Hi,
My name is Umang.The incident is of sat 15 sep 2012,while travelling from kondapur to secunderabad conductor misbehaved and didnt pay the balance amount of the ticket.When I asked him he asked me to leave the bus.When I said please speak properly else I will file a complaint against you, he said something in telugu and asked me to leave.
Bus number was AP 11z 6832.

    We are travelled with my family from tirupathi to tadepalligudem on 12/09/2012. bus service no is 2646/TPT-KKD.(super luxary).
    conducter behaviour is too worst. He is not giving respect to passengers .He didnt stop even for urinals. we got into bus at 4.30 PM
    and from that time he didnt stop the bus anywhere except in bus stations . at the busstations also he stopped for only 1 minute. once at 9.00pm we got down the bus at a busstationfor toilets as he was not stopping anywhere and while we again stepping into the bus driver and conducter togetherly scolded my family very rudely and he stopped for 10min at ongole and without intimating the passengers he went into a hotel and started eating dinner, all the passengers thought that he will stop for only 1min they didnt eat anything. all the passengers in the bus faced problems but we only are exhibiting it out to you expecting that you will take some action on them.

    APSRTC — MISBEHAVIOUR OF CONDUCTOR AND DRIVER

    This is to inform you that on 27.11.09 at 10.30 A.M I have travelled in # 92/5k which is belongs to CONTONMENT DEPOT (Bus # AP 28Z 255)

    I observed the misbehaviour of driver & conductor of the bus,when passingers asking for returning the balance amount. Nearly 15 people have suffered for their misbehaviour, Some of them left their amout with conductor as they are in hurry. The driver too supported conductor not stopping the bus till he return the money
    MISBEHAVIOUR OF CONDUCTOR

    This is to inform you that on 26.01.2012 at 9.00 P.M I have travelled in # 10K which is belongs to CONTONMENT DEPOT (Bus # AP 11Z 115). This is comming from Kukatpally to Secunderabad.

    I observed the misbehaviour of conductor (Lady) of the bus, when passenger's asking for returning the balance amount. Nearly 15 people have suffered for their misbehaviour, Some of them left their amount with conductor as they are in hurry. She talking very vulgar language with passenger's min 3members & also one senior person also told her, pls shut your mouth, then also she dent care. please we are requesting you this is hyd city.pls trine the conductors.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      This is to bring to the notice of APSRTC management that there is an irregularity in running 17H/10H buses from ECIL X Roads to VBIT / Kondapur. The buses don't come as per the schedule daily. The reasons given by the conductor / driver is DUE TO MAINTENANCE. If there is lot of maintenance problem, then why to run such type of buses??? Lot of commuters are dependent on those buses.

      Request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.

        this is ticket no. 12996424 afsalgunj to goa
        the bus was cancelled and later after few hours another bus was arranged and the conductor would not let me sit in the bus if i did not pay 770rs and the i travelled by paying the 770Rs.

        now that you had cancelled the bus you should oblige by refunding the amount of 569 rs which i paid online, this is not my fault as you had cancelled the bus
        so please refund the amount i cannot spend more money to get back the said amount.

        i will be forced to make consumer complaints as the staff is very rude including the station manager who refused to state his name.

          I find most of the traffic irregularities created by APSRTC

          APSRTC Hyderabad city buses drive even on the kachha roads by overtaking other vehicles and there by endangering people on cycles and standing adjacent to roads

          This negligent and careless driving of the APSRTC bus drivers is always there.

          Already the traffic problem in every area of Hyderabad is so big and over that this dangerous driving on the sideways of the road is not at all acceptable

          I request the appropriate authorities to take sever action against the drivers and the APSRTC itself

          Next time I would raise complaints with Bus No.'s and also with photos of the busses which are creating danger to lives of the citizens

            Hello Team,

            This is in regards to APSRTC request bus stop near Hanuman temple, Opposite to Pheonix building, Hero honda Showroom.

            I am a resident of Venkatapuram, Alwal, Secunderabad.

            My work place is at Uppal, Opposite NGRI, Habsiguda.

            Each day is becoming a night mare while taking bus from Jubilee bus station or Secunderabad to reach near Hanuman Temple, Opposite to Hero honda Showroom near Pheonix building.

            The worst part is there is no Request bus stop between NGRI and Little flower College at Uppal.

            Metro Rail has blocked the road and occupied space.

            For a person to reach Pheonix building, one must either get down by bus at NGRI stop or Little flower college.

            It is becoming very difficult during office hours to walk all the way from NGRI to the Pheonix building. Traffic Jam is a serious Concern and Metro Rail department has made pits all the way.

            I would request the APSRTC department to kindly build a request stop for employees working in Pheonix and for the residents in IDA campus.

            It would be of great help for the people who travel by bus.

            I kindly request you to consider the request and hoping for the APSRTC team to look into the issue and make the journey comfortable and painless.

              I went to tirupathi using public APSRTC transportation. The bus fare from chennai to tirupathi is 83 rupees.While travelling from Chennai to tirupathi on 21july2012,the driver collected Rs.260 for 3 adult tickets. While returning back on 22july2012 from tirupathi to chennai in the same bus, the driver collected rs.420 for 3 adults.He said the ticket fare is 140 per adult.Though the ticket fare is mentioned as Rs.83 in the ticket he manipulated the total, He mentioned 3 adult and 3 child in th ticket and arrived at a total of rs.393. When we enquired about this descrepancy. He said the that is the rate on sundays as per the mangment direction.if we are buying it he gave us option of getting down from the bus.


              I believe that the APSRTC managment is not involved only the driver plying the bus are doing this looting.


              Will the APSRTC management tke action on this.

                Bus didn't reached on time to Hyderabad Bus Stop leading to miss my connecting bus to Bangalore

                Dear Sir,

                I have reserved a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 13/7/2012. Bus was expected to reach MGBS Hyderabad latest by 8:15pm in the night but Bus reached at 10.15 pm .I was having booking at 9.30 pm for bangalore which has been in vain and wasted due to kind of special careless service provided by APSRTC crew from Bodhan to Hyderabad.The Conducter got down the Bus 2-3 km prior to final destination with ignited Cigarette in hand during travel.Both Driver and Conducter are damn care less and arogant. Some one should teach them how to behave with the Passengers. It seems that that they were owning that Bus . Please ecsalate this and let me know how to escalate this. Ultimately this happens only in India.
                Sorry to say but we are common man and layed down every time by such use less system. Anyways..I had paid for another ticket to bangalore for another KSRTC bus to reach Bangalore finally

                  I am sorry to bring to the notice of Dilsuknagar Depot regarding non-stoppage of route Nos.90A, 100A and 100R at Ashta-lakshmi Temple which is a regular bus stop which is being skipped and takes a short-cut route to reach Dilsukhnagar/Secunderabad for the reasons known to operating staff/official working at Dilsukhnagar Depot. I am a regular commuter residing at Ashtalakshmi Temple Like me so many people are suffering. Pl.restore original route and allow these buses to pass through Ashtalakshmi Kaman and Temple.

                    It is very distressing to note that the operating staff/officer-in-charge of APSRTC Dilsukhnagar Depot in not observing the regular route map for Route Nos.90A, 100A/S and 100R. These buses are supposed to pass through Ashtalaxmi Kaman and take a turn towards temple before proceeding towards secunderabad/Dilsukhnagar. None of the RTC buses pass thro this stretch over one year for reasons best known to them. Pl.restore the original position and help commuters like me who are forced to walk one KM to reach nearest bus stop. I want information under RTI Act.

                      APSRTC Bus Drivers not stopping the busses at bus stop, which is near Punjab National Bank(Inside Lingampally)
                      The residents of the colony are facing problems to travel to and out of Lingampally.
                      And the bus stop exists on one side of the road, but no bus stop on the other side of the road.
                      The Bus Drivers hesitate to stop the bus on the other side even after multiple requests.
                      Plz consider this issue ASAP.

                        Hi,

                        APSRTC bus service 222VB.

                        Route from Lingampally to Koti: There are copuple of services (222 - Metro & 127/222 Ordinary) present in this route.
                        From madinaguda to Cyber towers, they are collecting rs 8:00 (Metro) & rs 7:00 in ordinary.

                        But Miyapur1 depot started this new service 222VB(Both Metro & Ordinay) from Lingampally to VBIT park.
                        These buses Charging rs 11:00(in metro) rs 9:00(In ordinary). When we are asking the Conductors, they are not responding properly & not giving complain book also. Asking us to go & report to DM. Even they are not giving DM number or customer care no.

                        These sevices added two new unecessary stages & conductors doent have information.

                        222 & 127/222 Stages: Lingampally, Gangaram , Haffezpet, Kondapur/Kothaguda, Silparamam/Cyber towers

                        222vb: Lingampally, Ganagaramam, Allwyn Colony, Kondapur, Kothaguda, Silparamam, Cyber towers

                        This is too bad on two servicess having two different stages.

                          Hello Sir,

                          Recent past i travelled by bus from Nayadupet (Nellore Dist) to Nellore. The bus charges were Rs. 49 /-, out of which Rs. 6/- was toll gate charges with 2 toll gates in between. It comes up to 12% of bus fare. I had the discussion with bus conductor and he shared that he pays around Rs. 2000 /- as toll gate charges for to-fro travel between Tirupati and Vijayawada.

                          So, Rs. 3/- per person per toll gate. If bus is full with 50 people in the bus, indirectly for each bus toll gate charges would Rs. 150/- per toll gate.
                          I believe for heavy truck toll gate charges are Rs. 50 /-. Why not the same applied to RTC buses, let the charges be collected per bus instead of per ticket. It is a big burden for common man who travels every day in bus between these towns.

                          Based on the above information if we calculate real toll gate charges RTC is paying is huge amount with so many buses travelling every day. Then no doubt RTC makes losses to some % because of this. Another major concern is, so much money going to private international company from common people.....

                          Please look into this issue and re-validate the related policies.

                            I would like to bring to your notice, the careless driving of APSRTC driver - driving vehicle no. AP11Z 6399 on Mettugua- Secundrabad road leading to rail nilayam signal around 10.40 A.M (20th March 2012), Overtaking from the left side inspite of red signal and hit my car and the rash driving by the APSRTC driver has resulted in scratch and dent to my Vehicle (Wagor R). Despite of repeated horns the driver has totally ignored and went off.

                            I chased and vehicle and caught him at rail nilayam, he was arrogantly replying i have hit ur car and we cant do any thing now, accidents are common on roads why are u taking seriously, i[censored] want compliant against me in police station,



                            Hope this will be addressed to the appropriate authorities in APSRTC for required action against the driver.

                            Careless driving by APSRTC driver — Careless driving by APSRTC driver

                            Sir,

                            I would like to bring to your notice, the careless driving of APSRTC driver - driving vechile no. AP10Z 5836 on Karkhana road leading to secunderabad - Jubille bus top around 9.40 A.M (14th Sept 2010), Overtaking on the left side where there was no option for me to take the vechile further to the right side because of the divider on the Road and tha rash driving by the APRSRT driver has resulted in scratch and dent to my Vechile (Wagor R - AP28 D1204). Despite of repeated horns the driver has totally ignored and went off.

                            Hope this will be addressed to the appropriate authorities in APSRTC for required action.

                            APSRTC — Careless, Rash, Wrong Route driving by APSRTC driver

                            Sir,

                            I would like to bring to your notice, the careless driving of APSRTC driver - driving vechile no. AP28Z 2054 at Tivoli theatre road (four road junction) came on Either side of the road (wrong route) which had a right turn leading to Lamba theatre road towards secunderabad around 07:00 pm to 07:30 pm on (17th August 2011). He overtaked from right side which he came in wrong route, even no one think a bus comes from that side with such a fast that too a APSRTC driver and he had to take a turn at that place.Despite of repeated horns the driver has totally ignored and went off with some words gainst me only. I got Shock with that incident for 20min.I am Lucky for not met any vehicle or divider at that place.

                            Hope this will be addressed to the appropriate authorities in APSRTC for required action.

                            Sub: Reckless and rash driving of the driver of APSRTC Bus No; AP 29 Z 3192 .

                            This is to bring to your notice regarding the reckless and rash driving of the driver ofAPSRTC Bus No; AP 29 Z 3192 ECIL to Koti (3N) would have cost my life on 03/01/2013 at 9.50 AM, near Adikmet/Ramnagar bridge near the the police station.. .

                            Sir, I am a working a Central Government organization as Head of Instrumentation Department. I was driving in my Indica V2 Xeta car from Sitaphalmandi to Nampally at 9:50AM and after crossing the side road of Adikmet/Ramanagar Bridge, there is Speed breaker after crossing the bridge. Since it is very busy time, traffic from both sides is very high. Inspite of this the driver of the above mentioned bus was driving at high speed and was about hit my car from the back side. When I told him to be careful and drive slow, he abused me in all possible filthy language in Telugu, which I cannot reproduce.

                            My humble request is to take neccessary departmental action for the driver for his reckless driving. I am very afraid that he may try to hit my car from behind as I have to travel everyday in the same route to go to my office.

                              Sir/Madam,

                              This is Phaniraj Kumar from Guntur. Yesterday, dated[protected] I traveled through APSRTC Super Luxury Bus service from ONGOLE to KAKINADA with service no 2626 and bus no. 967. I booked the ticket through Online i.e. www.apsrtconline.in website with a fare of 244/-.

                              I got into the bus at 11:05pm Guntur. I booked the seat no.25. Once the bus is moving, all my legs, hands and my back portion got alergy just like mosquito bites. I observed the some of the remaining passengers are also facing the same problem. The problem is, all the seats are with (Nallulu).
                              Once the Vijayawada Bus depot reached, we passengers complained about the issue at the depot manager. We asked them, to change the bus or else kindly cancel my tickets. Specifically, my ticket was booked through online.They said online tickets can not be cancelled.

                              I got to know, how much benefit I got by booking the ticket through Online. But, every where APSRTC people are book ticket through Online like wise.

                              It was almost 1:00am. The Depot Manager didn't respond and they are not in a position to give response properly. Such a worst Management. The bus is Kakinada Depot Bus. I complained to Kakinada Bus depot people at that time by taking mobile no. from the bus driver. The Kakinada Depot person, rather than giving solution to out problem, he is asking how the (nallulu) came to bus.

                              At that time we are not in a situation, to go for another bus or to cancel the ticket. I need to attend for a seminar at JNTU, Kakinada. Like wise remaining passengers also faced the problem. We some of the customers just sat the inthe back side seat of the driver for all the night until morning 6:00am.

                              I complained to APSRTC online complaint booking center. But no solution we got.

                              Even though we pay huge money rather than normal deluxe for Super Luxury we faced a Hectic problem, didn't have the proper seat. Having Mosquitoes and Nallulu, how apsrtc provides cheap maintenance and worst customer relationship managers at their depots.

                              I decided that, I never ever travel by APSRTC buses for these kind of long distance journeys. Its a Shame to APSRTC.

                                I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN RETIRED FROM DEFENCE SERVICES AND NOWADAYS I USE TO TRAVEL BY CITY BUSES EVERYDAY TO MEET DAY TO DAY NEEDS AND COPE UP WITH MY FINANCIAL BUDGET. I FIND THERE ARE RESERVATION OF SEATS FOR MP/MLA/MLC INSIDE GENERAL CITY BUSES AND MANY TIMES I FIND NO RESERVATION FOR SENIOR CITIGENS INSIDE GENRAL/METRO EXPRESS CITY BUSES. IN THIS CONTEXT, IT IS WORTHWHILE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT NEVER THERE WILL AN OCCASION FOR A MP/MLA/MLC NECCESSIATE TO TRAVEL IN ORDINARY CITY BUSES BECAUSE THEY HAVE A MULTIPLE NUMBER OF AC CARS/WAGON R CARS ETC. TO MOVE AROUND CITY ON THEIR OWN OR THEY HAVE A FACILITY THAT THE ACTUAL SUFFERER WHO WANTS TO USE THEIR SERVICES FOR SETTLEMENT OF ISSUE , THEY WILL BE PROVIDED AC CARS AT THEIR COST. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, IS THERE ANY JUSTIFICATION FOR RESERVATION OF ORDINARY SEATS IN CITY BUSES? BECAUSE OF THIS RESERVATION FOR MP/MLA/MLCs, YOUNG GENERATION PEOPLE BEING OCCUPIED THEM AND NOT INTERESTED TO OFFER TO SENIOR CITIGENS.
                                2. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOUR HONOUR WITH FOLDED HANDS TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND POSSIBILITY OF RESERVING THOSE SEATS VIZ., TO SENIOR CITIZENS/PHC/LADIES BE CONSIDERED AND INSTRUCTIONS BE ISSUED TO ALL CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO REPAINT INSIDE BUS ACCORDINGLY.                                   SIR, I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN PULLING ON LIFE WITH PENSION. WHEN I HAVE TO MOVE AROUND CITY ON SEVERAL NEEDS LIKE GOING TO MRO OFFICE/GVMC/BANKS/DEPARTMENTAL STORES/MEDICAL NEEDS, I TAKE DAY PASS EITHER GENERAL OR METRO EXPRESS TWICE/THRICE IN A WEEK. NOW A DAYS IF FIND CONDUCTORS RELUCTANT TO ISSUE PASSES INSIDE BUS SAYING NO PASS AVAILABLE. IT IS SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT EARLY HOURS OF THE DAY ITSELF THIS SORT OF STATEMENT COMES ON WHICH I FEEL NOT CORRECT. MAY I REQUEST YOUR HONOUR TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ISSUE NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL DEPOTS TO MAINTAIN AVAILABILITY OF DAY PASSES BEFORE THE START FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPOTS. NOW ONWARDS I WILL RECORD THE TICKET NO. ISSUED, BUS NO ETC. AND FURTHER COMPLAINTS WILL BE REGISTERED IN SPECIFIC CASE WHERE I FACE SUCH INCIDENTS. THANK YOU.

                                    I am a regular traveller from Abids(GPO) to Liberty. the APSRTC buses (7Z, 8A) are charging 4/- for these stops. These buses are belonging to Ranigunj bus depot / MSRD depot . but today I took 7K bus which belong to medchal depot. this bus is charging 5/- in between these 2 stops(Abids to liberty). where as other buses are charging less.

                                    Please go through this issue and request you please reduce the fare of medchal depot..

                                      i have reserved ticket from banglore to ongole on january 13th 2012.The arrival time of bus is night 8:20,i came to stop at the time of 8:00.but i didnot get the bus.i waited up to 11:00 ,but i din't get the bus.i called to the enquiry,but they didnt respond to me.Is the right way to deal with the travellers.my bus no is 94028.my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Hello,
                                        I will be doing round-trip between Anantapur and Bangalore every week. While going from Bangalore, I will get the Super Luxury bus. But for returning from Anantapur to Bangalore, there are no "SUPER LUXURY" buses. This is creating a lot of trouble in travelling and unable to work on the next day of travel.
                                        Please consider this request.
                                        Hope there will be new Super Luxury buses running in few days.
