[Resolved]  Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Refund of the payment for the failure of the reservation Ticket

Attempt to book the ticket on 23rd February 2021(Date of Booking), to travel on 26th February 2021 (Date of Journey) using https://www.apsrtconline.in/ was failed.

However, the amount of Rs 479 was debited from my bank account and paid to APSRTC but the ticket booking status shows as failed.

The transaction was done through Internet Banking of ICICI and I spoke to the customer care of ICICI bank and they informed me that the debited amount would be reflected into my bank account within 7 days.

But it did not happened till today.
