Anna University — Can't get login and attend the exam due to technical errors ,

Iam a Electrical engineering student
at Maria Engineering college
I can't attend
Two exams
23th February 2021 ( circuit theory ) Time : 2-3pm
24th February 2021 (chemistry 2) Time :12-1pm
This two exam cant attend due to server errors
When i try to get login, all process is getting done but didn't load any questions and get back to home page again and again, at last maximum number of time try to login the app didn't respond
Atlast i called to help desk they give some solutions and they also try to fix
Unfortunately i can't get login

please do further action for, can't attend exam due to technical errors in anna University examination application
