    A request was placed on early February to process the transcript for my PG course. The request has been in "Section process" status as long as I can remember. There is not way to contact the transcript section, as calls are never answered and mails never get a response. Only way is to go in person and inquire about the status of the application. My immigration process is pending only because of this delay.

      I am venkata krishnan P completed my undergraduation in pharmaceutical technology in Anna university BIT Campus Tiruchirappalli. I completed my course in the year[protected] and graduation day completed on Nov, 2022.
      I have applied for caution deposit refund in AUKDC Website on Aug 2022.It shows status as verified in the aukdc website but I didn't received refund in my account. While checking with student affairs (e-governance), telling that refund application should be done within one year of course completion. We're not aware of this timelines for refund application and didn't found any rules and regulations in Anna university regulations 2017.Kindly consider this as serious issue and help us to claim the refund ASAP.

        My name is Amulraj, Completed my B.tech graduation in 2022 April from Anna University Trichy. I have applied for Caution Deposit Refund on 28-Aug-2022 and not yet received. When I contacted the support team of the Anna university, Chennai on[protected], to receive the update on the refund process via email. They have responded to me that I have crossed the one year time period for the refund application. So the refund will not be applicable to me. But I haven't received any notification regarding the deadline and there are multiple students unaware of this deadline and they are waiting for the refund. Kindly Support us

            The Anna university transcripts website is not working and i am unable to get in touch with them on the phone also. I want to submit an ECA request but due to this issue it has been delayed.

                    Anna University (A24909- B34444) Delay in sending transcripts for postgraduation

                    I have requested for my transcripts via the university's online portal. The status is “Section Process” for longer time, and no update after that.

                      Unable to delete uploaded document in the online services portal

                      I have registered on the anna university online services website. I need to apply for transcripts for WES. I made a mistake with uploading the wrong document for the WES form, I am not able to delete it or re-upload it since I confirmed the document by mistake. Please advise what needs to be done to upload the document again....

                            My ward applied for NRI addmissions in Anna University but Anna University was keeping moving tragets and extended the closing date arbitrarily .
                            My son coluud not wait long with other offers and requested withdrawl of application and refund of fess but not complied by the university

                              Iam constantly calling the controller of examinations and they are not answering the call. This is very frustating. I have called them to make them notice that the APS department(German embassy) will make an enquiry in the university for my visa purposes. If they are not picking the call, this will affect my visa. Controller of examinations are not replying to calls as well as mail

                                Delay in processing transcript request application

                                I submitted my transcript request application through the online portal https://onlineservices.annauniv.edu on Nov 21, 2022. The application status remains in "SECTION PROCESS" for long time. It is pending for more than 70 days. Transcripts are usually provided in 5-20 days by other universities in India.

                                Hi myself, Udayaezhil joined CEG in ME - VLSI Design, Reg.no:[protected]. Due to some miscommunication I didn’t enroll one of the subjects in 3rd semester(Academic year[protected] during Covid times. This leads to the lack of credits to complete the degree.
                                I enquired about some steps to get enrolled in the 3 rd semester (Academic year[protected]. As per the instructions I got, I write a letter and got signed from Department coordinator and HOD and submitted to centre of academic courses on 22nd Nov -2022. My letter for signed by the Director of CAC and forwarded to Additional controller of examination for enrolment. But till date the enrolment didn’t happen, I visited front help desk at ACOE few times and they are saying that working on it. Can you please help me to complete my PG degree
