Anna University — Caution deposit amount not refunded

I'm Megala, pursued ME from Anna University CEG Campus during[protected]. Due to covid19 suitation, completed my course from 2nd sem to final semester through online. I could apply for caution deposit within an year. So, my deposit amount still not refunded and I'm not aware of such a rules. My classmates also facing the same. Still didn't get refund amount. So kindly take action and refund the caution deposit amount as earlier.
