Annamalai University — mcom degree certificate not received since a year

I am a student of annamalai university dde for the m.com. (Accounting and finance) course and i have completed all my exams this year and i have paid all the fees and there are no dues remaining.
I hereby request you to kindly issue the degree. Please find below my details:

Course - m.com (Accounting and finance)

Registration number – 193m[protected]
“i have paid an online payment of rs 1000 on 25/04/2017 towards the university for the degree”. Please find enclosed the “payment receipt” (Challan number – misc/due186144) and a copy of provisional certificate, convocation form.

After trying to call you several times for almost a year and emailing to the university several times,
Your team ([protected]@gmail.com) has sent me a mail that you had dispatched the degree with below given details in december last year.
But i have not received any such letter at my address. I checked in my post office but there is no record of this letter being sent by you.
