I have bought intraday BANKNIFTY 34500 call(buy) at the price of 142 and according to the prediction graph continued to rise around 250 and above I decided to sell at the very moment, app started acting up and I was unable to close the existing call(trade) that I had made, I already have contacted customer care many times and most of them either ended call in between the conversation or they even not care responding to my queries, I am very disappointed with the overall experience, this is not something that I expected from a reputed organisation like yours.
I have already attached a small screen recording which is the proof of of the same.
Now according to the condition of Intraday trading all the exisiting position are squared off on the very day but unfortunately the existing trade carried forward to the next day and that was the expiry day . The above call another goes up side above 300 but there is no pfofit f me .can you please elaborate on that?
I need a complete refund of the amount along with the profit.
If you want to discuss the complete situation I am ready to discuss the situation over a phone call(this is mostly preferred).
I am highly awaiting for your reply and what measures are taken to rectify the situation would love to hear from your end.

Updated by Sgajbhiye@ There is no response from ur side what the hell r u doing with my issue no proper answer from ur exicutives. Whenever I make call they cut that call without listening me .. so what r they doing to make fool people .

You resolve the issue after people suffer from losses because of that technical error and no action has been taken on that .
Poor customer service and no responsibility of making people suffer from losses because of the technical issues arising all the time .
