I owe a demate cum trading account at your gurukul, ahmedabad branch on my mothers name since from 2008 but your service is goes down to poor and poor day by day. First of all that branch get shifted from gurukul to law garden but i did not received an any intimation about that when i need to trade at that point of time i tried to communicate on phone call but nearly about 1 to 2 month i had been unable to do the same so get mumbai branch customer care no from google and then from there one female customer care executive has informed me that the branch is shifted and she had provided me a new contact details. Earlier we were getting the service of putting a request for payout on trade day in fact it goes pay out on third working day but at least we had been able to put the request for same trade day but now they do denies for same and asks us to call on third working days, for that they gives reason that if we forget to arrange pay out then who will be responsible for the same? It is not an investors question it is your duty to serve an investor earlier i had never felt that kind of difficulties. Third one as on date of 27/07/2016 i had call to branch to sell my stock but dealer had been informed me that there is no holdings in your folio, he checked three times but even he informed me that there is no holding while actually i had been holding a 6 shares of mcx and 10 shares of financial technologies india ltd. And such other delisted securities so i asked him to transfer the line to manager and said him that i am going to make a police complaint then he checked again my folio and an immediately reacted yes yes now it shows so need to take strict action on these matters and very hard need of service improvement for the development of firm as well as to avoid an action from legal department, sebi or an investor. Do the needful and let me informed about the same otherwise i am going to complaint at sebi.
