I Had booked a ticket online in APSRTC, and saved the copy of the ticket into a file for taking a print of the same. but the saved copy was empty, and when I called immediatly to APSRTC customer care numbers, the executives were elusively giving replies Server is down, please call after 15 minutes, for three to four times.
