This is Phaniraj Kumar from Guntur. Yesterday, dated[protected] I traveled through APSRTC Super Luxury Bus service from ONGOLE to KAKINADA with service no 2626 and bus no. 967. I booked the ticket through Online i.e. www.apsrtconline.in website with a fare of 244/-.
I got into the bus at 11:05pm Guntur. I booked the seat no.25. Once the bus is moving, all my legs, hands and my back portion got alergy just like mosquito bites. I observed the some of the remaining passengers are also facing the same problem. The problem is, all the seats are with (Nallulu).
Once the Vijayawada Bus depot reached, we passengers complained about the issue at the depot manager. We asked them, to change the bus or else kindly cancel my tickets. Specifically, my ticket was booked through online.They said online tickets can not be cancelled.
I got to know, how much benefit I got by booking the ticket through Online. But, every where APSRTC people are book ticket through Online like wise.
It was almost 1:00am. The Depot Manager didn't respond and they are not in a position to give response properly. Such a worst Management. The bus is Kakinada Depot Bus. I complained to Kakinada Bus depot people at that time by taking mobile no. from the bus driver. The Kakinada Depot person, rather than giving solution to out problem, he is asking how the (nallulu) came to bus.
At that time we are not in a situation, to go for another bus or to cancel the ticket. I need to attend for a seminar at JNTU, Kakinada. Like wise remaining passengers also faced the problem. We some of the customers just sat the inthe back side seat of the driver for all the night until morning 6:00am.
I complained to APSRTC online complaint booking center. But no solution we got.
Even though we pay huge money rather than normal deluxe for Super Luxury we faced a Hectic problem, didn't have the proper seat. Having Mosquitoes and Nallulu, how apsrtc provides cheap maintenance and worst customer relationship managers at their depots.
I decided that, I never ever travel by APSRTC buses for these kind of long distance journeys. Its a Shame to APSRTC.

APSRTC — MISBEHAVIOUR OF CONDUCTOR AND DRIVER
This is to inform you that on 27.11.09 at 10.30 A.M I have travelled in # 92/5k which is belongs to CONTONMENT DEPOT (Bus # AP 28Z 255)I observed the misbehaviour of driver & conductor of the bus,when passingers asking for returning the balance amount. Nearly 15 people have suffered for their misbehaviour, Some of them left their amout with conductor as they are in hurry. The driver too supported conductor not stopping the bus till he return the money
