Angel Broking — Didn't allow me to exit from position

I bought 20 lots of banknifty 32000 Put for 21Jan Expiry at 30.36 Rs and tried to exit position when price was 49.35. Angel broking rejected my order saying O

and after that their application hanged and after that price was suddenly 4 Rs which made my position in loss of almost 14000 Rs.

THis was not my fault i put market order to exit from position if price range was not allowed you should not have let me go till that price. price was moving that was not my fault.

Please refund my money as this was the worst experience in single trade i lost almost 14000 rs.
