I have been a student for the course m. Ed from annamalai university in the session[protected].

I have not received my degree till date.

I have written a number of mails, but there is no response.

Sir i have lost my graduation marksheet amd even haven't got my degree of b. A done in 2009 my registration no. Is502d09115p00027

I have passed out bsc in hotel management on 2011 but i have gone to the university trice but they are carelessly wrong commitment given to send the certificate & mark sheet to me. Kindly look into this matter.

I have completed my b.com & mba from annamalai university, distance education.
I am writing to receive help, guidance and to be assisted at this point, as i am not receiving clear communication and the response from annamalai university, due to which my migration plans have been put to hold.
Wes – world education service has written to annamalai university requesting for a second verification.
I have been writing to the university, asking them to give me a confirmation that they (Annamalai university) have received the second verification email from wes) and would appreciate it if the date of the second verification email can be shared with me.
I want to make the second verification payment to annamalai university if they are certain and confirm they have received the second verification email from wes.
Since i am currently based in dubai, i also want to understand do i just need to make the payment to the university or do they also need me to email them copies of all my certificates.
It has been a month and i have not received any further communication from annamalai university. I am writing to this email address in the university: - [protected]@gmail.com

After giving 5 years, of my education to annamalai university, it's very heartbreaking and frustrating that as an ex - student, nobody answers the board line numbers stated on the website, and nobody guides the students and neither do they bother to reply to my emails.
I am sincerely hoping that you have understood my concern and help me out in this regard.
Please let me know the further course of action or details, and the payment that i need to make to you will.

I have applied for the u. G degree (Ba - economics) at annamalai university in 2017, at that time i was in chennai. But now i am residing in puducherry, and i am ready to write my semester. So i want to change my address as " p. Indhunesan, no;34,
G type quarters, jipmer quarters, dhanvantry nagar, gorrimedu, puducherry-06. Due to the covid 19, corona outbreak i cant update the address through the studychentre in puducherry. Kindly update the address, then only if i pay the exam fees, i can get my books to my current address. May 31 is the last date for the exam fees, if i paid before the address changing, my books will go to chennai. Please do the needfull, at the earliest. Thank you, sir.

I had paid 4180 for exam fees on 3rd April 2020 and the money was debited but the fees was not paid, and due to last date had to repay and 2nd time it was successful but still no refund was processed, kindly help

Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. Yesterday (Date:31/03/2020, time:8:44 pm). My account balance is deducted while making a payment for examination fees of rs. 1430/- to annamalai university through icici bank gateway.

Now, my question is that why did my balance deducted after showing error at the transaction time and didn't reflect in annamalai university site and still now i didn't get any refund. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay.

It has been around 6 months that i'm trying to receive my convocation certificate from annamalai university. I've been trying to reach help desk, controller, dde number etc. But it didn't work and i'm following up through the grievance email id as well. Nothing is working out and they are asking to wait for few more days/weeks. I'm not sure would i really receive the certificate and such a worst experience.

I have tried to reach out to every department in multiple platforms but i have received no response. I am willing to pay whatever it takes in order to receive my certificates. I need a provisional certificate as i have nothing to show the validity of my qualification. I request annamalai university to look into it asap.

I am v. Purnima, i have completed my m.com in 2006. But i didn't receive consolidated mark sheet. For job purpose i have to submit my consolidated mark sheet. This is now serious problem for me. Kindly do the needful. How can i approach university? There is no option for applying consolidated mark sheet through online. What can i do? Please help me.

I had dropped multiple emails to the university to know whether they have replied to wes for reverification, and i did post paying the amount of rs. 3500 which had been asked. I request the university to reply with the confirmation so that i can be assured that there is an action taken.

I studied M.A. English in Annamalai University and my Register No. 013M19055P08263 and passed out in May 2019. Till date I have not received Provisional Certificate, though I have paid all requisite fees. Attempts to contact customer care were in futile, as most of the number is invalid. Tried to contact Study Centre also. But no avail.

I earnestly request you to forward my provisional certificate as soon as possible, as I have to submit to my Employer.

An early action is highly solicited.

I humbly submitting a complaint regarding not attending student help desk phone number particularly[protected]. Several times i have tried to speak with the help desk but it is not possible. Today i. E[protected] i tried many times, at last the help desk officer attended my call at 12.42 pm but the officer receiver put on out side and not attend my call. I have been waiting for 4 minutes for his reply but he he was speaking with his friends. I have recorded his conversation. I will produce the same whenever you called for. Hence i request to take necessary action against the help desk officer.

I had applied for transcript certificate in the month of oct 2019, however, my transcript certificate has not sent yet to wes by annamalai university

Although i have paid all the fee and waiting from past three months.in this regard i was called many times to the admin team, but i didn't get any response from them.in last 10 days i called more than 30 times to the university and explained every time about my transcript certificate.in spite of, no one has take an action so far.

Hi my name is vikash chhetri. Let me start my problem with my sending transcript to wes. My transcript has been send on november and received on december by wes. As soon as wes received my transcript, they redirected my transcript for reverification and they send back transcript to the university. It took again more than 20 days to get back my transcript to university. Luckly, university responded me after several mails and calls. Even they told me to pay additional fees for transcript, i paid that either. I am still hanging on cliff because my visa is going to expire on mid feb and before that i need to complete my express entry profile in order to get invitation. So, the sooner you send my transcript, the sooner wes evaluation will be done and i will be safe of being illegal. I am so sorry to write here about my problem. This is not a complain. I am just looking for a genuine help from my university. Pls look after this. Its my humble request. Thank you.

Dear all,

I had applied for transcripts in the month of sept 2019 and still now the wes has not received any mail nor the transcripts from annamalai university.

In fact i has paid all the fee and waiting form past four months and when i am approaching through landline, each time a new no. Is conveyed by the employees over there.

Unable to find out a solution for the same. The days and months are just passing on without any solution.

Please help in sending the transcripts asap to wes.

As i am from bangalore i am not able to come and collect it hence please resend my marks sheet.
I have even mailed you so many times and also complained you by written, you have already received it, where i have sent it through india post and its tracking number is[protected]

I received mail from wes that they sent mail to university for verification of my transcript on 18/12/2019. But i didn't receive any communication from university regarding this. Is notification from university is needed? Also how can i submit my wes reverification fee for annamalai university through online payment method. Kindly reply at the earliest.
