Sir, i have travelled by bus from nagarjuna university to tadepalli. I was standing at university bus stop for vijayawada bus at 7.40 pm. One bus arrived board not visible becoz of lighting. I just asked the driver whether it was bypass service. He uttered bad words. Why all that i need to know. He used bad words saying can’t you see the board. Don’t you have eyes and many more bad words. Unnecessarily he argued and shamed me in front of all. I just want to lodge a complaint on him. I need whether you have taken action or not. The bus details are as follows.
