Anna University — review/challenge amount not yet credited for the nov dec 2017 examination

I'm a passed out student of[protected] batch. I had applied for review revaluation (By paying 3000rs which is a refundable amount). For the nov dec 2017 examination. It's been more than 6 months. Another semester result were announced. Certificates also received. But the refund amount was not yet credited. Kindly do the needful.
