There is no response or update received from Annamalai yet.Please confirm me the status...

Can anyone confirm on the status??

It been 2 weeks now...I haven't heard from neither from Annamalai University nor from Consumer Forum...

Hello,

I am a B.E graduate and a few months back I applied to a masters course in Annamalai University. My application was accepted - there was no rejection/feedback/comments with regards to my application. My payment was accepted for the course. I received a payment receipt and i emailed the registrar and directorate of distance education multiple times with regards to the application.

Every time I emailed or called the receptionist, they refused to provide me an update on the application - instead they kept saying there is noone is office due to Covid situation, to enroll me and to provide me with a login.

I have all emails - communication details with me for proof. I have messaged the grievance cell as well, thinking they could help me but noone responded. I was not provided with a login. I was forced to wait for months and no refund was issued as well!!

I have applied to many other universities and if there is an issue an university normally responds and refunds the amount. I am shocked at such behaviour and I have never seen a student being treated this way!

I have spoken with the receptionist, university professors and even the professor lady handling this particular course. My application form number is 649682. I do not want to pursue this course anymore but would like to know what is going on - why am i being treated this way?!

Distance education contact, Karnataka - Mr.Pragadesh ( I was asked to contact him by the directorate of distance education, I have no idea why. This person in turn asked me to contact all north india centers. I sent forms and document copies to delhi as well - they returned my letter.)

Whats worse, none of them had the decency to respond in proper english or proper manner. They kept disconnecting my calls and ignoring my emails. I do not need the course anymore now but would like to know whats going on

HI, I am a student of Annamalai University. I have completed bsc. ID (lateral Entry)course on 2022 but i have not received my marksheet and provisional certificate. My Enrollment No. - [protected]. Reg No. - 566M22954T00002. I have tried to contact the UNI many times but i have not got supportive response. They are asking me for NIL arrear certificate for tution fee for which i have called the university many time but they have not received. I mailed them many times to get me the NIL arrear certificate but they are not helping me. I checked on their website my fees is cleared. And mine was distance education so i can not go physically to the university but i have paid for everything then what is the issue? My career is important to me, i have lost many job opportunities for not getting degree certificate. It’s the University's responsibility to provide everything after course completion. Please help me out. I need my Marksheet and Provisional ASAP.
