Bus Service#6110. Below are the details Ticket#29053157 Seat#25 Date of Journey#22-Apr-2014 From: HEBBAL OPP TO PS To: Kadiri I reached the boarding point at 10:05 PM and waited till 10:30 PM. I called APSRTC Number [protected] at around 10:30 PM and they said that the bus might be in traffic and they gave the Driver Nuimber +[protected]. I called the driver number multiple times. But it's switched off. I really frustrated. At around 10:45 PM another APSRTC Bus with Service#6129 came & I asked the 6129 Service Driver about the Service#6110. He said that the bus has already left. Then I get into the Bus with Service#6129 to reach Kadiri. Please help me to get the refund for my ticket#29053157. Thanks Narendra Sunkesula

      Dear sir, The staff at non-stop booking counters are behaving rudely towards the passengers. These people are treating the passengers as and using unparliamentary language. Especially, two people working in Narasaraopet depot(522601) namely, Raghava and Rambabu, who worked in the fore noon session on[protected], became very nuisance towards the passengers. Please, treat this as a complaint and take action against these two people so as to make good relationship with the passengers which will increase the traffic towards APSRTC.         Today while travelling from Ecil to kondapur service no.147 starts at 4.20 from 2 days lady conductor is behaving rudely to passenger asking them to get down from if they donot have enough change and using vulgar language yesterday she abused one passenger and today also she is using inappropriate words .kindly take action.

          Myself swapna..i need to give complaint against one lady conductor.she behaves very rude with me..i started from narayanaguda to punjagutta .i don't have change with me..so i gave 100 rupees.but she didn't gave me remaining change, when i asked her about change, , she is shouting like anything, , i felt very bad at that time because of shouting its not matter of change or 100 rs. ..by shouting like this i hurted a lot, , who is she to shout like that on me before everyone ?.she insulted me..this is not the way to treat the passenger's, , we don't want respect but treat us like humans.that is my sincere request to apsrtc, , not only me there are many peoples facing like this problems in buses.

              Dear sir This is to inform you that your driver is talking cellphone while driving.Today I went to mandapeta from kakinada .i told him not to talk on cell phone while on driving but he refused to hear my words and told we will talk like this only.please think our passengers life's are in drivers hand only.please take necessary action for this complaint .i am eagerly waiting for response.

                Hello Sir,

                Some conductors are illegally cheating the public in apsrtc city buses by charging more amount (mostly in metro express some of their condition are worse like broken glasses and windows, some of them are even worse that spiders move on roofs).

                I travelled from Dilsuknagar ->Chaderghat @Rs9 but on return side he charged Rs11 when asked for charging high amount he told that you had boarded at Koti (a stage before chaderghat for that they will charge Rs2 extra as there is change in stage). That means in spite of charging extra fare he argued that you don't know in which you boarded the bus and its your fault.

                The same i forwarded to helpline [protected].They are asking several details like bus.no(ok), depot, the executive you spoke with... bla bla bla. How one can remember all these stuff ????


                I would forward the request to higher authorities to kindly improve the condition of buses and teach the conductors some sort of manners with public behavior.

                Paying Rs 2 /- is not an issue but the kind of insulting behavior that he shown is pathetic. to pathetic

                  This issue regarding Service Code/Name 9210/ BNG - PDL. The passenger is Female (illiterate), traveling from Bengaluru to D.G Peta baring with seat no. 3. we have booked a ticket from BENGALURU MAJESTIC To D.G.PETA through online (Ticket No. 25747943 Date of Journey 30-Dec-2013). we received a message which says the confirmation of journey. We reached boarding point with a mobile message ( ticket details) as there is no facility of print out near by. we shown the message (ticket) details to conductor at boarding point of the passenger then he allowed to sit. But unfortunately the relative of passenger who is holding the mobile with ticket details got down the bus by dropping the passenger in her seat (but safer side we already noted down the ticket details on a white paper and kept with passenger). After crossing 40 kms from the starting point of bus, the conductor started irritating the female passenger to show the ticket again. But at the moment she is having only the ticket details on white paper and her ID proof. Then the conductor called the relative of passenger who is holding the ticket details through message based on the contact no# which is already placed in online. But by the time (around 11:00 PM) he did not come back to bus and the relative of the passenger explained the mistake and told that he can able to send the ticket details to co-passenger then that can be valid till my passenger reaches her destination. But the conductor irritated the passenger (female) to get down the bus at the time of around 11:00 PM. She got afraid and paid again the ticket charge as ordered by the conductor. We are loosing the confidence on APSRTC employee. He behaved really very rude to the passenger and he was keep on ordering the relative of the passenger to come to bus place ( which is already 40 kms far from the origin and the time was 11:00 PM). The passenger was already holding the address and photo proofs with her which was matching with the ticket details which are holding by conductor. Please try to take some action on this kind of rude and misbehavior employee otherwise that may cause bad impression on entire APSRTC.

                  Hi, I faced a problem with the RTC conductor who was very rude in his behavior. Actually it was due to some urgent reason I want to leave for Hyderabad from Khammam at 11:45 pm on 12 th April'15, as I am not preplanned hence not reserved the seat. I came to know that 3 seats are without reservation and got into the bus with sevice no. 8686. But the conductor sold that seat to some other male passenger who came next to me at higher price and for questioning the same he behaved in a very harsh way with me and also with my father. Also the incharge over there in the bus stop supported the conductor. Being a lady at that peak hours felt humiliated due to harsh behavior of the conductor. As a passenger dont we have right to question them when it was wrong, Is this the value RTC is delivering to their passengers. I need appologizes from the conductor who insulted me and my dad and also request you to assure that these kind of situation never repeats to any passenger.

                    Buses between hyderabad and Kadapa are not available in the online website. Why is it happening? APSRTC is behaving like private bus operators. The company it self promotes not to travel in private buses but by saying so it is not even supporting the travellers. Its intention is by removing the regular buses, they may charge special charges for the same service earlier available. This is happening for every major festive seasons. By doing so, they are cheating the travellers by charging extra amount in the fare. Being a governent run company, this is not fair. At least some one take this complaint and stop this cheating.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      I am Sruthi (F), booked ticket from PUNE RLYSTN ST BUS STOP to HYDERABAD MGBS on 27/12/2013. Before the booking the seat no. 22, I checked beside seat is booked by Female or not i.e., seat No. 21, so I booked the ticket. Now, when I checked it in the site, seat is booked for MALE. How is it possible?? Is this the way to treat the female customers.

                      When I contacted the customer care, they said Female seat is cancelled beside to me and so they allotted it to MALE customer. Problem is I booked that particular seat because the seat beside to me FEMALE, now the seat is allotted to MALE. My question is why APSRTC people does such kind of malpractices to cheat FEMALE customers.

                        Hi APSRTC I am using this online service from last 2 years and i didn't face any issue..that was great..but only onething i wanna check i, e i am unable to see my past ticket details i, e from last two years ?? ijust give a date values and i want to check that particular ticket but itis not showing... but if you observe in IRCTC we can get the old travel history aswell..Could you please check from your end..is this bug...or application error ??..from where i can get the old travel history of mine ?? Awaiting for your early respose.. Awasome Service but need to impliment few options.. Thanks APSRTC...

                          RTC driver rash driving

                          Dear Sir, We are tortured with rash driving of an APSRTC city bus. The bus number is AP29Z 3268. This rash driving we found on 12th December 2013 at about 7.15 PM. The place is in between Miyapur cross road to Chandanagar. The driver should be in racing not on public roads. He is turning the bus like anything and not even considering the public on roads. Place take action. Thanks...

                          My name is k.Sai Dileep Reddy, a first year b.tech student in Vignan Lara College, Vadlamudi.Today i.e., on[protected] I am supposed to travel by a RTC bus which is travelling from Tenali to Guntur.I sat in the 2nd seat from the starting and waited for the conductor to take a ticket as he was started giving tickets to students who sat in the back seats and coming front.Then he came front and sat in his seat which was two seats behind me.After sometime I saw him when I turned back and asked for a ticket.But he refused to give and he was saying that he has shouted to take tickets repeatedly.As I told I sat in the 2nd seat I couldn't able to listen his voice.Even I told it, he doesn't give ticket to me and making a false statement that the tickets is closed.I don't understand anything because it wasn't a movie theatre to close the tickets.And then he asked me to leave the bus.IS HE A PUBLIC SERVANT?I was really disappointed to see this kind of service from our government employees...The bad thing is I forgot to see the bus Number.But the time is between 2:00 and 2:10

                          This is a deluxe bus from kphb to Bayyaram Bus no:TS03Z0289
                          four women were sat in seat no W1 A2 W3 A4.
                          CONDUCTOR rudely asked the women to move from those seats and he slept on the seats. Right now the time is 12.36 am. The women sat down and feeling much uncomfortable.I request the higher authority to take action.

                          Stopping of bus and late departure

                          On bus no:Ap28Z5697 goes from hyd to vijayawada is departing vvery late.It departed 1 hour late.And the driver is stopping the bus where he wanted for his wish of time.

                            WHILE on my journey from karimnagar to warangal. Driver of the rtc bus number AP36Z 0038 NIZAMBAD DEPO.used obscene, abusive, vulgar language for no reason while i was about to get down at my stop at 7.15pm(date- 08 November 2013) intention shows his psychic provocation. I really felt bad as i this is somebody using arrogance for no reason on me! I strongly recommend the apsrtc whomsoever concerned with the traffic complaints to kindly take action on this driver, as he may be a threat to the passengers with his arrogant psychic behaviour. I have given a written complaint to the incharge person in the hanamkonda bus stand

                                Dear sir, Iam having Apsrtc Cat card, iam take this card last previous 4 years onwards, now this this year my card expiry dt.on.03.09.2013, but i was desire to renewal the card., but your organisation in this period conducted the strike due Samykyandra agitation. The card expiry is not my fault, that is your organisation problem. But recently iam went to your Narasaraopet depot asked for renewal the old card. But your staff not accepted to renewal the card.                                   I have booked online ticket through Internet on 04/08/13 from kurnool to hyderabad for Indra Bus. The said Bus service cancelled and no one informed us about the cancellation. We gone to enquiry counter about the Bus, then they told me that bus was canceled. They informed us to sent mail to online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in regarding the fare refund. We send mail on 5th Aug 13 the same. and also reminded on 21th aug 13 and 9th Sep 13. Phoned via [protected] they said the confirmation has not yet received from Kurnool Depot and they given Depot Manager Phone No. and contacted the same and he responded that he will confirmation & the complaint given to Regional Manager through email: [protected]@apsrtc.gov.in. But till today we have not received the amount as well as replay also . Kindly do the needfull as early as possible. Thanking you

                                    Dear Sir, We are native from Karimnagar. Jubilee bust stand is center place for us to find the Buses. We put our vehicle at parking area. It is observed that contractors are taking lot of money on their wish.1 week back, they charges 30 Rs and now they are charging 40 Rs without any proper information. Even 30 Rs is also not at all visible any of the board displayed. There is no control from JBS management. There is a public talk that JBS management is not serious about this even it is located in JBS. Parking of vehicles are not placing in proper condition as we have observed lot of damages of vehicles. Identifying own vehicle is also difficult to customer as they are keeping the vehciles as their wish. Requesting somebody(Officer) to resolve it on immediate basis. One action shall give faith on Government as well as the APSRTC systems. Regards, Customer

                                      im ramesh from mallikarjun nagar malkagjiri, our route is 38x, 38ex buses, but buses not comeing proper timing,example: we waiting at sangeet bus stop, more than 1 hr or 70mins , that buses comeing 4 to 5 buses at a time for one side ex: 38ex side, at that time people waiting diffent bus stops there stops, for last 1 year we suffering this problem, pl take on this issue and the good way thankyou ramesh
