Hi Subbu, I used the new url and uploaded my documents. However the view/delete/confirm buttons next to 2 of my documents are missing and am unable to submit without confirming those documents. Any idea how to get that resolved or whom to contact? Thanks!
yes, the Submit button got enabled after uploading all the listed docs. Also please make sure to click the confirm button against each of the docs you have uploaded.

Thank you. It worked.. after submitting I see only the documents in the dashboard with verified or not.. but no row to see what documents I actually requested. Is that how it would show ? Also do you know how long it takes to get transcript request to process form Anna university side ?

Priya: Hope you have registered in their online service portal, if not please click here https://onlineservices.annauniv.edu/pages/registration.php to create ur account. This would require ur academic details like college name, college ID number etc. Once you created and login to ur account, you need to select the Online Service link on the left pane. Then you need to select the appropriate certificate/document that you need from a list of documents. Upon selecting the certificate, it will list down all the required documents you need to upload along with a button to upload each of those.
Antony: I've attached a screenshot of my request. After uploading the docs and submit it you need to add an address for delivery and also opt for email copy, i think u might have messed up here..
I've called their Transcript office and been told that it will take 10 working days to get it processed

You could see a section below the documents section, where the status of your application should be mentioned along with the speed post tracking details if the status of your application is completed. PFA the screenshot for your reference

I have raised the request for online transcripts via the old URL
(Transcript - Anna Universityhttps://onlinetranscript.annauniv.edu) in April 2022 and have also paid 2842 INR for the same. So far I have not got any status on the same.
I understand that you are discussing here the new URL being used. Having said that, what is the status of folks who had paid and applied online in the old URL. The contact number given for transcripts is not reachable and the old URL is not working to check my status. What is the way forward for me?

not sure about the request made in old URL.
Please contact Anna University Transcript on 044 22357247, its very rare they pick the phone and hence you need to dial this no repeatedly to try your luck. However the best time would be around 10 am

It took around 4 working days for me to get the tracking id after the status changed to Despatch Section Process. I have opted for email dispatch as well but i didn't got any email yet.

Hi Subhu, will the university send the transcript directly to wes? I have received on at my home. From your experience will they be sending another copy to wes? or should I be the one who has to send it to wes?

Hey, I am trying to upload a document for my transcripts and the upload is getting failed every time I tried it had worked for all other documents except for the mark sheets upload. What can I do, It’s really urgent for me! Can someone help ?

During Log in page, First OTP has not received to my mail ID. I tried multiple times to log in. I tried for my another friend, OTP has received to him.

Hi Abhinav, hope the issue is sorted out.
Usually the issue comes, when the pdf size is greater than 5 MB. I compressed the PDF using online converter. Then I was able to upload.

I was also waiting for the login information in mail. Didn't receive any. So, I logged in with the password I already entered.

Don't worry, just try next day. Even It happened to me, however as they have mentioned it in the site, I tried the next day and the view button was enabled.

I created an application for transcript and made the payment. Then I realized that English medium of instruction certificate was needed, so I created another application and paid. The transcript application shows section process for several days now. But the English medium of instruction shows COMPLETED in red. All the required documents are green and verified. What does that mean?

I have done everything, now it's been 20 days now. My status is 'Despatch Section Process'.
Does this mean that they have sent my transcript, is there any way I can track it. tried calling the university. No luck. they aren't picking up.
