Annamalai University — Not received provisional & Degree certificate

I myself Rahul latkar got enrolled to Annamalai University in 200-2009. I have completed the academic distance education course in B.A(English) in[protected]. Ealier i used to receive Annamalai relevant documents on my postal address(i.e C/O Vasudeo Kamble, Sanjay Nagar, Bandra (East)-Mumbai-4000051. In the year 2011 we got into SRA scheme(Slum Rehabilition Authority) & was demolished in Diwali in 2011. I have approch the Study centre in Bhandup (West)-Station Plaza, Ground floor & met once of the female representative & explain my concered about the change in address but I was not explain in proper manner. After that i was out of station for a while. Once again I approch the Study centre in Bhandup & inform that I have not received the degree certificate, provisional certificate & pass mark sheet of 2011. The Female representative expalin me that Annamalai Unversity had not issued any degreecertificate for the last 2 yeras since the pale of Vice Chanellor was vacant since 2 year. She told me to make DD of 1500/- to issue the duplicate degree certificate. I issue the DD of 1500/- dated 26/02/2015 payable at Chidambaram. After 2 day I approch the Study centre in Bhandup & expalin that i have issue the DDof 1500/-to Annamalai University bcoz i have not recvd the degree certidicate, provisional certificate along with the passing mark sheet of last yera due to change in address & explain that I have relocated in Thane District. To an instant I was shock that in that study centre another male represenative explain that without provsional certificate degree certificate is not issue to the student. I was so furcious that the female represenative have not explain me anything regarding the condition on which ground degree certificate is issue. Again they told me that degree certificate will issue afetr 1 year & for provisional certificate you have to pay 650/- I am so frustrated that Anna maalai such a recognized univeristy in South why are they fooling the student. My only concered was that change in address & i have not recvd the degree certificate, provisional degree & last year passing mark sheet. Representative in Bhandup study center are least brothet should be sacked if they are not liable to handle the greivances, Why we should suffer. My only request that i have already made the payment & need all the revelant documents. MY ENROLLMENT NO-[protected].
