    I have bought intraday BANKNIFTY 34500 call(buy) at the price of 142 and according to the prediction graph continued to rise around 250 and above I decided to sell at the very moment, app started acting up and I was unable to close the existing call(trade) that I had made, I already have contacted customer care many times and most of them either ended call in between the conversation or they even not care responding to my queries, I am very disappointed with the overall experience, this is not something that I expected from a reputed organisation like yours.
    I have already attached a small screen recording which is the proof of of the same.
    Now according to the condition of Intraday trading all the exisiting position are squared off on the very day but unfortunately the existing trade carried forward to the next day and that was the expiry day . The above call another goes up side above 300 but there is no pfofit f me .can you please elaborate on that?
    I need a complete refund of the amount along with the profit.
    If you want to discuss the complete situation I am ready to discuss the situation over a phone call(this is mostly preferred).
    I am highly awaiting for your reply and what measures are taken to rectify the situation would love to hear from your end.

    There is no response from ur side what the hell r u doing with my issue no proper answer from ur exicutives. Whenever I make call they cut that call without listening me .. so what r they doing to make fool people .

      Hello sir my user ID is T91419 I referred 3 of my friends in month of July and they successfully opened their acount but till now I didn't got any reward the name of my friends who opened the account are 1)shahkar Ahmad 2) Vicky Kumar Singh and 3) vidhamwar shrinivas balajirao and one of my friend opened acount today 6th of August and the stauts is showing rewarded but I didn't got any reward her name is swangi Kumari so please have look in that

          I have existing account with IIFL, after approach the person of Angle broker to me he committed that he will keep same brokerage what I am paying to IIF.
          So I trust on angle's person and open the account and started trading immediately.
          After first trade dated on 23 I have noticed that Angle team has charged me broking charges 50 rs per lot. Where as IIF charging 20 rs per transition (not per lot)
          I have immediately informed to Angle brk. person
          After contacting angle's team I have got assured that the will revise the bills but it was not happened
          I am feeling that Angle broking has cheated me they have committed something and charged else.
          and may be same Angle broking doing with each of new client. They are not providing brokerage charges at the time of account opening. So take care everybody.

              I am shailendra nagar my client id is S144686 in angel broking. my register no. is [protected]. I have called on their customer care no. i.e. [protected] three times but every times their support executive disconnect the call and use rude behavior. I just call them for raise my complaint regarding my payout delay. no. one has raised my complaint and every time they behave so rude and disconnect my call. I just so disappoint with this behaviors. I just want to you plz do strict action with them so that they will not do this practice with other customer. pathetic service given by this guys.

                    Yesterday I spoke to your call center there I was told that my SIP payment has been rejected. This was not informed to me by your side, when I called you than informed me. Before that, every time he said that your payment will be reflected in the portfolio within 3-4 days.
                    Please refund my payment in bank. I am sending you a message which I got from your side. when i opened SIP account
                    Please Refund My Money Rs 1000/- as soon as possible urgent basis.
                    I m not interested for spend money in your app

                      Unable to square off existing position

                      I have open positions in the F&O segment. But, the broker is not letting me either square off or add more to the existing positions. Each time I try to place an order it is giving me an error saying the segment is not active. When I go to the activated segments, it says F&O segment already active.

                        I am a new in stock market and have no idea about it. I have opened my demat account today only in Angel broking. In evening one call has come and confused me alot and sent me an email nd told to enroll in angelbroking platinum plan. I had no idea at that time is it profitable or not. But later I found all the negative reviews about that membership. So I want to cancel my membership in angelbroking platinum. Please help me out. My client id is M466524.

It is showing as approved in angel broking app. I don't know when it will be credited. I want the money as soon as possible. Also whenever, i want to withdraw money it shows in negative.                             I havce placed order on nifty option on 28th july around 12.00 pm alongwith STOP LOSS HIT TARGET TOO. it was big lot of 10 and whenver i tried to modified it it ddidnt work and i left it thught that once traget was hit it will square off. however PRICE GOES BEYOUND BELOW STOP LOSS MARKET and i have saved all screen shot and recording too but didnt hit back . market goes down of that price tremendously resulting loss of more than 20 k in few minutes. it is becuase their so called robust system didnt work and executed the order. infact in web login it didnt work. sent various screenshot and videos to them but no response. CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER NEVER RESPONSED BACK. CALLED UP 20 TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE . VERY PPOR AND WORSE SERVICE IN THE SYSTEM. DO NOT RELY ON ANGEL BROKING NO ONE LISTEN THEY ARE SMART ENOUGHT TO CHARGE BROKERAGE CHARGES ETC ON TIME AND PROMPTLY but when it comes to service i have faced big loss because of them. network was ok . ALL PRICES GOING DOWN WAS VISIBLE THATS WHY I SHOOT THE SCREEN RECORDING TOO. very bad service .

                                I faced technical issues due to which I have to suffer loss or miss the opportunity to earn profit.
                                Earlier I suffered from huge losses due to order pending issue and no action was taken and today also I faced the same issue . Its been more than an hour I executed the trade at 41 price -Nifty 50 -29 July CE 15650
                                And the price reached at 86 and order didn't get executed. I waited so long to get in touch with your executive and was finally able to reach after 30-45 minutes... Now the market is started going and I lost the opportunity to recover my previous losses but the technical issues with this app made that impossible.
                                I missed 2250 profit today and I want that to be credited in my account as a compensation.
                                Earlier also due to their technical issues I have to incurred losses of total amount to more than 15000
                                No support has been received since beginning.

                                Every time angel Broking and their customer service team say that they resolved the issue but it’s not true.
                                You resolve the issue after people suffer from losses because of that technical error and no action has been taken on that .
                                Poor customer service and no responsibility of making people suffer from losses because of the technical issues arising all the time .

                                  I was treading on my account today and the angel app is not properly work due to its technical issue. Then accidentally clicked the subscription and trying back button but app doesn't responding snd its gets activated . After watching last transaction its shows the duduction . I tried calling customer msny time but its not responding and when responses lastly not considered my request of refund. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      Hi there,
                                      I am writing/filing this complaint against "Angel Broking" after hundreds of attempts done to reach customer support. As I opened new demat account and got message my client Id- K310568 and password which I suppose to change. But when i tried to login error appeared " NO DATA AVAILABLE".
                                      This is very pathetic even worse when I try to call helpline number they disconnect call by responding that " Kindly contact from your registered mobile number".
                                      Now their system do not fetch our details from their internal data server secondly they say to us call via registered number. How is that possible?
                                      To my knowledge I come to know that to close a demat account is way difficult procedure than opening. They require number letter from bank which states our identity apart from Aadhar card.
                                      Kindly help us to get out of this trap.
