Sir I have send my convocation application for getting my degree certificate with attached DD (no 640727, 850 rupee, Punjab national bank), and provisional certificate on 09.09.2016 by Speed post ( EH[protected]IN).
Sir I kindly request you to please send my degree certificate on this address .
