I placed an order for selling online it showed pending, afterward, this order portal was blank telling no pending orders when I spoke to your customer care, they told my script Bharathi sold in the email it showed pending, after some this orders on line blank on the mobile app it showed 800 nos sold

Hii I am Inamul Hoque, and my id is - I31967. I opened an angel broking services account... It's more then 1 week now.. still I didn't got anything

Refer money not receive I refer friends 30 days ago and trade 1000rs but voucher are not receive

I am not able to login to my trading account and getting "User suspended" error. When I checked with Angel customer support they told me that my account has been deactivated, they don't even know why the account was suspended and are not providing any response. Please help in getting my account activated.

First they say Zero Brokerage .
And then levied a lot of charges.

10k charges were levied on my 7 trades.
If asked, they said that the other plan was activete.

When opening an account, they say zero brokreg, then why don't they activate the same plan.

Disgusting your service.
Please refund my money.

Why i'm not able to withdraw my money, in funds section it's showing Rs 19000 but when applying for withdrawal it's showing zero amount available, zero releasable amount, please solve my issue as soon as possible this is my first day at angel broking and i'm facing this.

Last Sunday I have requested to activate my segment till now Friday August 13th, segment has not activated yet, why I'm getting this problem kindly plz resolve soon

Account number K46892, I am chasing Angel Broking Kyc closures team for closing my demat account, for over a month now and there is no acknowledgement from them. the number provided leads me to a call center where a different person ick up the call every time, I explain the issue and then send the closure form again, the customer care rep tells me it will be resolved within 48 hours, but I haven't received any acknowledgment or a request number or any response from them so far.
Please help me escalate this

I am not able to withdraw money from angel broking app even after shares are sold. Also every time I am getting message please pay requested amount to avoid square off shares.. I don't understand why you don't keep the process simple. Why you are blocking the money. Kindly resolve my issue.

My name is sukhmandeep singh and my client id is S727445.On 28 July 2021 angel broking did fraud with me after 11:30 the angel broking app didn't work and my all orders are not excuted because a message show on the screen was adapter is down i tried alot to contact angel broking and after trying i am unable to contact their customers service representative and after that i canceled all my orders and at 3:00 i saw that my canceled orders are excuted by the brokers in the high price than my limit order price and i again call to their customer service and they told me to log out and again log in then your problem will sought out and from that day i have huge loss of money and when i call to the angel broking for refund they simply said this is not our this is technical problem.So i said who is responsible and they said we are responsible but we are not giving any type of refund to you and they do 70000 ruppes fraud with me and when i open Twitter their are many people who are cheated by angel broking on that day .Please stop these type of frauds i paid brokerage for my safety but their do frauds with their innocent customers.Please take a action on the broker and help me.

Due to App problem of Angel broking shares are but instant of sell. I placed order for sell but it buy.
Many complaints was lodged but they are resolving. I was submitted some proof of angel broking application problems to support team of angel broking. But no resolved.

I added the fund on 7 August 2021 in angel broking, status is also showing success but it is not reflected in my account.

So, please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

There was Rs.149 in my funds till last week. As i saw today complete money was deducted and my net balance is zero, i haven't touched that money so how can angel broking access to it without my concern.
I want my refund back or I'll have to take legal actions.

I have bought intraday BANKNIFTY 34500 call(buy) at the price of 142 and according to the prediction graph continued to rise around 250 and above I decided to sell at the very moment, app started acting up and I was unable to close the existing call(trade) that I had made, I already have contacted customer care many times and most of them either ended call in between the conversation or they even not care responding to my queries, I am very disappointed with the overall experience, this is not something that I expected from a reputed organisation like yours.
I have already attached a small screen recording which is the proof of of the same.
Now according to the condition of Intraday trading all the exisiting position are squared off on the very day but unfortunately the existing trade carried forward to the next day and that was the expiry day . The above call another goes up side above 300 but there is no pfofit f me .can you please elaborate on that?
I need a complete refund of the amount along with the profit.
If you want to discuss the complete situation I am ready to discuss the situation over a phone call(this is mostly preferred).
I am highly awaiting for your reply and what measures are taken to rectify the situation would love to hear from your end.

My name is Paramjeev Kumar and my Unique client code is P92909 . I have not checked my Angel account from last 2 years due to personal reason when check my account this year . Got to know my fund has been sold without any communication .

I have existing account with IIFL, after approach the person of Angle broker to me he committed that he will keep same brokerage what I am paying to IIF.
So I trust on angle's person and open the account and started trading immediately.
After first trade dated on 23 I have noticed that Angle team has charged me broking charges 50 rs per lot. Where as IIF charging 20 rs per transition (not per lot)
I have immediately informed to Angle brk. person
After contacting angle's team I have got assured that the will revise the bills but it was not happened
I am feeling that Angle broking has cheated me they have committed something and charged else.
and may be same Angle broking doing with each of new client. They are not providing brokerage charges at the time of account opening. So take care everybody.
