Anna University — Unable to delete uploaded document in the online services portal

I have registered on the anna university online services website. I need to apply for transcripts for WES. I made a mistake with uploading the wrong document for the WES form, I am not able to delete it or re-upload it since I confirmed the document by mistake. Please advise what needs to be done to upload the document again.
