Anna University — certificate not provide

I am an engineering student. I was studied mookambigai college of engineering[protected] batch), pudukkottai district. I am a sc students. My scholarship not credited by government but my college told me when scholarship credit on college account or paid for your final year fees then i will provide your original certificate. I have passed tancet exam but i haven, t move next process because not provide original certificate for my college. Please kindly permit order for provide original certificate for mookambigai college of engineering (Anna university)
