Sir,
I have added cash to APSRTC wallet (total Rs. 2030.00 Top up ampunt Rs.2000 and service fee Rs.30.00) on[protected] via net banking.
Amount is deducted from my SBI account but transaction in APSRTC wallet is showing "pending". Ttransaction details in APSRTC wallet are as below

Complaint marked as Resolved 
APSRTC replied first by email that it was a failed transaction. Afterwards. SBI bank contacted me and amount refunded in 5 days.

Hi i first time using this APSRTC app and tried to put 850 including service fee it got debited from the account and showing pending in the e Wallet wrote email said to check with the bank called my bank said it was successful debited went to the merchant but they have put chargeback and i have not got the refund called many time and email also no one is giving proper answer pls if some one can tell what can I do to get the refund
