[Resolved] Angel Broking — Unable to square off existing position

I have open positions in the F&O segment. But, the broker is not letting me either square off or add more to the existing positions. Each time I try to place an order it is giving me an error saying the segment is not active. When I go to the activated segments, it says F&O segment already active. I have open positions and this is happening in live market in both the mobile app and the website. Will they cover my loss if I make a loss today? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

The issue was resolved the next day. By then my 4000 profit had already turned into 16000 loss. Pathetic level of service by Angel Broking.
The issue was both in the app and the website, so this was not a browser or cache issue. As notified by Angel Broking itself to all the users, you guys were experiencing a technical issue on your side.
You are 100% responsible for my loss.
