Taking cell phone while driving

Some conductors are illegally cheating the public in apsrtc city buses by charging more amount (mostly in metro express some of their condition are worse like broken glasses and windows, some of them are even worse that spiders move on roofs).

Buses are not listed in the online website

Buses between hyderabad and Kadapa are not available in the online website. Why is it happening? APSRTC is behaving like private bus operators. The company it self promotes not to travel in private buses but by saying so it is not even supporting the travellers. RTC driver rash driving

One bus by number AP11Z 6244 that is, 113Y comes from Uppal Depot that goes via RTC X Roads, Ashok Nagar, NTR Stadium, Indira Park. The bus comes around 10:10 Am to 10:20 Am.
