I have got my transcript from Annamalai university submitted to Canada WES for my credential validation. According to Canada wes, they have sent queries to Annamalai (4 months back)to respond but they haven't received anything back from you.

My name is Baljeet Singh and i have completed B.sc. Interior Design from Annamalai University in 2015 ( Reg no. - 566M15115T00017) and till date i haven't received provisional certificate and degree. I have called on numbers mentioned on the website but there is no response. I have also paid convocation fees. And mailed the documents but still there is no response. Please look into this matter and provide them as soon as possible.

This Mail is regarding MCA Application Form Issue, Recently while applying for MCA Online, there was an issue faced with Related Degree codes, So then Instead of applying for MCA bymistake Then the entire form was filled for M.COM, And Payment was also done. As i also had a shared Fee Receipt in previous mails. but now instead of M.COM I want to get registration in MCA. I request from your side to Switch the Departments from M.COM to MCA If possible, Or-else I request for Refund So That i can again get Re-registered for MCA As soon as possible.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been requesting Anamalai University to send my Bachelors degree documents to send to concerned organization for more than 6 months now.University claims they have sent on 30th May 2020 which the receipent Organization never received it.University did not send my documents in one go even though I have paid for transcript and verification fees. I have also requested to send my documents electronically which the University is not willing to cooperate.Now they are not responding to my emails instead of constant follow ups.

I really upset with my experience with Annamalai University's quality of service and how they are treating ex-students.

Please need your urgent help here as I am running short of time🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hello,

Its been 2 months now and I have called and emailed umpteen number of times to the university registrar and "Directorate of distance education". They have approved my certificates and I have also paid money for a distance education course. They asked me to wait for login - and I am waiting for months now - no response. The receptionist or professors dont even assist! If you ask them they say there is noone in office to enroll! They even say they have no information about my registration form - documents mailed as well as emailed multiple times!!

Worst experience with an university!

Hello,

I am a B.E graduate and a few months back I applied to a masters course in Annamalai University. My application was accepted - there was no rejection/feedback/comments with regards to my application. My payment was accepted for the course. I received a payment receipt and i emailed the registrar and directorate of distance education multiple times with regards to the application.

Every time I emailed or called the receptionist, they refused to provide me an update on the application - instead they kept saying there is noone is office due to Covid situation, to enroll me and to provide me with a login.

I have all emails - communication details with me for proof. I have messaged the grievance cell as well, thinking they could help me but noone responded. I was not provided with a login. I was forced to wait for months and no refund was issued as well!!

I have applied to many other universities and if there is an issue an university normally responds and refunds the amount. I am shocked at such behaviour and I have never seen a student being treated this way!

I have spoken with the receptionist, university professors and even the professor lady handling this particular course. My application form number is 649682. I do not want to pursue this course anymore but would like to know what is going on - why am i being treated this way?!

The people i contacted are as mentioned below -

Registrar
Directorate of distance education
Distance education contact, Karnataka - Mr.Pragadesh ( I was asked to contact him by the directorate of distance education, I have no idea why. This person in turn asked me to contact all north india centers. I sent forms and document copies to delhi as well - they returned my letter.)
Prof. Mulai
Prof. Arunamozhi.

Whats worse, none of them had the decency to respond in proper english or proper manner. They kept disconnecting my calls and ignoring my emails. I do not need the course anymore now but would like to know whats going on

HI, I am a student of Annamalai University. I have completed bsc.multimedia course on 2019 but i have not received my last year backlog marksheet and provisional certificate. My ID is 49915DL085. I have tried to contact the UNI many times but i have not got supportive response. They are asking me for NIL arrear certificate for tution fee for which i have called the university many time but they have not received. I mailed them many times to get me the NIL arrear certificate but they are not helping me. I checked on their website my fees is cleared. And mine was distance education so i can not go physically to the university but i have paid for everything than what is the issue? My career is important to me, i have lost many job opportunities for not getting degree certificate. Its the University's responsibility to provide everything after course completion. Please help me out. I need my Marksheet (2019) and Provisional ASAP.

Hi, i payed exam fee of ma tamil (Dde) for me and my friend. 1430 for me and 1430 for my friend was debited from account but shown not payed there and not received receipt also. It's pure spam. Tomorrow is the last date. After 7 working days only they found its payed or not. They insist me to pay again. Such a bad thing!

I have completed my b.com & mba from annamalai university, distance education.
I am writing to receive help, guidance and to be assisted at this point, as i am not receiving clear communication and the response from annamalai university, due to which my migration plans have been put to hold.
Wes – world education service has written to annamalai university requesting for a second verification.
I have been writing to the university, asking them to give me a confirmation that they (Annamalai university) have received the second verification email from wes) and would appreciate it if the date of the second verification email can be shared with me.
I want to make the second verification payment to annamalai university if they are certain and confirm they have received the second verification email from wes.
Since i am currently based in dubai, i also want to understand do i just need to make the payment to the university or do they also need me to email them copies of all my certificates.
It has been a month and i have not received any further communication from annamalai university. I am writing to this email address in the university: - [protected]@gmail.com

Below are my enrollment numbers
Mba enrollment no. [protected].
B.com enrollment no. [protected].

After giving 5 years, of my education to annamalai university, it's very heartbreaking and frustrating that as an ex - student, nobody answers the board line numbers stated on the website, and nobody guides the students and neither do they bother to reply to my emails.
I am sincerely hoping that you have understood my concern and help me out in this regard.
Please let me know the further course of action or details, and the payment that i need to make to you will.
