I have tried to book a ticket from Gannavaram to Hyderabad and i have paid money through rupay card then after entering otp it got some error and didn't give me tickets...

Msgs i got for proof:-

I booked 2 ticket’s for amaravathi service no. 4790 for me and my kid. When i boarded the bus, i asked for blanket for my kid. conductor told me that they will provide it in vijayawada. When bus stopped at vijayawada, again i asked but the conductor didn’t gave any response. We are not able to live in our houses because very bad smell and mosquitoes, in penukonda rtc bus stand a big drainage hole in open place and beside houses. All toilet water of bus station comes in that open hole, very bad smell and mosquitoes coming in our houses. We request you solve our problem and close that hole...

Hi Team, i paid 120/- Rs to travel from Eluru yo Vijayawada for a super deluxe non stop bus service, the bus number is AP16Z0198 started from Eluru bus stop around 8:05 AP on 22nd Feb 2023.

The Bus is not at all cleaned and it is giving bas smell throughout the journey. The empty water bottles and drink bottles are laying in the bus and lot of other wastes are also there.

As a common citizen of Andhra Pradesh and a customer to APSRTC i am requesting to take some action against these kind of issues and its important to maintain the buses clean and hygiene for every one’s safety. 🙏🏻

I am very disappointed to tell that apsrtc Madanapalle depot-1 staffs(drivers, conductors and bus pass officer) are behaving very rude and also disrespecting the students, some buses are going empty sometimes at time also they are not stopping at colleges stopping. Hope the Andhra Pradesh Govt take action against this complaint. Thank you.

I forgot a pink scarf on the apsrtc bus with service number 6035 from Kadapa to hyderabad on the morning of 21st Feb. I got down at KPHB. My seat number is 15

I'm complaining about the enquiry staff in particular region of Anantapur RTC bustand.
The person sitting In the enquiry room at the RTC bustand not even responding correctly and not telling next bus timings.
The one bus is on running and was full of passengers, I asked him about the next bus but he told that you have to pick the running bus even it will be full of passengers. And we don't know the timings for the next bus.
Is this the right answer that given by the staff?
And he don't know the bus timings and working there and taking salaries on time.
It's about 4 hours journey how can a passenger can stand in a bus.
And in some bustands there will no any staff person is sitting in enquiry room, and it always be empty.
Some passengers doesn't know about the timings how inconvenient the APSRTC working staff are doing.
Please change this kind of system.

We are the employees of kondamanayunipalli village of owk mandal, Nandyal dist, and travelling in Uppalapadu bus regularly from monday to saturday . The driver and conductor who are Coming on Tuesday and Friday are behaving rude and rash driving thats why somany times bus came to repair while these people come for bus and bus glasses also damaged by this people only so kindly take action on venkata ramudu(driver) and Conductor(Challa Ramudu) .

My name is Ashokkhmar, from piler, chittoor dist.iam doing every weak journey from piler to chittoor and from chittoor to piler. Today, I stood more than 40 min to catch the bus from pileru to chittoor. But couldn't got.the buses in this route are very less and in worst timing. Please make sure in right time. Thanking you

I was traveled this bus tonight.there is no conductor only diver available.i give him to 225 rs my ticket cost is 125rs he told me i will give u later but not giving. I reached my station and asked to him 100rs he told me i already gives u .i know i am not gets.i am already before pickup this bus one person fighting with him same problem .then I realized he was doing same fraud scam in every time pls stop this and give him punishment.

I was travelled from Vidakaptanam to Vijayawada in APSRTC bus on 11/02/2023. The bus was belongs to Madurawada Depot with registration number AP31Z0300. This is worst fitness bus you are using for passengers travelling, the all the window glasses are broken. So many patches i found in this bus. Coming to seats it's horrible experience, no seat was properly fitted in this bus. Shock absorbers i didn't found...

Taken service charges for super luxury your not provided TV in this bus. The entire bus shaking during entire journey, no words about cleaning of Bus. Push back seats what a service APSRTC, check how many seats in working conditions in this bus.

Your conductor behaviour was rude in this bus. He was unfit to this job. Shouting on ladies and behaving like short temper person. He was stopped a bus for a dinner at a local small tiffen shop on NH16 and he was taken bribe from them.

The worst worst services you are providing to AP people, better to sell your buses to private unions...

As yesterday i have reservation from Madanapalle to Anantapur.They have not even called me when it is reached madanapalle and also when left madanapalle.Bus service number is 5699.It is a improper one.I don't satisfy with this.

Im m bharathi devi (24 f). Today while im travelling in rtc bus from jegurupadu to rajahmundry date - 05/02/2023, bus no - ap05z0149( depot - kakinada). I got injury(fractured ) to my right hand due to driver negligence driving.

Student buss pass excess amount colection in palakonda bus station one lady each one pass 50rupees extra

In Penukonda mandal, Anantapur District there is village called Gutturu.
If any emergency works happened to go to anantapur from gutturu village, buses are not come fastly. There is almost 2hr gap between 1 bus to another bus. Most of the buses are travelled via penukonda to anantapur highway without arrival to gutturu village.
Kindly do some actions.

I am attaching my travel ticket with this content, because the ticket is showing the amount of 195 rupees, but the driver was asked 200 rupees and didn't return the tender 5 rupees to me as well as to all passengers.

Kindly do the needful to us, I hope atleast other passengers should not be happened the same.

This bus is blowing horn countinously 10 minutes not even stoping at spot new gajuwaka bus stop wts the issue with this blody rtc drivers we didn't get
If they this they are heros will pluck there heroiesm
Kindly take action if not will file a case on the bus and driver in court
