Respected sir/madam, I have made a phone pay UPI transaction through QR code scan and the transaction was successful but I didn't receive the ticket. So the conductor gave a ticket through cash mode. Even though it is a small transaction of Rs 30 I would like to know how these problems are being resolved. Images of both cash and UPI transaction are uploaded as proof. Please look into the issue. Thank you.
